Abstract

Beginning at the end of 2019 in various countries around the world and in Indonesia during the period of February 2020 has been shocked by a spectacular outbreak of a virus called Corona or Covid-19 (Corona Virus Diseases-19). This virus originally existed and developed in Wuhan China and its transmission spread very quickly throughout the world. So that the World Health Organization (WHO)(Jianxi Luo, 2020a), declared a world pandemic. Many victims fell and died, including in Indonesia and disrupt human life plus the unavailability of drugs or antidotes for this virus. All sectors in the world experience tremendous impact and ultimately jointly overcome in various ways so that transmission can be minimized, including in the field of education, especially higher education in Indonesia, many efforts have been made in the conditions and situations of teaching in the period and post-pandemic Covid-19. Government efforts in mobilizing and launching an independent campus and WFH-SFH (Nadiem Anwar Makarim, 2020a) are efforts to reduce and overcome Covid-19 servicing on campus and places of education whose potential is extraordinary, if contracting and other efforts undertaken to solve and explained in this study by each - higher education is an effort to minimize and reduce the impact caused by the Covid-19 pandemic. Keywords: Covid-19, pandemic, e-learning, independent campus, Study From Home (SFH) Abstrak Berawal akhir tahun 2019 di berbagai negara di belahan dunia dan di Indonesia dari bulan Pebruari 2020 telah dikejutkan oleh wabah spektakuler yaitu virus yang bernama Corona atau Covid-19 (Corona Virus Diseases-19). Virus ini awalnya ada dan berkembang di Wuhan China dan penularannya sangat cepat menyebar ke seluruh dunia. Sehingga oleh World Health Organization (WHO) (Jianxi Luo, 2020a), menyatakan pandemi dunia. Korban banyak berjatuhan dan meninggal dunia termasuk di Indonesia dan mengganggu kehidupan manusia ditambah belum tersedianya obat atau penangkal virus ini. Semua sektor di dunia mengalami dampak yang luar biasa dan pada akhirnya bersama-sama mengatasi dengan berbagai cara agar penularannya bisa diminimalisir, termasuk dalam bidang pendidikan, khususnya pendidikan tinggi di Indonesia telah banyak dilakukan upaya dalam kondisi dan situasi pengajaran di masa dan pasca pandemi Covid-19. Upaya pemerintah dalam menggerakkan dan mencanangkan kampus merdeka dan WFH-SFH (Nadiem Anwar Makarim, 2020a) adalah upaya untuk mengurangi dan mengatasi penyebaran Covid-19 di dalam kampus dan tempat pendidikan yang potensinya sangat luar biasa jika tertular dan upaya-upaya lain yang dilakukan untuk penanggulangannya dan dijelaskan dalam studi ini oleh masing-masing pendidikan tinggi adalah upaya dalam meminimalisir dan mengurangi dampak yang terjadi akibat pandemi Covid-19 ini. Abstract

This article discusses the Role of Marketing Management in the Information Industry: Corporate Image, Brand Awareness and Promotion (Case Study at PT Lensa Potret Mandiri). This study uses quantitative methods and uses IBM SPSS 27 in analyzing the data. The population in this study were 119 respondents with a total sample of 40 respondents. In determining the research sample, the researcher used a sampling technique, namely Simple Random Sampling. Data obtained from questionnaires made on google form and then distributed to respondents using a Likert scale measurement scale. The tests carried out in this study are Validity and Reliability Test, T test, F test and Coefficient of Determination Test. The results of this study are: 1) Corporate image has a significant effect on the Role of Marketing Management partially; 2) Brand awareness has a significant effect on the Role of Marketing Management partially; 3) Promotion has an effect on the Partial Role of Marketing Management; and 4) corporate image, brand awareness, and promotion influence the role of marketing management simultaneously.

Abstract

This study aims to determine consumer satisfaction which is influenced by the management information system and the decision to buy MPL Mobile Legend tickets is influenced by the management information system. The object of this research is consumers who buy MPL Mobile Legend tickets on the Blibli.com application. The research method used is descriptive quantitative, which uses SPSS version 27 to process the data. The population in this study is 147 people with a research sample of 50 people. The sampling technique used is accidential sampling. Tests performed in the form of t-test, f-test and test the coefficient of determination. The results of this study are: 1) Customer satisfaction is partially influenced by the management information system in the Blibli.com application; 2) The decision to purchase MPL Mobile Legend tickets is partially influenced by the information management system in the Blibli.com application; and 3) Consumer satisfaction and purchasing decisions are simultaneously influenced by the management information system in the Blibli.com application.

