Abstract

ABSTRAK: Penelitian tentang Pengaruh Penerapan Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe Course Review Horay (CRH) terhadap Hasil Belajar Biologi di SMA Negeri 11 Palembang bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh penerapan Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe Course Review Horay (CRH) terhadap Hasil Belajar Biologi di SMA Negeri 11 Palembang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode Quasy-Experimental dengan desain Pretest-Posttest Control Group. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI IPA2 dan XI IPA3 dengan jumlah siswa masing-masing 43 dan 41 orang. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik Random Sampling. Nilai rata-rata pretest, posttest, gain dan  n-gain kelas eksperimen secara berurutan adalah 33,95; 84,6; 50,31 dan 0,76 sedangkan untuk kelas kontrol yaitu 39,59; 65,45; 25,85 dan 0,42. Ketuntasan belajar untuk kelas eksperimen 100% dan  kelas kontrol 82,2%. Hasil uji hipotesis menunjukkan nilai thitung>ttabel (16,39>1,67) sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan Penerapan Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe Course Review Horay (CRH) terhadap Hasil Belajar Biologi di SMA Negeri 11 Palembang. PENGEMBANGAN INSTRUMEN PENILAIAN PSIKOMOTOR UNTUK MATERI MEKANISME TRANSPOR PADA MEMBRAN SEL DI SEKOLAH MENENGAH ATAS Shinta Dwi Kurnia1, Djunaidah Zen2 dan Siti Huzaifah2 1. Dosen Pendidikan Biologi FKIP Universitas Sriwijaya Jln Raya Palembang-Inderalaya Km 32, Inderalaya Ogan Ilir Sumatera Selatan   ABSTRAK Penelitian pengembangan telah dilakukan dengan tujuan menghasilkan instrumen penilaian yang digunakan untuk menilai aspek psikomotor siswa pada materi mekanisme transpor membran sel. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode Research and Development Borg dan Gall dengan langkah-langkah pengembangan meliputi tahap pendahuluan, tahap pengembangan dan tahap evaluasi. Data dikumpulkan dengan teknik dokumentasi, wawancara, catatan validator, observasi dan angket. Data yang dianalisa adalah data catatan validator, kepraktisan dan keterampilan siswa. Validasi instrumen penilaian dilakukan oleh 2 orang ahli, yaitu ahli materi dan ahli evaluasi. Instrumen penilaian dinyatakan valid dengan nilai 3 dan 2,71 dan dinyatakan praktis dengan nilai 2,75 dan 2,5. Hasil penelitian pengembangan ini menunjukkan sudah terpenuhinya syarat-syarat instrumen penilaian yang baik, yaitu validitas, objektivitas, praktikabilitas dan ekonomis. Kata Kunci : Pengembangan, Instrumen penilaian, dan Psikomotor   ABSTRACT The Development research has been conducted with the aim of making the assessment instrument used to assess aspects of students psychomotor on material of cells membrane transport mechanism. The method was used the method of Research and Development the Borg and Gall with development measures include preliminary stages, stage of development and evaluation stage. The data was collected with the documentation technique, interviews, records, observation and questionnaire. The data is analyzed with the note of validator, practicality and the skills of the students. The validation of the assessment instruments was carried out by two experts, i.e. expert material and expert evaluation. The assessment instrument is declared valid with value 3 and 2,71, practical expressed with value  2.75 and 2.5. The results of development research shows already satisfy the terms of a good assessment instruments, namely the validity, objectivity, can be in practise and economical. Abstract

ABSTRACT: The research to obtain information on the effect of the application of guided inquiry learning model for the study of students that science process skills and mastery of concepts in the biology subject matter respiratory system XI MIA 1 SMA N 1 Indralaya. The method used is Pre-Experimental Design with design One-group pretest posttest design. Data is collected in class XI MIA 1 with total Students 27 people. Based on the analysis to increase KPS obtained average value of the written test in the form of preliminary tests and final tests are 63.1 and 94. Aspects of the highest KPS written test results and observations are observing aspects. Lowest KPS aspect based written tests hypothesize that aspect while the lowest aspect based on the observation that communication aspects. Based on statistical test t-test data mastery of concepts students from preliminary tests and final test obtained t count> t table is 16 > 1.706. This shows that the application of guided inquiry learning model affects the learning outcomes of students of class XI MIA 1 SMA N 1 Indralaya. Abstract

