Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of employee engagement and organizational citizenship behavior on subjective well-being of SLB Negeri Batu Merah Ambon employees. This study uses a quantitative approach with an associative method and a survey with a cross-section technique. The population used in this study were all SLB Negeri Batu Merah Ambon employees totaling 24 people. Determination of the number of saturated samples. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study concluded that (1) Employee engagement has an effect on Subjective Well-Being of SLB Negeri Batu Merah Ambon Employees; (2) Organizational citizenship behavior has an effect on Subjective Well-Being of SLB Negeri Batu Merah Ambon Employees; (3) Employee engagement and organizational citizenship behavior have an effect on Subjective Well-Being of SLB Negeri Batu Merah Ambon Employees

Abstract

Transformational leadership plays an important role in improving organizational performance by creating an inspiring vision, building strong working relationships, and encouraging innovation. This study aims to analyze the impact of transformational leadership on employee performance across various sectors, with a focus on the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) in Maluku Province. The research employs a quantitative approach and is analyzed using statistical methods. The findings show that transformational leadership has a positive impact on employee motivation, engagement, and productivity. Leaders who provide a clear vision, offer emotional support, and encourage innovation have been proven to enhance organizational effectiveness. This study also identifies challenges in implementing transformational leadership, such as resistance to change and resource constraints. Therefore, it is crucial for organizations to develop adaptive and sustainable leadership strategies to optimize employee performance. These findings are expected to serve as a reference for stakeholders in designing more effective leadership policies.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the accountability of village fund allocation management in Pulau Haruku District, Central Maluku Regency. The research approach used is a qualitative approach. The informants of this study are officials who contribute to the management of Village Fund Allocation in Pulau Haruku District, Central Maluku Regency. In addition, the author conducted in-depth interviews with key informants, namely community leaders. The researcher used an interactive analysis model from Miles & Huberman by conducting data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the study concluded that planning, implementation, accountability, administration to reporting the use of ADD in Pulau Haruku District were carried out through the Village Deliberation process and community supervision, which guaranteed transparency, efficiency, and accountability in fund management. This process strengthens community trust in the village government, ensures that ADD is used according to regulations for village welfare, and supports the sustainability of the ADD program in the future. Accountable administration and timely reporting are key to building public trust in the use of village funds.
