Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the use of the Project based learning model in integrative thematic learning and find out the impact that occurs on the use of the Project based learning model in integrative thematic learning for fourth grade students of SD Negeri Pringanom 1, Masaran District, Sragen Regency. The research method used is descriptive qualitative research. The subjects of this study were fourth grade students, class teachers and school principals at SDN Pringanom 1, Masaran District, Sragen Regency. Data collection methods in this study are observation, interviews, and documentation. Interviews are used to obtain the information needed in research. Documentation is used to find out school profiles, learning materials for lesson plans and syllabus, data on fourth grade students at SDN Pringanom 1 for the 2019/2020 academic year, photos of media posters produced by students. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the research that has been done, the use of the Project Based Learning learning model has an impact that the teacher faces. The impact of using the project based learning model is in managing time, the teacher has difficulty managing learning time because the completion of posters carried out by students exceeds sufficient time duration long and need to be limited. Keywords: Learning model, Project Based Learning, Integrative Thematic.

Abstract

Research objectives: 1) Knowing the difficulties of students in class IV SD Negeri Ketro 1 in understanding reading content 2) Knowing what factors influence students' difficulties in understanding reading content in integrative thematic learning 3) Knowing the efforts made to overcome students' difficulties in understanding reading content. The method used is descriptive qualitative research. The subjects used were class IV students and teachers. The source of the data obtained at Ketro 1 Public Elementary School was in the form of primary data obtained using interviews with fourth grade students and teachers, secondary data through observation, documentation. Observation data collection techniques, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis technique used descriptive qualitative interactive model. Conclusion: 1) Difficulty in reading comprehension of reading content in integrative thematic learning experienced by students in class IV SD Negeri Ketro 1 such as students having difficulty determining answers that are appropriate to the reading content and students not understanding the meaning of the reading content. 2) Factors that affect students' difficulties in understanding reading content in integrative thematic learning include lack of self-motivation, lack of interest in learning to read, and influence from friends. 3) Efforts are made to overcome difficulties in understanding reading content, namely by applying reading habits to students by carrying out reading activities in the library and teachers can use learning strategies or models namely Know Want Learn (KWL), which is a type of reading comprehension strategy to explore, gain information on reading content.

Abstract

Anak marjinal yang ada di Lembaga Pemberdayaan Perempuan dan Anak Pinggiran ( PPAP ) Seroja Surakarta dilatarbelakangi oleh berbagai macam faktor, diantaranya adalah kemiskinan, sulitnya mendapat pekerjaan, sudah tidak mempunyai orang tua atau duafa, tidak mempunyai tempat tinggal, dan rendahnya pendidikan. Melihat permasalahan tersebut, maka yang dibutuhkan oleh anak anak marjinal adalah bagaimana mereka dapat mendapatkan kesejahteraan hidup dimasa sekarang dan masa yang akan datang terutama pada aspek ekonomi. Oleh karena itu Tim PKM Universitas Slamet Riyadi megadakan kegiatan pelatihan pemanfaatan copywriter dan desain grafis bertujuan untuk membantu anak anak marjinal tersebut agar dapat mendapatkan keterampilan baru yang tentunya akan sangat berguna bagi persiapan mereka mencari pekerjaan dimasa yang akan datang. Anak anak marjinal akan diberikan pengetahuan dan dibimbing untuk belajar mengenai copywriter dan desain grafis. Dimana, keterampilan ini sangat dibutuhkan sekarang untuk mencari pekerjaan. Melihat bahwa kita hidup dizaman yang sudah modern, maka sudah seharusnya anak anak marjinal di Lembaga PPAP Seroja Surakarta ini mendapatkan pelatihan keterampilan baru yang memanfaatkan kemajuan digitalisasi dimana keterampilan ini akan dibutuhkam dimasa sekarang dan masa yang akan datang. Diharapkan dengan adanya keterampilan baru ini mereka dapat lebih produktif, dan mendapatkan jaminan peningkatan perekonomian dimasa mendatang.