Abstract: This paper aims at addi information about the biology of aphids (Aphis gossypii Glover) (Hemiptera: Aphididae). A. gossypii biological information include: 1). Imago A. gossypii have winged and wingless. A. gossypii have cauda pale somewhat blackish and two or three pairs of setae hair and have tubercles head apart, front head is relatively flat and there is no protrusion at the base of the antenna. The cornicles of A. gossypii dark color, relatively short and black. A. gossypii have antennae shorter than its body length. Imago A. gossypii wings have black kornikel from the base to the tipsmall tubercles between the antenna and do not have additional protrusions on the dorsal side of the abdomen. The colour of nimfa A. gossypii dispersal from gray to green, sometimes its has a black mark on the head, thorax and abdomen proto-wings and blackish green. Nimfa A. gossypii can develop into winged and wingless imago. The colour of the newly eggs  is yellow, but soon becomes shiny black. The eggs are laid on average amounted to 5 eggs per day for 16-18 days. 2). A. gossypii is fitofag cosmopolitan insects which are found in the tropics, subtropics and temperate. A. gossypii have host plants of various families of plants around the world such as Asteraceae, Acanthaceae, Myrtaceae, Solanaceae, Moraceae, Araceae, boraginaceae, Cucurbitacae, Verbenaceae, Sterculiaceae, Rubiaceae, Malvaceae, musaceae, Piperaceae, portulacaceae, Rosaceae, Apocynaceae, Labiatae, Urticeae and Apocynaceae ' Keywords: Aphid, Biology and Aphis gossypii (Glover)

Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to find out the level of conformity measures study on RPP teacher of Biology and completeness of components form composing RPP teacher Biology class X in the top 3 of high school in Palembang.  A method used is descriptive method. The data was done in the top 3 of high school with the subject of the research three teacher Biology class X in the top 3 of high school in Palembang. Based on the results of the analysis that has been done, the level of confirmity of RPP substance are in the category of very appropriate, appropriate, and very appropriate.This  incompatibility is a substance measures the study on core activities not suitable with the five aspects of the scientific approach (5M) that is set in Kemendikbud 2013. The confirmity level of completeness of RPP components are in the category of very fit. RPP Components in the category of very fit is the identity of the subjects, core competency, basic competency, indicator of attaintment of competency, the purpose of the study, study material, and source of study. Abstract

Abstract: Research about the development of Science Process Skills (SPS) has been carried out as SPS measuring instrument study materials in Biology subject at 11th grade of senior high school. The study is aimed to produce a valid and practical test instrument of SPS. The method used in this research is Development Research (DR) method which refers to the instrument development model from Djaali and Mulyono (2008). The steps of the research and development consist of several phases: synthesis theory and requirements analysis, design stage (variable construction, development of indicators, the preparation of the lattice matter, writing of instruments, scoring) and the evaluation phase. Evaluation phase is divided into three: validity test, reliability test and analysis of grain items. The analysis of grain items is done by analyzing the degrees of difficulty, different power and distracters function. The validation of Science Process Skills (SPS) is done in three stages, namely validation theoretical (content experts, constructs experts and linguists) and empirical validation (test participants' answers). Based on the theoretical validation of the results obtained an average value of 4.2 which indicates that the questions of SPS is valid. Practicality of SPS can be detected through the result analysis of the test participants questionnaires in the trial test. The average of the questionnaire practicality while testing is 3.64 which indicate that the question of SPS is a practical category. The results of the analysis from the expert validation test and learner questionnaire showed the SPS that produced is valid and practical. Abstract

