Abstract

During a pandemic, most people believe that honey is one type of health drink that can increase immunity. Currently many honey producers run trigona honey business. Trigona honey is produced from lebah honey Trigona,which is a unique bee, which has no sting. Every product produced from these bees, of course, has high benefits for health. Not only for people who consume, the products produced can certainly be useful also for honey producing producers. One of them is to generate income from the production of honey. However, behind the benefits and impacts that can be provided by Trigona honeybees, there are problems that are often faced by partners or honey producers, It is related to product marketing. Often the technique of marketing honey is done is to market it directly into the hands of consumers, not infrequently also products are marketed in the hands of consumers. bottle packaging without a specific brand and size. This can certainly reduce consumer loyalty in buying products. Thus the purpose of this abdimas activity is to develop Trigona product marketing strategies in Belitung in order to reach a wider market. The method of carrying out activities is carried out through entrepreneurship and mentoring seminars conducted online. In the end, the activities are done well and can have a positive impact on the partner side. The partner states that they are more understanding about entrepreneurship and business development strategies, especially marketing strategies that can be implemented. Thus it is expected that partners can expand the existing consumer market as well as improve their business performance.

Abstract

Entrepreneurship education can be integrated into existing curricula in schools. Entrepreneurship curriculum development can be implemented in educational activities. Responding to the importance of knowledge and mastery of entrepreneurship, the Principal of Al-Jannah Islamic High School, Nature, and Science School submitted a request to the Untar community seerevice Team to be able to help develop an entrepreneurship curriculum for students at the school. The school has a great concern for developing an entrepreneurial spirit in its students and equipping students with adequate knowledge so that they can run their business better and become successful entrepreneurs in the future. The solution to the problems faced by partners is through the provision of mentoring activities for the preparation of the entrepreneurship curriculum. The output target that will be produced from this community service is in the form of knowledge transfer regarding the preparation of an entrepreneurship curriculum that can be applied at Al-Jannah Islamic High School, Nature, and Science School. In addition, this community service activity is also expected to be able to develop the interest of Al-Jannah Islamic, Nature, and Science School students towards the entrepreneurial profession as one of the professional choices in the future. Mandatory output targets which will also be produced by the proceedings of scientific meetings (seminars on community service activities) organized by Tarumanagara University. The method of implementing the activities is conducting in-depth interviews, studying relevant literature, compiling a plan for mentoring activities, implementing community service activities, evaluating activities, as well as preparing and submitting activity reports.

Abstract

Creativity is one of the abilities that every individual needs to have because of its nature that is important for selfdevelopment. To be able to survive the changes that occur, creativity is needed to continue to develop and produce new things. Creativity is the ability to create new discoveries or an ability to develop existing discoveries better than before. Creativity can grow through two main environments, namely the family environment and the school environment. Therefore, this activity is carried out in the scope of the school which is one of the main environments of creativity growth. Basically, every individual is creative. Currently the generation that is in concern is the younger generation or generation Z. Generation Z is also often referred to as the post-millinealgenerai,which in the development of personality and skills, are in the uncertainty and complexity of the socioeconomic environment. In addition, generation Z also strongly considers that his life depends on the advancement of existing technology, even until the future of his organized life. Generation Z is a future generation that will face more and more opportunities and challenges in conditions of uncertainty. To deal with the uncertainty and risks of the future, it is imperative for Generation Z to develop their creativity and increase their competitive advantage. The method of carrying out activities is to conduct deepinterviews, study relevant literature, draw up seminar and workshopactivity plans, implementation of PKM activities, evaluation of activities, and preparation and submission of activity reports. In general, community service activities have been going well and the students also give a positive response and hope this activity can be carried out continuously.

Abstract

Quality human resources are the most important and most important thing needed by a country for its economic development, especially the younger generation. Human resource development can be done through educational facilities. One of the education needed by the younger generation is entrepreneurship education. Through entrepreneurship education, students will be able to recognize and understand not only the value and knowledge of entrepreneurship, but also the characteristics of entrepreneurship. Which, the characteristics of entrepreneurship are not something that can be owned by every individual in general. But only individuals who have my entrepreneurial thoughts and behavior have them. So it can be interpreted that the characteristics of entrepreneurship are still not widely known by the younger generation. So the government is trying to commit to introducing the characteristics of entrepreneurship through educational facilities. The sooner the younger generation recognizes and even has entrepreneurial characteristics, the better the quality of Indonesian human resources. know themselves and others through brain color measurement. Which through this test students can know and understand themselves, even others more deeply. This brain color measurement is used to measure the entrepreneurial characteristics of students.

