Abstract

Jurnal ekonomi bisnis dan kewirausahaan ini  vol. III no 2 tahun 2014 ini menghadirkan 5 artikel dari berbagai sub disiplin administrasi bisnis. Artikel pertama berkaitan Pengembangan Sistem Ekowisata Candi Gedong Songo Di Kabupaten Semarang oleh Kohar Sulistyadi yang berperan besar dalam pendidikan dan kebudayaan masyarakat serta penerapan pengelolaan ekowisata Candi Gedong Songo bersifat parsial perlu dilakukan rumusan saran yang terintegrasi dan mampu memberi manfaat pada semua stakeholders yang mampu menjaga dan melestarikan warisan bangsa, sehingga mampu memberikan manfaat bagi masyarakat dan meningkatkan perkembangan ekowisata secara berkelanjutan. Artikel kedua Entrepreneurship  Mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi oleh Kun Ismawati dan Dewi Pujiani keinginan bisnis dan dukungan keluarga dan lingkungan pergaulan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan pada pembuatan keputusan bisnis para mahasiswa ekonomi setelah lulus. Artikel ketiga adalah Analisis Pengaruh Bauran Pemasaran Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Produk Pembalut Herbal Merek Fc Pada Konsumen Wilayah Karanganyar oleh Dewi Pujiani, Kualitas produk dapat dipersepsikan secara berbeda oleh orang yang berbeda. Penelitian ini mengukur variabel kualitas produk dari produk pembalut herbal merek fc berdasarkan penelitian dari responden di Karanganyar.. Sedangkan artikel keempat dengan judul Pengembangan Laboratorium Bisnis Melalui Segmentasi, Targetting dan Positioning oleh penulis Agus Nopianto dan Destina Paningrum.

Abstract

Anthropometric measurements of the dimensions is the study of the human body. Anthropometric measurement difficulties caused by several factors: a) the size of the human body is very diverse and depend on age, gender, ethnicity, so some group work often demands certain requirements.Objective article focuses on the effort to design chairs Helicopter pilots Sykorski type S-76 based on the concept and principles of ergonomics.Some of the data required for the design work is based on the principle of the pilot seat with ergonomic support anthropometric data, among others, namely: DataWidth backrest (LS), High backrest (TS), Wide Hips (LP), High Popliteal (TPL), popliteal Ass (PPL) which is supported by data size adult Indonesia (Central Jakarta Usahid student anthropometric data).After the direct measurement data processing based on uniformity test data. Uniformity test is intended to homogenize the data in an Upper Control Limit (UCL)and Lower Control Limit (LCL). Once all the data is uniform, followed by testing the adequacy of the data to determine whether the data is uniform can represent all thedata available with the provisions of N   N.If the test result data is uniform and meets the adequacy of the data, performed data sorting sizes from small to the largest percentile calculations and used P5, P50and P95 with a normal distribution method is to approach the average value using a 5% level of accuracy and level of 95% confidence.Based on the data obtained from the calculation can be done designing Helicopter pilot seat types Sykorski S-76 that meets the principles of ergonomics.

Abstract

Effort to minimize the cost of production companies in an effort to increase competitive advantage through a number of ways to implement strategies to meet theminimum production costs demand. In this research is focused on aggregate production planning through several stages, namely: (1) forecasting product demand in the coming year, (2) aggregate production planning with reference to "equal demand and supply" at a minimal cost. Many methods in the aggregate production planning for the use of linear programming based optimization approach to obtain the optimal value with minimal cost. The final results of the linear programming optimization approach based on the  lowest available cost of U.S. $. 57,178,349. for a number of sports shoes demand 6,609,634 pieces

Abstract

In Indonesia the safety program in construction projects has not been a concern of all parties because Indonesia is still listed as the country with the highest level ofaccidents. The number of accidents in Indonesia is also the highest in the ASEAN region. There are almost 32% of accident cases that occur in the construction sector involving all types of construction projects such as the construction of roads, bridges, tunnels, dams and other constructions. One of the hazards of a construction activity is ergonomic hazards, so that from the phenomenon of ergonomic hazards that dominate and even escalate into workplace accidents in the construction sector, it is important to explore the role of ergonomics in preventing work accidents in the construction sector. At the Micro level, an important aspect that is the focus of this paper is the Implementation of Construction Works in the context of Macroergonomics in developing and implementing an Ergonomic Construction Management System. This Management System focuses on the focus of macroergonomics, namely aspects of Human, Technology, Organization and the Environment of the Company.  acroergonomic which covers organizational ergonomics and social ergonomics is the development of microergonomies that need attention in construction activities in Indonesia. Because of the still high number of construction work accidents, the government's efforts are to issue Construction SMK3 and other regulatory packages related to construction work safety. The Owner of the Construction Project must actively monitor and evaluate the implementation of the construction work not only on the dimensions of physical work and fulfillment of the technical requirements of the building but need to proactively monitor and evaluate safety performance, especially in the ergonomics field