This study aims to determine students mastery of concepts  on the material of the sensory system after implementation strategies PDEODE in class XI SMAN 3 Palembang. The population in this study were all students of class XI SMAN 3 Palembang academic year   2015/2016. The research sample is drawn using purposive sampling techniques, in order to obtain class XI MIPA 7 as classrooms sample. The method used is Pre-Experimental Design to design a one- group pretest-posttest design. Data taken the form of student learning outcomes. Data analysis is the t-test, the results of this study showed the average value at KD3.10 class creative. The results of study showed an average increase of 48,03 in order to obtain an index gain of 0,69 with the medium category. T-test results showed that the implementation of the strategy PDEODE significant effect on student learning outcomes XI MIPA 7 SMAN 3 Palembang. Value study of the activity of students in class XI MIPA 7 SMAN 3 Palembang during the implementation of strategies PDEODE in very active category. Keywords: Students activities, mastery of concepts and PDEODE strategy.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran  kooperatif tipe The Power Of Two terhadap hasil belajar kelas X di SMA Negeri 11 Palembang  pada materi pencemaran lingkungan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode pre eksperimental design dengan bentuk desain one group pretest – posttest design. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X MIA 1 dengan jumlah siswa 40 orang. Pengambilan sample dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Parameter yang diukur dalam penelitian ini adalah hasil belajar siswa kelas X MIA 1 SMA Negeri 11 Palembang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa adanya peningkatan hasil belajar  rata - rata  sebesar 31,92 sehingga diperoleh indeks gain sebesar 0,72 termasuk dalam kategori tinggi dengan ketuntasan belajar secara klasikal mencapai  90,83%. Berdasarkan hasil uji –t menunjukkan  bahwa nilai pretest dan posttest berbeda nyata, dimana nilai postest lebih tinggi dibandingkan nilai pretest. Hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa model pembelajaran  kooperatif tipe The Power Of Two berpengaruh signifikan terhadap hasil belajar kelas  X MIA 1 SMA Negeri 11 Palembang pada materi pencemaran lingkungan.   Kata Kunci : Model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe The Power Of Two, hasil belajar

Abstract

PENERAPAN MODEL PEMBELAJARAN PROBLEM BASED LEARNING (PBL) PADA PEMBELAJARAN BIOLOGI DI SMA NEGERI 14 PALEMBANG   Ristiana Wulandari1, Didi Jaya Santri2, dan Djunaidah Zen2   1. Program Studi Pendidikan Biologi FKIP Universitas Sriwijaya Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Sriwijaya email: dj_santri@unsri.ac.id Abstract: The research aims to study the impact to the student's activities and the learning outcomes with implementation of Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning model in Biology, of 35 students of class X SMA Negeri 14 Palembang, had been done. The results of this study indicate PBL can make students active, as shown some of activity indicator that includes student engagement, inquiry and investigation, performance, question and answer, and the presentation of its findings, with an average of 90.0%; 82.1%; 73.6%; 56.4%; 63.6%, respectively. An authentic assessment which includes participation, reports, presentations, and post-test showed a very good result with the average final score was 80.03. It can be concluded that the application of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning model in Biology lessons and activities can improve student learning outcomes.   Key words: Problem Based Learning, biology, student activities, learning outcome Abstrak Penelitian yang bertujuan untuk mempelajari dampak kegiatan siswa dan hasil belajar dengan penerapan model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning (PBL) dalam Biologi, dari 35 siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 14 Palembang, telah dilakukan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan PBL dapat membuat siswa aktif, seperti yang ditunjukkan beberapa indikator aktivitas yang meliputi keterlibatan siswa, penyelidikan dan investigasi, kinerja, tanya jawab, dan presentasi temuannya, berturut-turut dengan rata-rata 90,0%; 82,1%; 73,6%; 56,4%; 63,6%. Penilaian otentik yang meliputi partisipasi, laporan, presentasi, dan post-test menunjukkan hasil yang sangat baik dengan skor akhir rata-rata adalah 80,03. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning (PBL) dalam pelajaran Biologi dan kegiatan dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa.
