Abstract

Community Service Activities (PkM) here aim to provide education, knowledge, information and understanding to the wider community. Especially for elementary school students who live in Muara Bakti Village, Bekasi Regency, to foster interest in reading, reading habits, and stretching to read actively through the Village Library. The activity method used in implementing PKM activities here is to provide counseling to the Muara Bakti 01 Babelan-Bekasi State Elementary School, to explain the importance of fostering reading interest, reading habits, and stretching to read diligently. This of course aims to improve class achievement. This activity involves lecturers and students from various faculties in the Bhayangkara University Jakarta Raya environment. Keywords: Habits, Libraries, Reading Interest, Stretching Abstrak Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) disini bertujuan untuk memberikan edukasi, pengetahuan, informasi, dan pemahaman kepada masyarakat luas. Terutama bagi siswa dan siswi sekolah dasar yang berdomisili di Desa Muara Bakti Kabupaten Bekasi untuk menumbuhkan minat baca, kebiasaan membaca, dan geliat untuk giat membaca melalui Perpustakaan Desa. Metode kegiatan yang dipergunakan dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan PKM disini adalah dengan melakukan penyuluhan ke sekolah Dasar (SD) Negeri Muara Bakti 01 Babelan-Bekasi, untuk menjelaskan tentang pentingnya menumbuhkan minat baca, kebiasaan membaca, dan geliat untuk rajin membaca. Hal ini tentunya bertujuan agar dapat meningkatkan prestasi di kelas. Adapun Kegiatan ini melibatkan para dosen dan mahasiswa dari berbagai fakultas di lingkungan Universitas Bhayangkara Jakarta Raya. Kata kunci: Kebiasaan, Perpustakaan, Minat-Baca, Geliat

Abstract

The research aims to know whether retail business can struggle against the situation nowadays. Ones of the most important factors when running a business are location and product availability. One of the largest franchise networks in Indonesia is PT. Lion Super Indo (Superindo Stores). The research was conducted in two Superindo stores located in Bekasi Timur Sub-district by giving questionnaires to 200 respondents/consumers. The research methodology used was descriptive quantitative and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study are that Choice of Place variable has a negative and no significant effect on Business Continuity while Product Availability variable has a positive and significant effect on Business Continuity. The uniqueness of this study is that Business Continuity variable can be affected by Product Availability variable of  4.7% of the other factors.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengatahui pengaruh Citra Merek, Kualitas Pelayanan, dan Harga terhadap Minat Melanjutkan Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode kuantitatif dan melakukan pengelolaan data mengunakan SPSS. Jumlah sampel 77 yang mengisi atau mengembalikan kuesioner dengan mengunakan metode sampling jenuh. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukan bahwa secara parsial citra merek terdapat pengaruh signifikan terhadap minat melanjutkan sekolah menengah kejuruan, kualitas pelayanan terdapat tidak pengaruh signifikan terhadap minat melanjutkan sekolah menengah kejuruan, harga terdapat pengaruh signifikan minat melanjutkan sekolah menengah kejuruan. Sedangkan dari hasil perhitungan statistic uji simultan menunjukan bahwa hipotesis diterima dengan kata lain citra merek, kualitas pelayanan dan harga secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap minat melanjutkan Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Karya Guna 1 Bekasi.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to measure the implications of sales promotion girl (SPG) turnover intention on work productivity at Matahari Department Store Metropolitan Mall Bekasi. The method used in this research is to use a quantitative descriptive analysis involving Sales Promotion Girl (SPG) of PT Matahari Department of Metropolitan Mall Bekasi Store using non-probability sampling techniques of 300 (three hundred) people. The data analysis technique used is a multiple linear regression analysis technique using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences version 24. The results showed that there was a significant influence both partially and simultaneously from the independent variable on the dependent variable. Turnover has a positive effect on work productivity as well as job satisfaction. Simultaneously the independent variable has a positive effect with a value of 77.0% while 23.0% is influenced by other factors.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengukur implikasi turnover intention sales promotion girl (SPG) terhadap produktvitas kerja di Matahari Department Store Metropolitan Mall Bekasi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisa deskriptif kuantitatif yang melibatkan Sales Promotion Girl (SPG) Matahari Departemen Store Metropolitan Mall Bekasi sebagai sampel. Sampel didapatkan dengan teknik non probablitiy sampling sebanyak 300 (tiga ratus) orang. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis regresi linier ganda dengan mengggunakan Statistic Package for the Social Sciences version.24. Hasil penelitian didapat bahwa ada secara signifikan baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan dari variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat. Turnover berpengaruh positif terhadap produktivitas kerja begitu pula dengan Kepuasan Kerja. Secara simultan variabel bebas berpengaruh positif dengan nilai 77,0% sedangkan 23,0% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lainnya.

