Abstract

This study is a quantitative descriptive research that aims to describe the teachers’ competency in productive subject at SMKN (public vocational schools) in Makassar city. The research variables are pedagogic competence, personal competence, social competence, and professional competence. The population of the study was 223 teachers in productive subject spread from 13 SMKN in Makassar City, the sample was chosen by employing systematic random sampling technique and obtained 70 teachers in productive subject. The study employed quantitative descriptive analysis method. The research data were obtained from the Makassar DISDIK documentation. The results of the study reveal that the average value of pedagogic competence is 48.90 (24.73%), the average value of personal competence is 47.59 (24.07%), the average value of social competence is 51.71 (26.16%), and the average value of professional competence is 49.51 (25.04%). The conclusion based on the value of pedagogic competence, personal competence, social competence, and professional competence, the teachers’ competency in productive subject at SMKN in Makassar city is in low category.

Abstract

This study aims to find out: (1) an overview of students' basic competency learning skills at Takalar State Vocational School, (2) an overview of Student Field Work Practices (PKL) at Takalar State Vocational School, (3) an overview of Student Self-Efficacy at Takalar State Vocational School, (4) an overview of student work readiness at Takalar State Vocational School, (5) the effect of basic skills competency learning on student work readiness at Takalar State Vocational School, (6) the effect of Field Work Practices (PKL) on student work readiness at Takalar State Vocational School, (7) the effectof Self-Efficacy On the work readiness of students at Takalar State Vocational School, (8) the joint effect of learning basic competency skills, field work practices, and self-efficacy on student work readiness at Takalar State Vocational School. This type of research is quantitative research with the Expost Facto method. The samplein the study was 123 students of class XII. Research data obtained by documentation and questionnaire techniques. The data analysis technique used was descriptivestatistical analysis, inferential statistics and hypothesis testing using the SPSS program. The research results show that; (1) students' basic competency learning skills are in the "high" category, (2) Student Field Work Practices are in the "high" category, (3) Self-Efficacy is in the "high" category, (4) student work readiness is in the "high" category (5) there is an effect of learning basic competency skills onstudents' work readiness at Takalar State Vocational School, (6) there is an effect of Field Work Practices (PKL) on student work readiness at Takalar State Vocational School, (7) there is an effect o Self-Efficacy on Student Work Readiness at Takalar State Vocational School, (8) there is a joint influence between learning basic competency skills, field work practices, and self-efficacy on student work readiness at Takalar State Vocational School.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk (1) mengembangkan Microsoft Office Teams 365 pada mata pelajaran Pekerjaan Dasar Teknik Otomotif (2) menghasilkan pembelajaran Microsoft  Office Teams 365 pada mata pelajaran Pekerjaan Dasar Teknik Otomotif yang valid, praktis, dan efektif. Dalam merancang media pembelajaran ini, peneliti menggunakan model pengembangan Plomp yang meliputi 5 (lima) tahapan yaitu tahap pengkajian awal, tahap desain, tahap realisasi atau kontruksi, tahap tes, evaluasi dan revisi, dan tahap implementasi. Produk pengembangan yang dihasilkan adalah Microsoft  Office Teams 365 yang dilengkapi dengan buku panduan. Penelitian pengembangan ini dilaksanakan di SMK Negeri 3 Makassar. Siswa kelas X (Sepuluh) dijadikan subjek uji coba dalam penelitian ini yaitu 3 (tiga) siswa pada uji coba one to one, 5 (lima) siswa pada uji coba kelompok kecil, serta 20 (dua puluh) siswa pada uji coba lapangan, seorang guru sekaligus pengamat pada uji coba lapangan. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data adalah observasi, data angket atau kuisioner, tes dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini adalah produk yang dihasilkan berupa Microsoft Office Teams 365 yang telah valid, praktis, dan efektif yang dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis statistik deskriptif. Validasi media diperoleh nilai presentase 100% pada kategori sangat valid, validasi materi diperoleh nilai presentase 86,54% pada kategori sangat valid.  Kriteria kepraktisan yaitu respon guru diperoleh nilai presentase 89,29% pada kategori sangat praktis, dan respon siswa diperoleh nilai presentase 87,54% pada kategori sangat praktis. Kriteria keefektifan yaitu keterlaksanaan diperoleh nilai presentase 89,43% pada kategori sangat efektif. Berdasarkan hasil tes belajar siswa yaitu dari 20 (dua puluh) siswa yang diuji cobakan, 18 (90%) siswa mendapatkan nilai tuntas sehingga mencapai nilai Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimal (KKM) dengan nilai rata-rata siswa 78,4 dari standar nilai KKM yaitu 75, yang artinya pembelajaran microsoft office teams 365 berada pada kategori efektif.