Abstract

Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh strategi directed reading thinking activity (DRTA) berbantuan media flip chart terhadap kemampuan membaca pemahaman pada peserta didik kelas V SDN Kestalan Surakarta Tahun Ajaran 2023/2024. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian pre- experimental design jenis one group pretest - posttest design. Sampel yang digunakan berjumlah 25 peserta didik kelas V SDN Kestalan Surakarta. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah observasi, tes, dan dokumentasi. Uji coba instrumen menggunakan uji validitas, reliabilitas. taraf kesukaran, dan daya pembeda. Teknik analisis data dengan menguunakan uji normalitas dan uji hipotesis dengan rumus paired sample t-test. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data diperoleh data pada menunjukan nilai pada taraf signifikansi 5% pada tabel paired sample t-test diperoleh thitung yaitu sebesar 25,067 selanjutnya t hitung tersebut dapat dibandingkan dengan dk= (N-1) jadi (25-1) =24 dalam taraf signifikansi 5% = 2,064. Jadi t hitung lebih besar dari t tabel atau 25,067 > 2,064, Maka ditolak. Sedangkan jika dilihat dari taraf signifikansi yang sebesar 0.000. Jadi 0,000 < 0,05 maka ditolak diterima. Jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh strategi directed reading thinking activity (DRTA) berbantuan media flip chart terhadap kemampuan membaca pemahaman pada peserta didik kelas V SDN Kestalan Surakarta Tahun Ajaran 2023/2024.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of problem-based learning model based on critical thinking skills of fifth grade students on the learning outcomes of IPAS SD N Tugu Jebres Surakarta in the 2023/2024 academic year. This study used a quantitative method with a one group pretest-posttest design. Data analysis techniques in this study used normality test, homogeneity test and paired sample t-test. The results of data analysis of pretest results obtained an average of 59.75 while the posttest obtained an average of 89.4 when viewed from the average pretet and posttest experienced an increase. The results of data analysis with the paired sample t-test test obtained tcount = 12.112 can be compared with the ttable value using dk = (N-1) then (20-1) = (19) with a level at 5% or 0.05 significance so, tcount> ttable = 12.112> 2.093 then, the results show H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. Based on the significance value, the result is 0.000 where, 0.000 <0.05 so that the result shows H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. From the results of data analysis, the hypothesis states that there is an influence of the problem-based learning model based on the critical thinking skills of fifth grade students on the learning outcomes of IPAS subjects at SD N Tugu Jebres Surakarta in the 2023/2024 school year.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of the PBL model based on TPACK on IPAS learning outcomes in class III of SDN Laweyan Surakarta in 2024/2025 academic year. This research was conducted at SDN Laweyan Surakarta. The subjects were 27 third-grade students. This was a quantitative study with a non-equivalent control group design. This design had a treatment group and a control group. In this study, the researcher used data collection techniques such as tests, documentation, observation, and interviews. Based on the research results, the pretest mean score was 69.26 and the posttest mean score was 84.44. The significance data (2-tailed) showed that the value was 0.000 <0.05. This indicated that there is a difference between the pretest and posttest. The t-test obtained t-count was 13,000>t-table 2.055. Therefore, it can be concluded that the implementation of the TPACK-based PBL model has an influence on improving learning outcomes in the subject of IPAS in grade III of SDN Laweyan Surakarta in 2024/2025 academic year.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana implementasi projek penguatan profil pelajar Pancasila di SD Negeri Teguhan Sragen. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif, metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis datanya menggunakan metode yang dikembangkan oleh Milles and Huberman yaitu mereduksi data, menyajikan data, dan menarik kesimpulan. Adapun triangulasi yang digunakan adalah triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi teknik. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa dalam implementasi projek penguatan profil pelajar Pancasila di SD Negeri Teguhan ada 1) perencanaan projek penguatan profil pelajar pancasila, dengan mengidentifikasi tingkat kesiapan satuan pendidikan, menentukan dimensi, tema dan alokasi waktu, menyusun modul projek, dan merancang strategi pelaporan hasil. 2) pelaksanaan kegiatan projek penguatan profil pelajar pancasila, di awali dengan tahap persiapan seperti koordinasi dengan kepala sekolah, rapat persiapan kegiatan projek, sosialisasi kegiatan dengan wali murid, dan persiapan instrumen yang akan digunakan. Pelaksanaan kegiatan P5 diluar kelas dilakukan dengan pembiasaan sholat duha berjamaah setiap hari sabtu pagi, kemudian pada tahap pelaksanaan dikelas IV diawali dengan penjelasan dan pengenalan konsep projek yang akan dibuat, membimbing peserta didik dalam perencanaan projek, aksi nyata pembuatan projek, dan refleksi kegiatan. 3) Evaluasi projek dilakukan dengan menggunakan catatan hasil pengamatan selama projek berlangsung, portofolio peserta didik dan rubrik pengembangan peserta didik. Keterbatasan penelitian meliputi keterbatasan data penelitian terkait kegiatan P5 pada pelaksanaan pembiasaan sholat duha berjamaah, serta keterbatasan waktu, tenaga, dan kemampuan peneliti.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze and describe the implementation of the HOTS-based Project-Based Learning (PjBL) model and its impact on the collaborative skills of fifth-grade students at SD Negeri Laweyan Surakarta. This research was conducted at SD Negeri Laweyan Surakarta. The subjects of this study were 28 fifth-grade students, the fifth-grade teacher, and the principal of SD Negeri Laweyan Surakarta. This study employed a qualitative approach with data collection techniques including observation, interviews, and documentation. Data collection utilized source triangulation and technique triangulation. The data were analyzed using a cyclical model comprising data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing or verification. Based on the data analysis, the study concludes the following: (1) The HOTS-based PjBL model effectively enhances students’ collaborative abilities by actively involving them in problem formulation, solution design, and completing projects together in groups; (2) The HOTS-based PjBL model effectively develops students’ critical thinking skills through project-based learning activities that emphasize analysis, evaluation, and creation; and (3) The HOTS-based PjBL model significantly improves students’ communication skills through project-based learning activities that require in-depth analysis, group discussions, and presentations of their work.

Abstract

This study aimed to examine the extent to which the use of Kipin School, a digital learning platform, contributes to improving the academic performance of fourth-grade students in Science and Social Studies subjects at SDN Cengklik, Surakarta. Kipin School offers a variety of interactive features designed to enhance students' understanding and make the learning process more engaging. The study employed a quantitative approach with a one-group pretest and posttest design. All fourth-grade students participated in the research, with one group receiving instruction through Kipin School, while another group served as a comparison. Data were collected through tests administered before and after the learning sessions and analyzed using a t-test to determine differences in learning outcomes. The results showed a significant improvement in the academic performance of students who used Kipin School. Therefore, it can be concluded that Kipin School has a positive impact on students' comprehension in Science and Social Studies.