Abstract

The still occurring covid-19 pandemic in the city area of Bekasi has affected learning activities for students via online living rooms with a limited schedule, so requiring teachers to be innovative in providing online and creative learning time after the learning process. This activity is undertaken to provide increased ability and understanding for teachers at the elementary school of cendrawasih the city of Bekasi with entrepreneurship and online learning models. Teachers can look for alternatives in the online learning model and can fill time to start self-entrepreneurs so that the online learning process is less boring and the time after online learning activities to be more productive. This method of carrying out the activity is the direct delivery of talks and discussions. Materials provided include explanations and discussions about the concept of entrepreneurship, how to start self-entrepreneurs, motivations related to teaching activities by teachers, and example examples of online teaching models.

Abstract

Feedback from participants showed that 15.9% of them were not satisfied with the given training services. The purpose of this study was to find out participants’ satisfaction with the training service provided by the mining safety training providers. In this study, the applied data analysis techniques were the service quality (ServQual) model and importance-performance analysis (IPA) by comparing the perceptions and expectations desired. The total of respondents was 167 people who were participants of training organized by Inspirasi Safety from September to November 2020. The results of the ServQual analysis showed that, in the dimensions of reliability and responsiveness, they indicated a negative gap and the service rate of below 100%, meaning that, in these dimensions, the participants were not satisfied with the provided services. Meanwhile, for the dimensions of tangible, assurance, and empathy, the results indicated that participants were satisfied. In addition, the results of the importance-performance analysis indicated that the service criteria that need to be improved were the timeliness of starting and finishing the training and the fast response to participants’ complaints. Furthermore, this study is expected to be able a suggestion for training providers to pay more attention to the service quality given to participants.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic that  covered the world has entered a period of more than two years, and of course greatly affects the current pace of world economic growth. This study aims to find out how much influence small traders have on the sustainability of the economy in the East Bekasi sub-district, Bekasi City throughout the Covid 19 epidemic. The study approach employed is purposive sampling method by taking samples from the population of small traders in the area surrounding the District of East Bekasi, amounting to about 100 people. The data that came in through the questionnaire from them was then processed using the latest version of SPSS. The results of the study show that small traders in this area have a significant quality of service in the economic sustainability during these difficult times.

Abstract

The research aims to know whether the small and middle business can struggle against the situation of Covid-19 pandemic in Northern Bekasi nowadays.  The research methodology used was descriptive quantitative and multiple linear regression analysis, and analyzed by SPSS version 22, covered Validity, Reliability, Normality, Multicolinierity, Heteroscedasticity, Hyphotesis, and Coefficient Determination Test. The results of this study are that Commercial Advertising Frequency on Television variable has a negative and no significant effect on Economic Improvement while the Role of Food Vlogger variable has a positive and significant effect on Economic Improvement. The uniqueness of this study is that Economic Improvement variable can be more affected by the Role of Food Vlogger variable of  4.7% than the other factors.

Abstract

The aim from this research is to know how far the mobile payment system which applied in many conditions and by many people nowadays can affect the consumer’s purchasing interest. The purpose of this research is to inform that most of the people right now tend to change their lifestyle into millenium lifestyle which used many mobile payment systems in order to deal with everything they want in their living activities. The research methodology used is descriptive quantitative research and simple linear regression analysis. The data obtained from those management students especially the class of 2018 and 2019 which includes several tests, Validity Test, Reliability Test, Normality Test, Multicollinearity Test, Heteroscedasticity Test, Simple Linear Regression Test, Hypothesis Test (partially t test and simultanous F test) and Determination Coefficient Test (adjusted r2).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of location, personal selling and price perception of consumer purchasing decisions at PT. Symbol Nusantara Land housing. This type of research is quantitative. The population in this study amounted to 50 people. Sampling technique using saturated sampling technique. The sample in this study amounted to 50 respondents. Data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires through Google Form. Hypothesis testing in this study using Multiple Linear Regression analysis. The research subjects are consumers who have ordered and who have occupied a housing unit at PT. Symbol Nusantara Land. The results of this study indicate that the variables of Location, Personal Selling and Price Perception partially and simultaneously have a significant and positive effect on the Purchasing Decision variable.
