Abstract

This study discusses whether the financing variables, management skills, market situation and regulation can influence the business performance in Cikupa towards small and medium enterprises (SMEs). Financing refers to the availability of financial resources and bank requirements carried out by entrepreneurs. Management skills are important for companies because they can capture a person's ability to regulate all functions and tasks in the company in order to create growth in the business. The market situation allows companies to target, enter new markets and be able to compete in the market. Regulation is an object that must be fulfilled in the company, including clear licensing and business registration. This study aims to determine whether financing, management skills, market situation and regulation can be an influence on SME growth, to find out whether financing has an effect on SME growth, to find out whether management skills influence SME growth, to find out whether the market situation influences SME growth , to find out whether regulation affects the growth of SMEs in Cikupa, the data collection method uses a questionnaire. The number of samples taken for this study is 60 small and medium enterprises (SMEs). Data analysis method uses multiple regression analysis and hypothesis testing using the F test and t test. The conclusion of this study is that financing, management skills, market situation and regulatory issues can influence the growth of SMEs in Cikupa.Penelitian ini membahas tentang apakah variabel pembiayaan, ketrampilan manajemen, situasi pasar dan regulasi dapat berpengaruh terhadap kinerja bisnis yang ada di Cikupa terhadap usaha kecil dan menengah (UKM). Pembiayaan mengacu pada ketersediaan sumber keuangan dan persyaratan bank yang dilakukan oleh pengusaha.ketrampilan manajemen penting bagi perusahaan karena dapat menangkap kemampuan seseorang untuk mengatur semua fungsi dan tugas dalam perusahaan agar terciptanya suatu pertumbuhan didalam bisnis. Situasi pasar memungkinkan perusahaan untuk menargetkan, memasuki pasar baru dan mampu bersaing dalam pasar. Regulasi merupakan suatu objek yang harus dipenuhi dalam perusahaan meliputi perijinan dan pendaftaran usaha yang jelas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah pembiayaan, ketrampilan manajemen, situasi pasar dan regulasi dapat menjadi pengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan UKM, untuk mengetahui apakah pembiayaan berpengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan UKM, untuk mengetahui apakah ketrampilan manajemen berpengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan UKM, untuk mengetahui apakah situasi pasar berpengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan UKM, untuk mengetahui apakah regulasi berpengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan UKM di Cikupa, Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Jumlah sampel yang diambil untuk penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 60 usaha kecil dan menengah (UKM). Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi ganda dan pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji F dan uji t. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah pembiayaan, ketrampilan manajemen, situasi pasar dan masalh regulasi dapat berpengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan UKM di Cikupa.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of learning orientation and entrepreneurial orientation on the growth of batik SME companies in Smesco Jakarta building. This study uses a reference to the theory of "the theory of growth of the firm" made by Penrose. The subjects used in this study were batik SMEs in Smesco in the Java province. This research is a quantitative research with a descriptive approach and the sample selection technique used is "purposive sampling". The number of samples used was 40 respondents, with 15 West Java batik SMEs, 17 Central Java batik SMEs, and 8 East Java batik SMEs. Then their responses were obtained by distributing online questionnaires with google form which was distributed by sending e-mail. After the data is collected, it is processed with SmartPLS 3 software. The results of this study reveal that learning orientation positively and significantly influences the company's growth and entrepreneurial orientation positively and significantly influences the company's growth in batik SMEs in Smesco Jakarta buildingPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh orientasi pembelajaran dan orientasi kewirausahaan terhadap pertumbuhan perusahaan UKM batik di gedung Smesco Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan acuan teori “the theory of the growth of the firm” yang dibuat oleh Penrose. Subjek yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pelaku UKM batik di Smesco pada provinsi Jawa. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif dan teknik pemilihan sampel yang digunakan adalah “purposive sampling”. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan adalah 40 responden, dengan 15 UKM batik Jawa Barat, 17 UKM batik Jawa Tengah, dan 8 UKM batik Jawa Timur. Kemudian tanggapan mereka didapat dengan cara penyebaran kuesioner online dengan google form yang disebar dengan cara mengirimkan email. Setelah data dikumpulkan maka diolah dengan software SmartPLS 3. Hasil penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa orientasi pembelajaran berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan perusahaan dan orientasi kewirausahaan berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan perusahaan pada UKM batik di gedung Smesco Jakarta.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of job satisfaction and organizational culture on employee organizational commitment. Respondents in this study consisted of 57 employees from 4 private companies in Tanjung Pandan, in which the company name is CV Mitra Sumber Mandiri, CV Laju Nusa Andalan, PT Multi Distribution Jaya Makmur and PT You You Glory Industry with more than 1 year of service. The data use for study were obtained through the  questionnaires distributed online, in which to select respondents a purposive sampling method was applied. Then the collected data is processed with the analysis techniques of Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) , using SmartPLS software. The results showed that job satisfaction did not affect organizational commitment. Meanwhile, organizational culture has a positive and significant influence on organizational commitment. The results of this study are expected to provide useful information for the problems that occur between job satisfaction and organizational culture on organizational commitment for employees of private companies in Tanjung Pandan, especially the 4 companies that have been studied, the private companies name is CV Mitra Sumber Mandiri, CV Laju Nusa Andalan, PT You You Glory Industry, and PT Multi Distribution Jaya Makmur. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh kepuasan kerja dan budaya organisasi terhadap komitmen organisasi karyawan. Responden dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 57 karyawan dari 4 perusahaan swasta di Tanjung Pandan yaitu CV Mitra Sumber Mandiri, CV Laju Nusa Andalan, PT Multi Distribusi Jaya Makmur dan PT You You Glory Industry dengan masa kerja lebih dari 1 tahun. Data didapat melalui penyebaran kuesioner secara online, di mana untuk mendapatkan responden diterapkan metode purposive sampling. Kemudian data tersebut diolah menggunakan teknik analisis Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), menggunakan software SmartPLS versi 3.3.3. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kepuasan kerja tidak mempengaruhi komitmen organisasi. Sementara budaya organisasi memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan informasi yang bermanfaat untuk permasalahan yang terjadi antara kepuasan kerja dan budaya organisasi terhadap komitmen organisasi bagi karyawan perusahaan swasta di Tanjung Pandan, khususnya empat perusahaan yang telah diteliti yaitu CV Mitra Sumber Mandiri, CV Laju Nusa Andalan, PT You You Glory Industry, dan PT Multi Distribusi Jaya Makmur.