Abstract

Cokelat merupakan produk yang digemari oleh banyak kalangan. Bahkan cokelat juga merupakan produk yang dapat digunakan dalam banyak acara. Mulai dari hadiah ulang tahun, dijadikan parcel untuk acara hari raya, ataupun untuk cemilan biasa. Oleh karena itu, potensi dari produk dengan bahan dasar cokelat ini akan sangat baik. Terlebih adanya peningkatan tanaman kakao di Kumpeh, Jambi yang semakin menambah potensi usaha. Dikarenakan potensi yang baik, maka diperlukan pendistribusian ilmu kewirausahaan dengan maksimal pula. Untuk mengembangkan usaha yang terkait dengan cokelat ini, UKM Supik Coklat perlu untuk memasarkan produknya dengan menggunakan sarana pemasaran media sosial. Selain itu mitra juga perlu untuk memperhatikan pengemasan dan label produk sehingga dapat menarik perhatian konsumen dan menjangkau konsumen lebih luas lagi. Adapun tujuan dari pelaksanaan kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini adalah untuk memberikan bekal terkait ilmu kewirausahaan kepada mitra sehingga dapat memanfaatkan potensi sumber daya dan juga menjalankan usaha dengan maksimal. Selain itu, kegiatan ini juga bertujuan agar dapat mengenalkan strategi pengembangan dan pemasaran produk melalui media sosial dan kemasan produk, sehingga dapat menarik perhatian konsumen. Kesimpulan yang didapat dari kegiatan ini adalah, potensi usaha dengan bahan dasar cokelat ini layak dan perlu untuk dikembangkan, terutama pada wilayah Jambi. Hal ini dikarenakan Jambi merupakan provinsi yang dapat menghasilkan biji kakao lokal dengan kualitas yang tidak kalah baik dibanding biji kakao non-lokal. Selain itu, strategi pemasaran mitra perlu dimaksimalkan melalui media sosial dan kemasan serta label produk.

Abstract

Inventivitas atau kemampuan untuk berinvensi dan berinovasi merupakan salah satu kemampuan yang perlu dimiliki lulusan Prodi Sarjana. MBKM pada Prodi Sarjana adalah Program yang ditetapkan Kemendikbudristek tahun 2020. Program yang relatif baru ini masih terus mencari bentuk untuk menjadi perbendaharaan kegiatan yang kaya dan efektif efisien dalam memperoleh capaian pembelajaran. Salah satu program yang telah dilaksanakan di Univ. X adalah MBKM Penelitian. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji efektivitas MBKM Penelitian di Univ. X dalam meningkatkan inventivitas mahasiswa. Partisipan penelitian adalah 12 mahasiswa. Metode penelitian adalah eksperimen kuasi, dengan menerapkan Program MBKM Penelitian yang Terintegrasi. Program meliputi 5 tahap pembentukan inventivitas, dirancang oleh Tim Peneliti. Kelima tahap yaitu: tahap pemikiran terhadap persiapan penelitian, tahap pemikiran terhadap kegiatan yang diikuti, tahap focus group discussion terhadap temuan penelitian, tahap perancangan metode lanjutan, tahap evaluasi berkelanjutan. Metode pengumpulan data adalah campuran, kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Data kuantitatif diperoleh melalui kuesioner pengalaman mengikuti MBKM Penelitian, dan data kualitatif diperoleh melalui wawancara dan observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peserta MBKM Penelitian memiliki kemampuan mempelajari berbagai hal yang ditemui selama penelitian. Inventivitas yang terbangun juga tampak dari karya-karya yang dihasilkan. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa MBKM Penelitian yang dijalankan di Univ. X efektif dalam mencapai kompetensi inventivitas mahasiswa. Penyempurnaan masih perlu dilakukan terkait keterampilan mewujudkan invensi mereka dalam bentuk gambar/skema yang mudah dipahami banyak pihak.