Abstract

This journal is intended to apply laboratory research on an industrial scale that aims to: 1) identify potential workplace accidents, and 2) Implementation of ergonomics in the garment industry to increase productivity of workers and reduce occupational accidents. Therefore, in the methodology, non-experimental and observational research is conducted by observation of a number of subject variables based on the actual state (in nature), without any manipulation or intervention of the researcher, as this research approach used modeling system and simulation study where data, and the role that is displayed in the picture is translated in mathematics from a reality. The end result of this research 1) Identification of work accident potential can be divided into: a. Initial stage can be identified the initial condition, where the condition of the foot is burdened with body weight and unstable position during work back position many curved due to back aches and pains and Adverse effects for internal organs. b. Phase Improvement of observation after improvement of sitting position where in sitting position and standing position, sitting position where the foot is not burdened with body weight and stable position during work. While standing position where vertical vertical position and weight are balanced in two legs. Application in the industry for comparison of seated and standing working positions In the Garment Industry Seated and standing positions have biomechanical advantages, where the pressure on the spine and waist is 30% lower than the sitting position or standing position continuously. 2) The results of ergonomic application in the workplace / garment industry can increase the productivity of the workers: In the implementation of ergonomics, the initial improvement phase in the garment industry obtained a productivity increase of 28%; decreased cruelty; provide work convenience; reduced complaints against occupational health problems and increased worker income by 15% - 17%;

Abstract

Nowadays, The food safety issue is a major problem which is related to the people’s health, livelihood, and the national economy. However, the food safety incidents occur frequently in recent years. These incidents bring the blow for the consumer’s confidence and it leads to the crisis of trust. These incidents not only affect the health and the safety of the consumers, but also affect seriously the health development of the food industry. Consumers require the higher requirement for the safety degree of the food. In order to reduce the occurrence of the food safety issue and ensure the quality of life, it is necessary to evaluate the food safety program implementation. Food safety program is importance barrier to prevent any food poisoning outbreak and issue in oil & gas industrial city. The purpose of this study is  to determine the most priority and most important of food safety program  in oil & gas industrial  .Data analysis method used  is descriptive analysis based on expert justification and assessed using SAST (Strategic Assumption Surfacing & Testing) and AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process). The result  of SAST analysis   shows that program inspection and monitoring to food service facility (food producer) is most certain and most importance. Based on assessed by AHP analysis, the first priority of food safety program is also inspection & monitoring with  a value 0.275, followed by food safety training (0.207), campaign & awareness (0.184), HACCP system (0.136), public involvement (0.108) and the last is law enforcement (0.090). The consistency value ratio (CR) is 0.01 less than 0.1.

Abstract

PT. XYZ is a company engaged in the water heater industry (solar water heater) located in Bogor, West Java. Currently the company does not have a raw material inventory method, because the company does not have a fixed schedule for ordering raw materials, so there is often a vacuum of raw materials. WinQSB version2.0 is a quantitative management analysis software used to process data. Based on the results of data processing obtained a group of components that have the largest inventory costs, namely group A (Electric Heater, Thermostate, and ELCB). The value of economic order quantity (EOQ) 3208Pcs with a total cost of IDR 2,553,370,500, the amount of safety stock is 80Pcs, and the value of ROP (Reorder Point) is 497Pcs, which means the company must have 80 safety stock of raw materials each component and when the raw material stock reaches 497 must be re-ordered. The total cost with the Period Order Quantity (POQ) order quantity (Q) analysis is Rp2,611,285,900, and the total cost with the period order analysis is Rp2,541,200,900. So it is recommended to the company to implement an inventory system with an analysis of Period Order Quntity (POQ) based on the order period (P) because it can save inventory costs by Rp.182,563,934.

Abstract

Quality improvement in ambulance services to deliver optimal health care to client is very important. In order to provide optimal service XYZ Company strives to make integrated planning including of scheduling preparedness. The aim is to provide ambulance personel comfort that it will improve the work ethic and effort. In this research, the author tries to apply the Alghorytme Monroe method to get fair scheduling with 5 working days and 2 consecutive holidays (Regullar Days Off) to replace the previous scheduling of 6 working days and 2 days off. The result is not suitable, there is a minimum increase in the number of workers required as many as 8 people from the actual number of existing workforce, so that this model cannot be applied to XYZ companies because it will increase costs.

Abstract

Kualitas produk dan layanan merupakan salah satu kunci sukses dalam persaingan. adanya keterkaitan antara kualitas jasa, kepuasan konsumen, minat membeli dan reputasi di mata konsumen. PT Telkom Indonesia sebagai penyedia layanan tetap (voice dan broadband) dengan merek Indihome melalui anak perusahaan PT Telkom Akses. Layanan internet broadband ini mempunyai peran penting dalam meningkatkan kualitas hidup. Indihome berusaha untuk meningkatkan Kualitas layanan, Untuk itu Indihome memanfaatkan digital network basis teknologi fiber optic, yang membentang dari ujung barat sampai timur Indonesia. Kepuasan pelanggan akan semakin dipenuhi dengan jaringan fiber optic yang mampu menyediakan layanan akses internet dengan kecepatan tinggi dengan koneksi yang lebih stabil dan handal. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Service Quality dan Quality Function Deployment untuk mememberiakn parameter antara persepsi dan harapan pelanggan serta metode Net Promotor Score untuk memberikan informasi besarnya keinginan pelanggan dalam memakai kembali produk atau jasa yang ditawarkan dan merekomedasikan. Input yang digunakan untuk perhitungan metode Quality Function Deployment dan Net Promotor Score adalah output yang dihasilkan dari metode service quality yang akan menghasilkan atribut penting dari kinerja yang dilakukan dan masih dianggap kurang maksimal untuk menjadi prioritas perbaikan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tingkat kepuasan pelanggan terhadap pelayanan indihome kurang memuaskan, dimana dari 24 atribut ada 6 atribut yang kurang memuaskan bagi pelangan sementara 18 atribut lainya belum mencapai target yang diharapkan, selain itu pada penelitian ini didapatkan usulan perbaikan dari kontribusi karakteristik house of quality dan net promoters score dalam rangka meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan Indihome di PT Telkom Akses Jakarta Selatan