Abstract

. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of Brand Loyalty and product quality on interest in purchasing Honda motorbikes. This research is quantitative research using a questionnaire method. The population used in this research were students from the Faculty of Economics and Business, Bhayangkara Jakarta Raya, University The sampling technique used in this research was Slovin sampling. In this research the dependent variable is Purchase Interest (Y), while the independent variables are Brand Loyalty (X1) and Product Quality (X2). For the validity test results used in Brand Loyalty product quality and purchasing decisions are valid, while the reality test results in this research show reliable results. The results of this research are that Brand Loyalty and Product Quality both partially and simultaneously influence Interest in Buying Honda motorbikes.

Abstract

The purpose of the study is to ascertain how customer satisfaction at Sambal Galak Grand Wisata in Bekasi is impacted by the quality of the products and services offered. This kind of study is descriptive and quantitative. This type of primary data is generated by an online questionnaire. The population is the grand tour community in Bekasi with a sample of 140 respondents with the hair formula. In this technique, data analysis using SPSS 26. The validity, reliability, normalcy, multiple linear regression, hypothesis, F, and determination coefficient tests were among the data analysis methods employed in this investigation. The study's findings partially explain how customer happiness is influenced by service quality. Partially the effect of Product Quality has an influence on Customer Satisfaction. Simultaneously, The criteria that affect customer satisfaction are Service Quality and Product Quality.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the analysis of the influence of product quality, service quality, price and location on purchasing decisions at PT. Bumi Agung Mighty Beautiful. This type of research is quantitative. The population in this study is unknown. The sampling technique uses Non-Probability Sampling using Purposive Sampling techniques. The sample in this study consisted of 100 respondents. Data collection technique by distributing questionnaires via Google Form. Hypothesis testing in this research uses Multiple Linear Regression analysis. The research subjects are consumers of PT. Bumi Agung Mighty Beautiful. The results of this research show that the variables product quality, service quality, price and location partially and simultaneously have a significant effect and have a positive influence on purchasing decision variables.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Market Segmentation, Positioning, and Lifestyle Implications on Merchandise KPOP Online Marketing. This study was conducted on the NCT community. The number of samples determined was 96 respondents, with sampling techniques using Non-Probability Sampling. This study used a descriptive quantitative method, with a validity test analysis method, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heterocedaticity test, multiple linear regression test, hypothesis test, and coefficient determination test. The analysis tool in this study is SPSS version 25. The results of this study show that market segmentation, positioning, and lifestyle have a positive and significant effect on online marketing of sex-pop merchandise both in part and simultaneously. The coefficient of determination shows a figure of 0.815 which means that the online marketing variable of the sex population is influenced by market segmentation, positoning, and lifestyle variables of 81%.

Abstract

The Influence of Organizational Climate Mediated by Work Engagement on Employee Performance at PT. Ciriajasa Cipta Mandiri. This research aims to find out whether Organizational Climate can influence the performance of Work Engagement mediation found in Employee Performance at PT Ciriajasa Cipta Mandiri. With quantitative research methods, the population and sample are saturated. The sample used in this research was 205 respondents. The results of this research explain that organizational climate variables have a positive and significant effect on Work Engagement. Because Organizational Climate has a value of (T statistics 21.565 > T table 1.65) and (P Value 0.000 < 0.05). So the direct influence of the Organizational Climate variable on Work Engagement is proven to be significant and stated to be full. The organizational climate variable has a negative effect on job satisfaction. The Work Engagement variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The researcher realizes that this research has shortcomings and limitations, however, the researcher hopes that this research can be useful for the parties involved in this research. This research can be used to expand knowledge and complete the literature regarding the Influence of Organizational Climate Mediated by Work Engagement as an Intervening Variable in PT. Ciriajasa Cipta Mandiri.

Abstract

Inisiatif Pengembangan dan Kerja Sama Ekonomi Digital G20 telah memberikan landasan penting bagi pembentukan Indonesia digital. "Rencana Lima Tahun ke-14" Indonesia, yang diluncurkan pada 12 Januari 2022, menekankan pentingnya pertumbuhan ekonomi digital melalui integrasi teknologi digital dengan ekonomi riil, pengembangan infrastruktur digital, dan peningkatan struktur tata kelola ekonomi digital. Penelitian ini mengevaluasi teknik-teknik pengukuran pertumbuhan ekonomi digital, seperti metode pengukuran skala dan metode indeks, serta mengkaji validitas penggunaan Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) dalam mengukur perkembangan ekonomi digital di perkotaan. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan adanya variasi signifikan dalam teknik pengukuran dan indikator yang digunakan, serta tantangan dalam validitas ilmiah dan akurasi hasil. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan penggunaan DEA sebagai solusi yang lebih objektif dan fleksibel dalam mengevaluasi efisiensi dan perkembangan ekonomi digital perkotaan, serta mendukung pengambilan keputusan manajerial yang lebih baik. i