Abstract

Beberapa penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar karyawan menghadapi stres yang cukup tinggi dalam menjalankan pekerjaannya. Stres yang tinggi dapat mengakibatkan kesulitan untuk fokus terhadap pekerjaannya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh efikasi diri, perilaku kewargaan organisasional, dan well-being terhadap stres kerja. Purposive sampling digunakan sebagai teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Sampel penelitian adalah sebanyak enam puluh dua orang karyawan pada beberapa perusahaan swasta di Jakarta Barat. Data penelitian diolah dengan menggunakan SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian yang didapat menunjukkan efikasi diri tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap stres kerja, perilaku kewargaan organisasional memiliki pengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap stres kerja, well-being memiliki pengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap stres kerja. Selain itu dapat disimpulkan juga bahwa well-being tidak memberikan pengaruh dalam memediasi pengaruh efikasi diri terhadap stres kerja serta well-being memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan dalam memediasi pengaruh perilaku kewargaan organisasional terhadap stres kerja.   Several studies have shown that most employees face quite high stress in carrying out their work. High stress can make it difficult to focus on their work. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of self-efficacy, organizational citizenship behavior, and well-being on work stress. Purposive sampling was used as a sampling technique used in this study. The study sample was sixty-two employees at several private companies in West Jakarta. The research data was processed using SmartPLS. The results of the study obtained showed that self-efficacy has no influence on work stress, organizational citizenship behavior has a negative and significant influence on work stress, well-being has a negative and significant influence on work stress. In addition, it can also be concluded that well-being does not have an influence in mediating the influence of self-efficacy on work stress and well-being has a significant influence in mediating the influence of organizational citizenship behavior on work stress.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh efikasi diri, pengetahuan kewirausahaan, dan motivasi kewirausahaan terhadap keberhasilan usaha UMKM F&B di Jakarta Barat. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah seluruh UMKM di bidang F&B di Jakarta Barat. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak lima puluh orang pemilik UMKM. Metode sampling yang digunakan adalah non probability sampling dengan teknik purposive. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan kemudian data diolah dengan SmartPLS versi 4.0. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah variabel efikasi diri, pengetahuan kewirausahaan, dan motivasi kewirausahaan berpengaruf positif dan signifikan terhadap keberhasilan usaha UMKM F&B di Jakarta Barat. The purpose of this study is to test the influence of self-efficacy, entrepreneurial knowledge, and entrepreneurial motivation on the success of F&B MSME businesses in West Jakarta. The population of this study is all MSMEs in the F&B field in West Jakarta. The sample in this study was fifty MSME owners. The sampling method used is non probability sampling with purposive techniques. The data collection method uses a questionnaire and then the data is processed with SmartPLS version 4.0. The results of this study are variables of self-efficacy, entrepreneurial knowledge, and entrepreneurial motivation with a positive and significant impact on the success of the F&B MSME business in West Jakarta.

Abstract

The fashion industry is included in the top three creative industry sectors in Indonesia. The development of the fashion industry is also supported by various parties and is also enlivened by the distinctive fashion of Indonesian traditional fabrics. Several traditional Indonesian fabrics, such as batik, lurik, Lombok songket have successfully penetrated the international market, so the opportunity to continue developing the fashion industry with traditional fabrics is still large. One of them is to use a typical Sumba woven cloth which is not gaining popularity with Sumba as a tourist destination. Therefore, this research was conducted with the aim of digging deeper into the factors that shape the brand awareness of Sumba woven fabrics. This research was conducted using a qualitative approach and phenomenological methods, with data collection using the Focus Group Discussion (FGD) technique. The results showed that the factors that formed brand awareness of Sumba woven fabrics were divided into two, namely internal and external factors. Internal factors are factors that come from the product itself, such as motif, price, color, age of fabric, quality, craftsmen. While external factors come from outside the product, including the power of word of mouth, organizing events (exhibitions), government involvement (regional and central), and showing the identity of the wearer. Industri fashion termasuk dalam tiga besar sektor industri kreatif di Indonesia. Perkembangan industri fashion ini juga didukung berbagai pihak, serta turut diramaikan dengan fashion khas kain tradisional Indonesia. Beberapa kain tradisional Indonesia, seperti batik, lurik, songket Lombok telah berhasil menembus pasar internasional, sehingga peluang untuk terus mengembangkan industri fashion dengan kain tradisional masih besar. Salah satunya adalah dengan menggunakan kain tenun khas Sumba yang kurang mendapatkan popularitas dengan Sumba sebagai destinasi wisata. Oleh karenanya, penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk menggali lebih dalam mengenai faktor yang membentuk brand awareness kain tenun Sumba. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan metode fenomenologi, dengan pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik Focus Group Discussion (FGD). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor yang membentuk brand awareness atas produk kain tenun Sumba dibedakan menjadi dua, yaitu faktor internal dan eksternal. Faktor internal merupakan faktor yang berasal dari produk sendiri, seperti motif, harga, warna, usia kain, kualitas, pengarajin. Sedangkan faktor eskternal berasal dari luar produk, meliputi kekuatan dari word of mouth, penyelenggaraan event (pameran), keterlibatan pemerintah (daerah dan pusat), dan menunjukkan identitas pemakainya.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisa pengaruh dari kreativitas, pengetahuan kewirausahaan, dan media sosial terhadap keberhasilan usaha UMKM. Pengambilan sampel penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode purposive sampling. Penelitian menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 60 pemilik usaha. Analisis data menggunakan analisis SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil analisis menyimpulkan bahwa kreativitas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keberhasilan UMKM. Pengetahuan kewirausahaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keberhasilan UMKM. Media sosial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keberhasilan UMKM. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influence of creativity, entrepreneurial knowledge, and social media on the success of MSME businesses. Sampling of this study was carried out by purposive sampling method. The study distributed questionnaires to 60 business owners. Data analysis using SmartPLS 3.0 analysis. The results of the analysis conclude that creativity has a positive and significant effect on the success of MSMEs. Entrepreneurial knowledge has a positive and significant effect on the success of MSMEs. Social media has a positive and significant effect on the success of MSMEs.
