Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji signifikansi pengaruh tingkat pendidikan dan kesadaran beragama terhadap kesiapan wanita tanpa mahram dalam melaksanakan ibadah haji. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain ex post facto dan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan sampel berjumlah 129 wanita. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan aplikasi SPSS. Data primer dikumpulkan melalui angket skala Likert yang disebarkan kepada para wanita melalui Google Form, sementara data sekunder diperoleh dari literatur ilmiah dan situs web. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Kabupaten Cirebon. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa tingkat pendidikan tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kesiapan wanita dalam melaksanakan ibadah haji tanpa mahram, dengan nilai t sebesar -1.016 dan signifikansi 0.367 (p > 0.05). Sebaliknya, kesadaran beragama menunjukkan pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap kesiapan wanita, dengan koefisien regresi 0.180 dan nilai signifikansi 0.004 (p < 0.05). Temuan ini memberikan rekomendasi bahwa tingkat pendidikan tidak berpengaruh signifikan dalam meningkatkan kesiapan wanita untuk melaksanakan ibadah haji tanpa mahram. Namun, peningkatan kesadaran beragama terbukti dapat meningkatkan kesiapan wanita. Selain itu, kesiapan wanita berhaji tanpa mahram juga dipengaruhi oleh kesehatan, pengetahuan, dukungan finansial, teknologi, dan jaminan keamanan. Hambatan yang dihadapi meliputi norma sosial serta kondisi fisik dan mental. Para ulama memiliki pandangan yang berbeda: sebagian mewajibkan mahram, sementara sebagian lainnya membolehkan jika keamanan terjamin. This study aims to examine the significance of the influence of education level and religious awareness on the readiness of women without mahrams in carrying out the hajj. This study uses an ex post facto design and a quantitative approach with a sample of 129 women. Data analysis was carried out using the SPSS application. Primary data were collected through a Likert scale questionnaire distributed to women via Google Forms, while secondary data was obtained from scientific literature and websites. This research was carried out in Cirebon Regency. The results of the analysis showed that the level of education did not have a significant influence on women's readiness to perform the hajj without a mahram, with a t-value of -1,016 and a significance of 0.367 (p > 0.05). On the contrary, religious awareness showed a significant positive influence on women's readiness, with a regression coefficient of 0.180 and a significance value of 0.004 (p < 0.05). These findings provide a recommendation that education level has no significant effect on increasing women's readiness to perform the hajj without a mahram. However, increasing religious awareness has been shown to increase women's readiness. In addition, the readiness of women to perform Hajj without a mahram is also influenced by health, knowledge, financial support, technology, and security guarantees. The obstacles faced include social norms as well as physical and mental conditions. The scholars have different views: some require mahrams, while others allow them if security is guaranteed.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki budaya dan rekam jejak sejarah nikah mut'ah dari perspektif sosio-kultural dan hukum Islam. Nikah mut'ah, atau yang sering disebut kawin kontrak, merupakan praktik yang memiliki akar dalam tradisi keagamaan di kalangan Syiah, namun keberadaannya seringkali menimbulkan kontroversi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif berbasis kajian pustaka. Sumber data utama terdiri dari berbagai jenis referensi seperti buku, jurnal akademik, artikel ilmiah, laporan penelitian, dan sumber daring yang kredibel. Proses pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cermat melalui pencarian literatur di database akademik, perpustakaan digital, dan repositori universitas. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa nikah mut'ah, meski diizinkan pada masa awal Islam dengan status keringanan, mengalami perubahan status hukum yang kontroversial antara Sunni dan Syiah. Sunni meyakini bahwa larangan mut'ah ditetapkan secara tegas oleh Nabi Muhammad saw. pada Perang Khaibar dan Fathu Makkah, yang berdampak diharamkannya nikah mut’ah di era sekarang. Sedangkan Syiah menganggap larangan ini baru muncul pada masa Khalifah Umar bin Khattab, yang tidak memiliki dasar argumen dan perintah dari Nabi. Menurut pandangan Syiah, nikah mut'ah diperbolehkan dengan jumlah wanita yang tidak terbatas, tanpa hak nafkah atau warisan, dan tanpa batas waktu minimal. Hal ini dianggap oleh Sunni sebagai bertentangan dengan prinsip-prinsip dasar pernikahan dalam Islam yang membatasi jumlah istri hingga empat dan menerapkan keadilan serta kewajiban finansial

