Abstract

ABSTRAKPerkembangan sektor pariwisata pada saat ini telah menjadi sebuah industri. Hal ini dikarenakan aktivitas dari wisata tersebut secara ekonomi telah menciptakan permintaan yang memerlukan pemenuhan pasar bagi produk jasa dan pelayanan yang dihasilkan oleh suatu perusahaan yang saling melengkapi, dimana syarat untuk menarik minat wisatawan untuk berkunjung si suatu objek wisata bukan hanya sekedar pada keindahan alam atau kekhasan budaya saja. Akan tetapi yang juga tidak kalah pentingnya yaitu pada kelengkapan sarana dan prasarana yang ada, produk cendera mata yang unik, perhotelan, makanan khas ataupun biro perjalanan. Pariwisata disini mempunyai peranan penting dalam upaya pembangunan dan pengembangan suatu daerah. Bahkan pada beberapa daerah menunjukkan bahwa industri pariwisata mampu mendongkrak daerah tersebut. Perkembangan industri pariwisata ini secara tidak langsung menimbulkan dampak atau manfaat multi ganda (multiplier effect) bagi Negara, Pemerintah daerah dan masyarakat. Selain mendatangkan devisa bagi Negara dan pendapatan daerah, pengembangan industri pariwisata ini dapat meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat, yaitu membuka dan memperluas kesempatan kerja,serta meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat, terutama yang berada di sekitar daerah tujuan wisata. Kata kunci : Pariwisata, Peningkatan Ekonomi, Sumenep

Abstract

The College of Teacher Training and Education, called STKIP, is a space and forum for students who focus on the world of education. STKIP is considered the only miniature university which focuses on education. The INCREATION of STKIP, the Digital Media Innovation Based on Local Wisdom to Create Collaborative STKIP College Students, is an idea coming from the phenomenon of regional cultures that are rapidly being eroded. The importance of increasing the digital literacy among students needs all STKIP students solidarity in realizing a good quality of education for a superior and resilient Indonesia. The method applied in this paper is a qualitative descriptive approach that also observes a socio-culture through the developmental research methodology to investigate the existence of sequence and pattern of growth or changes in the area of Sumenep Regency related to its local cultures using the domain analysis. As a result, the existence of INCREATION media is expected to influence all STKIP students to collaborate in creating humanization in the world of education through the Local Cultures.

Abstract

The concept of the caliphate as a discourse and promoted by several groups of Islamic fundamentalist movements, is no longer able to fulfill the goals of government in Islam. Ibn Taimiyah finally promised an Islamic political theory which was expected to be able to cover the shortcomings and limitations of the khilafah theory by referring to the classical caliphate theory. Ibn Taimiyah's political theory is contained in one of his works entitled al-Siyasah al-Syar'iyah fi islah al-Ra'i wa al- Ra'iah (Shari'ah-based Politics for the Improvement of Returners and Shepherds). Departing from the basis of the classical theory of caliphate,he not only criticized the caliphate theory, but at the same time saw that there was no need for a caliphate. Even Ibn Taimiyah argues that in the Koran and as-Sunnah does not formulate a caliphate. The existence of the historical background of the Khilafah Khilafah al-Rasyidin is nothing more than an accident, not an example of political life. Even the life of the Prophet is not seen as the basis of government that needs to be adopted in a particular political system of government, he is nothing but a suigeneris institution, not the basis of Islamic politics. Ibn Taimiyah's rejection of the practice of history as the basis of political philosophy,then Ibn Taimiyah avoided the error of assessing the existing political power as power legalized by the shadow of the caliph, as contained in the characteristics of the political theory of previous thought.

Abstract

Non-permanent teachers, in carrying out their duties and responsibilities as educators and instructors, have the right to earn income above the minimum living standards and social welfare guarantees. Teachers highly anticipate the issuance of regional regulations in the field of education in an effort to improve the welfare of teachers in Sumenep. This research aims to determine the urgency of regional regulations for improving the welfare of non-permanent teachers in the Sumenep Islands. This research uses a qualitative approach, which is a descriptive analysis with a case study type. Informants were determined using the purposive sampling method, and the informants in this study were 7 school principals, 25 honorary teachers, and seven salary treasurers. Data collection used three methods, namely, interviews, observation, and documentation. The collected data was analyzed using an interactive analysis model. According to the study's findings, the pay for non-permanent teachers as a whole is still below the minimum living standards set in the Sumenep region. Teachers do not always hope to be able to take part in the civil service selection so that teachers' minimum living needs can be met and social welfare can be guaranteed.

Abstract

The term harmony is synonymous with the term tolerance. Harmony is a term filled with good and peaceful meaning content. The point is to live together in society with unity of heart and agree not to create disputes and quarrels. Living in harmony is everyone's dream. Differences on the one hand can be a strength if managed well and professionally. However, if not, differences in worldviews between countries, will become a factor of national disintegration and prolonged conflict. This article aims to find out how strategies to fight religious intolerance in Indonesia. The method used in this research is library research, which traces books and findings from interfaith harmony studies. The results of this study explain that there are 6 strategies that can be done in building inter-religious harmony, namely internalizing tolerance, maintaining kinship (ukhuwah), respecting and appreciating each other, trusting each other and avoiding prejudice, clarifying and confirming information obtained and acting fairly.