Abstract

The ability of employees seen from their good and optimal performance, good and optimal performance is a very important asset for organizations in dealing with outside competition by being required to work effectively and efficiently, so this research aims to find out: the effect of perceived organizational support on performance with mediation namely job engagement and job satisfaction at McDonald's. In this study, a sample of 40 employee respondents was taken with a non-probability sampling method and purposive sampling that had worked for at least 1 year. Data collection using a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. Technical data analysis was performed by multiple regression analysis. This data calculation uses partial least square-structural equation modeling (SEM).Kemampuan karyawan dilihat dari kinerja nya yang baik dan optimal, kinerja yang baik dan optimal merupakan harta yang sangat penting bagi organisasi dalam menghadapi persaingan diluar dengan dituntut bekerja efektif dan efesien, sehingga penelitian ini bertujuan dalam mengetahui: pengaruh dukungan organisasi yang dirasakan terhadap kinerja dengan mediasi yaitu keterlibatan kerja dan kepuasan kerja di McDonald. Dalam penelitian ini, diambil sampel sebanyak 40 responden karyawan dengan metode non probability sampling dan purposive sampling yang telah bekerja minimal 1 tahun. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Teknis analisis data dilakukan dengan analisis regresi berganda. Perhitungan data ini menggunakan partial least square-structural equation modeling (SEM).

Abstract

This study examines transformational leadership variables and motivation for the success of SME businesses in Bekasi. Transformational leadership is the ability of a leader in working with others to transform. Motivation is an encouragement or reason that becomes the basis of one's enthusiasm for doing something to achieve certain goals. Business success is a situation where the business experiences an increase from the previous results. This study aims to empirically examine the effect of transformational leadership and motivation on business success. The sample in this study were 50 respondents from various types of businesses in Bekasi. Data collection is done by distributing questionnaires, using non-probability sampling methods. The data analysis method used is the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method with Smart PLS 3. The results showed that transformational leadership has a positive effect on business success, and motivation also has a positive effect on business success. Penelitian ini meneliti variabel kepemimpinan transformasional dan motivasi terhadap keberhasilan usaha UKM di Bekasi. Kepemimpinan transformasional adalah kemampuan seseorang pemimpin dalam bekerja dengan melalui orang lain untuk mentransformasikan. Motivasi adalah suatu dorongan atau alasan yang menjadi dasar semangat seseorang untuk melakukan sesuatu untuk mencapai tujuan tertentu. Keberhasilan usaha adalah suatu keadaan dimana usaha mengalami peningkatan dari hasil yang sebelumnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji secara empiris pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional dan motivasi terhadap keberhasilan usaha. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah 50 responden dari berbagai jenis usaha di Bekasi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan melakukan penyebaran kuesioner, dengan menggunakan metode nonprobability sampling. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah metode Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan Smart PLS 3. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif dengan keberhasilan usaha, serta motivasi juga berpengaruh positif terhadap keberhasilan usaha.