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the factors influencing changes in understanding and perception of pre-death inheritance practices and their implications on the laws of inheritance ownership according to Sharia principles. A case study method is employed to explore pre-death inheritance practices in Muslim families. Primary data are obtained from families practicing such methods, while secondary data are sourced from literature and books. Data collection techniques involve non-participatory observation, structured interviews, and literature review. The data analysis process entails reduction, validation, and critical literature review to identify patterns and key issues. In conclusion, not everything considered as inheritance by society can be deemed as such according to Sharia. Assets are divided into two categories: assets relinquished before the death of the deceased, which can be considered as gifts or endowments to heirs, and assets that can be controlled after the death of the deceased, subject to circumstances. Assets predetermined before death can be considered as testamentary arrangements if their proportions differ from Islamic inheritance laws. If the testamentary assets are less than one-third of the undesignated remaining assets, they can be accepted by the designated recipients without reducing their share of inheritance. However, if they exceed one-third of the inheritance, consent from other heirs is required. If any heir dissents, the testamentary arrangement is nullified, and all assets are treated as inheritance. Transactions in the distribution of assets are in accordance with Sharia and can be explained through Sharia-compliant agreements. However, it is crucial to scrutinize the transaction process to ensure the accuracy of the agreements and avoid misclassification of assets.

Abstract

Abstrak QRIS merupakan fitur terkini yang tersedia di baznas kabupaten Cirebon dalam proses pengumpulan dana ZIS. Akan tetapi hal ini belum bisa berjalan dengan maksimal. Dengan menggunakan metode studi kasus yaitu melakukan survey kepada masyarakat melalui kuesioner pembayaran ZIS melalui sistem berbayar non tunai QRIS di baznas kabupaten Cirebon. Kemudian analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis konten. Yaitu dengan melakukan evaluasi penggunaan QRIS dalam sistem pembayaran ZIS yang dilakukan oleh 126 responden. Adapun hasil penelitian ini adalah bahwa berdasarkan data penelitian menunjukkan bahwa masyarakat kita belum memahami dan mengetahui tentang QRIS dan juga penggunaan QRIS dalam sistem pembayaran ZIS yang ada di Baznas Kabupaten Cirebon. Dengan demikian maka untuk mengoptimalkan pengumpulan ZIS melalui sistem berbayar non tunai QRIS di Baznas Kabupaten Cirebon adalah dengan cara: pelatihan, edukasi, promosi, dan juga Kerjasama. Kemudian untuk strateginya mencakup: Strategi Strengths-Opportunity, Strategi Weakness-Opportunity, Strategi Strengths-Threats, dan Strategi Weakness-Threats. Kemudian penulis mengusung lima pilar yang bisa diterapkan oleh BAZNAS Kabupaten Cirebon yaitu pilar ekonomi, pilar kemanusiaan, pilar Kesehatan, pilar dakwah dan juga pilar Pendidikan. Kata Kunci: ZIS, Baznas, QRIS, Masyarakat.

