Coping mechanism is a method used by someone to reduce the stress level experienced by an individual. One of the problems experienced by adolescents is stress. The impact of stress cause’s problems on physical health and reduce psychological abilities adolescents. One of the supports in improving coping mechanism Problem Focused Coping (PFC) on adolescents used intervention Self Help Group. Purpose in thus study to determine the effect Self Help Group to improved Coping Mechanisms: Problem Focused Coping (PFC) on adolescents. Design in this study by Quasi Experimental Pre-Test and Post-Test With Control Group. Samples in this study with the control and exclusion criteria with the number of respondents 282 students, which were divided into 141 in the control group and the intervention group. Collecting data used the Problem Focused Coping questionnaire from A-COPE. Analysis by used SPSS 16.0 for windows with Corelation Pearson Product Moments Test. Results in this study indicate the coping mechanism problem focused coping control group obtained p value=0.293, and the intervention group p=0.000. The results this study prove the Self-Help Group intervention has an influence increasing positive coping mechanisms towards Problem Focused Coping (PFC). Conclusion Self Help group intervention has a significant effect in increasing the coping mechanism of problem focused coping (PFC) in adolescents.

Sprain most often occurs in a various sport, futsal is one sport that often causes injury, that is sprain. Sprain injuries will get the worse if not done first aids correctly. Sprain can occur due to excessive physical stress, sudden or repeated overuse of joints, sepecially in futsal athletes injury that is the tearing of the ligament (tissue that connects bones to bones) or joint capsule that causes instability in the joint. Clinical manifestations include pain, inflammation or inflammation, and some cases of inability to move the limbs. Method explisit instruction health education is one of the firt aids in sprain. The research to determine of effect method explisit instruction health education on the attitude first aids futsal sport in STIKes hutama abdi husada tulungagung.This study design is a pre experiement with the pre – post test design with the population is a member of the futsal sport in STIKes Hutama Abdi Husada Tulungagung. Study found that the attitudes of members of futsal before being given health education, most respondents were 23 respondents (57.5%) had a negative attitude. And after being given health education mostly of the respondents, as many as 28 respondents (70%) have a positive attitude. Based on Wilcoxon statistical test results obtained p 0.000 α 0.05 so that H0 is rejected, which means there is an influence of health education explicit instruction method on the attitude of first aid sprain. Study after the health education method explicit instruction about first aid sprain there is an increase in the attitude of members of UKM futsal . This research can be used as one of the sources of information expected by members of UKM futsal to be able to apply the first aid sprain attitude that has been given by health workers and to find out the actions when someone experiences a sprain.

Abstrak. Stress merupakan masalah pada siswa remaja. Siswa remaja yang mengalami pertumbuhan dan perkembangan akan mengalami tingkat stress. Pertumbuhan dan perkembangan remaja merupakan factor terjadinya stress. Stress yang dialami remaja dapat berasal dari factor internal dan eksternal. Salah satu penyebab stress secara eksternal adalah kegiatan akademik siswa yang terlalu banyak karena tuntutan akademik yang berat. Stress menyebabkan gangguan fisiologis dan psikologis dari remaja yang akan dapat menimbulkan efek jangka pendek dan jangka panjang. Penatalaksanaan stress adalah secara non farmakologi dengan menggunakan intervensi Self Help Group. Pelaksanaan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan intervensi kepada siswa dengan tingkat stress berat, sedang dan ringan/normal untuk meningkatkan strategi koping siswa yang adapatif. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini adalah menggunakan Self Help Group dengan menggunakan dasar Social Support, Social Learning Theory, Social Comparison Theory, dan Helper Theory dengan menggunakan prinsip Mutuality dan Reciprocity yang dilaksanakan selama tiga minggu. Hasil pengukuran tingkat stress sebelum pemberian intervensi Self Help Group pada minggu 1 dan pada minggu 3 untuk menurunkan tingkat stress dan meningkatkan koping individu kearah yang adapatif dengan intervensi Self help group. Abstract. Stress is a problems in adolescents student. Adolescents Student who experience growth and development will experience stress levels. Growth and development in adolescents is a factor to occurrence stress. Stress experienced in adolescents from internal and external factors. Causes stress externally in students' academic activities to heavy academic demands. Stress causes physiological and psychological disorders in adolescents will have short-term and long-term effects. Stress management intervention is non-pharmacological used Self Help Group intervention. Implementation this service to provide interventions in students with severe, moderate and mild/normal stress levels to improve students' adaptive coping strategies. The method in this service by Self Help Group used by Social support, social learning theory, social comparison theory, and helper theory and the principles of mutuality and reciprocity is the carried out in three weeks. The results of measuring stress levels before giving the self help group intervention at week 1 and week 3 to reduced stress levels and increase individual to coping adaptive with self help group intervention.

Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) is a condition in which kidneys don’t function properly resulting in the accumulation of metabolic remnants. Hemodialysis therapy causes common psychological disorders, is anxiety due to changes in health status, self-acceptance, life threats, stress, and depression. Natural Restorative Environment (NRE) is an intervention that can use to reduce anxiety in patients. This study aimed to analyze the effect Natural Restorative Environment on anxiety in CKD patients on hemodialysis. The method in this research was a quasi-experiment with a pretest-posttest with a control group design. The sampling technique was carried out using cross-sectional sampling, namely 48 patients each with an intervention group and control group. Before and after the intervention, patients in the intervention group and the control group pre-test and post-test about the level of anxiety during hemodialysis therapy. Data analysis used Paired t-test, Wilcoxon-test, and Mann-Whitney U-test. The results showed a decrease in anxiety levels intervention group indicated by a p-value<0.001. Blockage of coronary arteries causes problems in the heart's electrical system, one of them is cardiac arrest occurs suddenly at any time and at anyone. The heart failure caused the supply of food to organs to decrease. As health workers, knowledge of High-QualityPR must be maintained by nurses in dealing with cardiac arrest, and as part of preparedness, nurses carry out their duties when disaster occurs. Objective: This research aims to determine nurses' knowledge of improving High-Quality CPR capabilities in practice settings and in disaster activities. Research method: this research used qualitative descriptive design using the Convenience Sampling Technique, namely sampling taken based on the wishes of the researcher based on convenience, adequacy, and cooperation. Research solution: nurses in carrying out their duties in health services and disaster preparedness must know High-Quality CPR and carry out activities to reduce disasters in patients who experience cardiac arrest problems. Bencana merupakan serangkaian peristiwa yang terjadi karena faktor alam dan non alam yang dapat menimbulkan korban serta menganggu kehidupan dan psikologis dari seseorang. Indonesia merupakan salah satu negara yang rawan terjadi bencana. Bencana yang sering terjadi adalah banjir dan tanah longsor. Dampak bencana adalah korban jiwa, harta benda serta dapat menimbulkan masalah psikologis salah satunya adalah kecemasan. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Peer Support Group terhadap kecemasan ibu rumah tangga yang terdampak banjir. Penelitian menggunakan kuesioner Zung Self-Rating Anxiety Scale (ZSAS) yang terdiri dari 30 pernyataan. Design pada penelitian menggunakan desain Quasi Eksperimental With Control Group Pre – Post Test dengan intervensi Peer Support Group. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan Simple Random Sampling dengan menggunakan Lottery Technique atau menggunakan bilangan acak pada responden yang akan dilakukan penelitian. Hasil penelitian didapatkan pengaruh Peer Support Group pada kelompok intervensi dan kelompok kontrol menggunakan uji stastistik Korelasi Pearson Product Moment SPSS for Windows dengan nilai p-value 0,000 < 0,780. Terdapat pengaruh intervensi pada kelompok intervensi dan kelompok kontrol. Simpulan bahwa Intervensi Peer Support Group dapat menurunkan kecemasan pada ibu rumah tangga yang terdampak banjir dan dapat digunakan sebagai salah satu intervensi keperawatan dalam menurunkan tingkat kecemasan.

Background: One of the treatments for cataracts is surgery. Lack of knowledge of precataract surgery patients can cause fear, anxiety and stress, because it can threaten the integrity of the body, soul and can cause pain. The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of audio visual education on the cataract surgery process on the knowledge and anxiety of precataract surgery patients at Tulungagung hospital Method: This study was conducted on July 15-August 10, 2024 using the pre- experimental design method with a one group pretest posttest design approach. population of all pre-cataract surgery patients at RS Tulungagung underwent surgery on July-August 2024, samples were taken using accidental sampling techniques of 40 respondents Result: in this study with statistical test showed that there was an effect of audio visual education of the cataract surgery process on the knowledge of pre-cataract surgery patients (0.000 <0.05) and anxiety of pre-cataract surgery patients (0.000<0.05) at Tulungagung Hospital in 2024. Conclusion : Audio-visual-based health education carried out by health workers as people who are proven in the health field is very useful in increasing knowledge and reducing anxiety of pre-cataract surgery patients