Abstract

The impact of the COVID-19 pandemic has caused a learning transition from offline to online. This study is part of a wider study, and aims to get an overview of online meetings in the context of education, in the late teens group.This research method is quantitative descriptive, with data collection using a questionnaire that is administered through the G-Form. The research participants were 139 late teens (48,2% male dan 51,8% female)who were college students X. The results of this study showed several findings: (a) the main way of communicating using a cellphone accompanied by security measures by activating a password; (b) participants hold the most online meetings with Zoom; (c) online database access, for example email data is required; (d) they store and sync online content to share real-time data files using google drive with storage capacities ranging from 1GB to 25GB; (e) participants are less likely to sync online calendars and do not require SharePoint and Microsoft Project software; (f) participants do not have problems regarding operational compatibility in carrying out online collaboration, they usually use laptops and need electricity as an energy source; (g) the most important factor of a good network provider is the internet provider, because of the problems commonly encountered when using online facilities related to documents, especially when editing in real-time and sharing large files; (h) participants perform the work of sharing notes, synchronizing documents across devices, and granting permission to share content with colleagues using services provided by Google such as GDocs; (i) participants do work with scheduling features, especially when creating calendars with colleagues using cloud calendar services (google/apple/teams). Through the TRA approach, by discovering the behaviors of using technology in this online collaboration, it can be concluded that in general, research participants have positive beliefs and evaluations of the technology used in online collaboration. The use of technology for online collaboration has also begun to become the accepted norm for the group of late teens who are college students. The findings of this study form the basis for further, broader studies of the described collaboration with Vygotsky's theories.

Abstract

Internet of Things (IoT)-based STEM learning is one of the technologies that will be used in the future. As the next generation, elementary level students need to understand the basics of using IoT. Elementary school teachers are  also expected to have knowledge on IoT in order to educate their students. This study aims to describe elementary school teachers’ response to the introduction of the Internet of Things for science learning. The research was conducted using a qualitative participatory ethnography method. Researchers of this study consist of lecturers and students participating in Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) research internship and the research participants were the Principal and 17 Elementary School Teachers in Kota S, Central Java. The research resulted in three findings: (a) Principals and Elementary School Teachers responded positively to the introduction of IoT, (b) Principals and teachers have not implemented the introduction of IoT in learning in elementary schools, (c) The introduction of IoT can be used as one of the compilers of Best Practice for the teachers. The results of the study can be used as an initial description for designing IoT-based STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) learning for elementary school students in the future.

Abstract

Organizational commitment is an important factor to determine the level of production and the success of an organization in achieving its goals. Factors that can play a role in increasing or decreasing organizational commitment are workload, job satisfaction, and work stress. The purpose of this study was to determine how the influence of workload and job satisfaction on organizational commitment with the mediating variable of work stress. Sampling in this study using the total sampling method. The samples taken for this study were 40 employees of PT XYZ who are engaged in oil-gas manufacturing. The research data was taken with a questionnaire/questionnaire instrument using an ordinal scale. The research data is processed using SmartPLS, the results of this study indicate that workload has a negative and insignificant effect on organizational commitment, job satisfaction has a positive and insignificant effect on organizational commitment, work stress has a negative and insignificant effect on organizational commitment, workload has no significant effect on organizational commitment. and not significant on organizational commitment mediated by work stress, and job satisfaction has no significant and insignificant effect on organizational commitment mediated by job stress. This study suggests that companies should give more appropriate tasks to workers according to the position they are carrying out so as not to burden workers with excessive assignments so that many tasks are piled up and workers feel very burdened with work that should not be their job, increasing comfort. and security to employees in order to achieve job satisfaction, then provide positive activities outside of work to relieve work stress experienced by workers within the company.

Abstract

Employee commitment is the degree to which an employee identifies with the company and its goals and wishes to maintain membership in the company. In an organization, there are several variables that are thought to affect the commitment of employees including communication variables, leadership variables and power variables. The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of leadership variables, communication variables and power variables on employee commitment. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The research sample used is 62 people who are permanent employees and contract employees who work at PT XYZ. Based on the results of hypothesis testing, it shows that leadership, communication, and power have an effect on employee commitment.

Abstract

Innovative work behavior is one that helps individuals become more creative and have a positive impact on performance and organization while organizational support is the belief of employees to know the extent to which their organization supports employees in aspects of their work. Creativity is all the ability related to form something new and creative. Organizational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB) is the behavior of a person who acts outside his obligations to help his fellow colleagues. The goal of this study was to determine the impact of organizational support and employee creativity on innovative work behavior through Organizational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB) as a mediation variable. Sampling methods use non-probability sampling techniques with purposive sampling techniques.  The results of this study showed that organizational support negatively but not significantly affects employees' innovative work behaviors, employee creativity negatively affects but does not significantly affect employees' innovative work behaviors,  Organizational Citizenship Behavior  (OCB) has a significant and positive influence on innovative work behavior in employees, organizational support affects negatively but insignificantly.  In the context of innovative work behavior with mediated Organizational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB), employee creativity has a significant and positive influence on innovative work behavior by mediating Organizational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB) on employees. The implication of this research for the company is expected to benefit field workers at PT XYZ, and solve various problems related to innovative work behavior.