Abstract

From the perspective of classical scholars, the only things that constitute a livelihood are clothes, food, and lodging. According to traditional scholars, the husband is not responsible for taking care of the family's health, education, or any essential needs except clothing, food, and shelter. Wives frequently demand goods that are not even primary needs, which causes complications. The implementation of a living is not in accordance with the notions of classical fiqh since of course how individuals see how to provide for themselves has changed through time. The implementation of maintenance in Islamic families in Indonesia and the causes that cause different maintenance implementations will be the main topics of this study. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the transformation of livelihood in Muslim families. Multiple case studies, also known as collective case studies, are used in this study. Primary and secondary data sources were used to gather the data. Data reduction, data presentation, and data verification were used in the data analysis process. According to the study's findings, although life was once thought of as a gift a husband gave to his wife and only addressed a few basic necessities, it is no longer the same. The findings of this study offer a notion of five changes in livelihood. Specifically, transformation and continuation of the definition of subsistence, transformation and continuation of subsistence customs, transformation and continuation of subsistence forms, and transformation and continuation of subsistence processes.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi nilai-nilai moderasi beragama dalam adat perkawinan Buntet Pesantren. Studi kasus adalah metode yang diterapkan pada penulisan artikel ini. Sumber data dalam tulisan ini menggunakan 2 sumber data, yaitu: wawancara dengan 30 responden. Dan perpustakaan merupakan sumber data ke-2 dengan mengambil dari beberapa kitab fiqh klasik seperti: Asybah Wa Al-Nadza'ir, Al-Muhadzab, Al-Fiqh Alaa Madzahib Al-Arba'ah, Al-Inqah Fi Masa'il Al-Nikah dan kitab-kitab fiqh klasik lainnya. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tradisi pernikahan di Buntet Pesantren terdiri dari 3 rangkaian acara. Yang pertama adalah acara pre-wedding. Yang kedua adalah saat pelaksanaan pernikahan. Dan yang ketiga pasca nikah. Semua tradisi di Buntet Pesantren mengandung nilai-nilai syariah. Dalam tradisi pernikahan masyarakat Buntet Pesantren, tidak ada unsur yang bertentangan dengan moderasi beragama.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of the “growing rice” philosophy in shaping student leadership character at SMP Negeri 1 Jalaksana. This concept refers to the thoughts of Ki Hajar Dewantara, who emphasized education as an effort to guide students’ natural potential to develop holistically, encompassing cognitive, affective, and psychomotor aspects. The research employed a qualitative method with an ethnographic approach conducted over one week, involving observations and in-depth interviews with the principal, teachers, and students. Primary data were obtained from observations and interviews, while secondary data were derived from relevant literature, including books and scholarly articles. The findings reveal that the implementation of the “growing rice” philosophy is carried out in three stages: pre-growing, during growth, and post-growing. At the pre-growing stage, teachers prepared learning strategies aligned with the Merdeka Curriculum, including project-based learning, differentiated instruction, socio-emotional competency development, reflective practices, and positive discipline. During the growth stage, activities were conducted through intracurricular, extracurricular, and co-curricular programs that provided students with opportunities to create, collaborate, and participate in decision-making. The post-growing stage encompassed “harvesting,” reflected in the enhancement of students’ leadership skills such as effective communication, teamwork, conflict management, and decision-making, along with semester-based evaluations to monitor the development of leadership character. In conclusion, the implementation of the “growing rice” philosophy fosters students’ leadership character, creating an inclusive, cooperative, and positive school culture. Thus, Ki Hajar Dewantara’s educational philosophy remains relevant in supporting the goals of the Merdeka Curriculum to shape a generation that is intelligent, of strong character, and prepared to face future challenges.

Abstract

Generation Z or Gen-Z is known to be more open to social issues that were previously considered taboo, one of which is interfaith marriage. Amidst the tug-of-war between religious norms that tend to be conservative and digital culture that is increasingly liberal, an important question arises: to what extent do feminist values influence Gen-Z women's openness to interfaith marriage? This study aims to analyse the influence of feminist values on Gen-Z women's openness to interfaith marriage. The method used is a quantitative predictive method with a predictive modelling approach. The research sample consists of Gen-Z women who are active in gender and diversity discourse, selected using purposive sampling techniques. Data collection was conducted through a Likert scale-based questionnaire distributed online using Google Forms. The results showed that of the 222 Gen Z female respondents, the majority were born between 2003 and 2007, representing 68.46% of the sample. This represents the younger generation in their late teens to early adulthood, who tend to be open-minded and progressive. Bootstrap analysis with 5000 samples revealed that feminist values had a positive and significant effect on Gen-Z women's openness to interfaith marriage (β = 0.644; p &lt; 0.001). This means that the higher the internalisation of feminist values, the greater their openness to interfaith marriage, reflecting this generation's inclusive attitude towards diversity in a multicultural society.
