Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out how the marketing strategy was carried out by the Naqi Collection Ajamu Shoe Store and to compare consumer buying interest in online marketing and offline marketing. Researchers used a qualitative approach with data collection techniques in the form of questionnaires which were distributed to consumers who had shopped at the Ajamu Naqi Collection Store. Data analysis techniques in the form of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that offline marketing is more effective than online marketing, consumers are more interested in shopping directly at stores than ordering online. Online marketing run by Naqi Collection Ajamu Shop is not enough to attract consumers, because it posts pictures without accompanying them with clear specifications, this certainly raises doubts for consumers to make purchases online. Whereas in offline marketing, Naqi Collection Ajamu Shop is quite good, in terms of service and quality of goods to achieve customer satisfaction in making offline purchases.

Abstract

As time goes by, tofu continues to be popular because it is an important menu item and a source of protein and is safe for consumption by all age groups at a relatively cheap price. The market potential for tofu is quite large and continues to grow along with the development of the food and culinary business. The aim of this research is to analyze the income of the tofu making business in North Labuhan Batu, the amount of production costs incurred and revenues. This research uses quantitative methods and primary and secondary data types. There are approximately 50 tofu production businesses in North Labuhan Batu and 10 businesses were sampled. The results of the research show that the total income from the tofu production business in North Labuhan Batu is IDR 116,482,000/month, with revenues of IDR 248,789,000 with a total production cost of IDR 130,122 from the tofu production business. 000/Month. And can produce a maximum of up to 1,300 boards/month. The highest monthly profit from the tofu production business in North Labuhan Batu is IDR 18,125,000 with total costs of IDR 19,765,000, with revenues of IDR 37,765,000. However, all tofu production businesses in North Labuhan Batu make a profit and do not experience losses, meaning that tofu production businesses in the North Labuhan Batu

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of the local revenue fund, for the results and other local revenue that the shah on the financial performance. The population in this research is Financial statement and budget Report of 34 provinces in the territory of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia with a Purposive Sampling technique where the samples were determined by the criteria of the population of the province numbered above 5.000.000,- the soul in 2020. The Data obtained is a combination of time series and cross section data denganpooling data or combined models. From the results obtained partially each increase of 1 million KK will give rise to the PAD by 83 million, on the contrary will be a decrease in DBH amounted to 39 million and LPDYS 27 million. on the value of statistics in the picture seen is the PAD TO 6.30, DBH -1,27, and LPDYS -0,26 with prob. PAD 0.00, DBH IS 0.21, LPDYS 0,80 it shows that with a significance level of 2% variables influence siqnifikan against KK while the PAD and DBH effect is not significant.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of transformational leadership on organizational culture. The research was conducted on Small and Medium Enterprises in the Food and Minimum Industry Sector in Medan City. The sample in this study were employees in the Food and Minimum Industry Sector in Medan City. 350 questionnaires were distributed, 188 were returned. Thus the participants in this study amounted to 188 people. The data is carried out with Structural Equation Modeling. The results show that transformational leadership can improve the corporate culture of the food and beverage industry in Medan City. Suggestions in this study are for the owner as the owner to improve leadership and good organizational culture.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh modal usaha, jam kerja, dan financial technology terhadap pendapatan UMKM sektor kuliner di Kabupaten Labuhanbatu Selatan, serta menguji peran mindset kewirausahaan sebagai variabel moderasi. UMKM kuliner di daerah ini menghadapi tantangan fluktuasi pendapatan meskipun jumlah usaha terus bertambah, sehingga diperlukan kajian komprehensif tentang faktor-faktor yang memengaruhinya. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan sampel sebanyak 95 pelaku UMKM kuliner yang tersebar di Kecamatan Kotapinang dan Kampung Rakyat. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner skala Likert 5 poin dan dianalisis menggunakan SmartPLS 4.0 dengan evaluasi model pengukuran dan model struktural. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa modal usaha (koefisien 0,534; t=9,122), jam kerja (koefisien 0,301; t=4,620), dan financial technology (koefisien 0,278; t=4,034) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pendapatan UMKM. Mindset kewirausahaan terbukti memoderasi pengaruh modal usaha terhadap pendapatan (koefisien interaksi 0,147; t=2,636; p=0,008), namun tidak terbukti memoderasi pengaruh jam kerja dan financial technology. Model penelitian mampu menjelaskan 79,6% variasi pendapatan UMKM (R²=0,796). Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa modal usaha, jam kerja, dan financial technology secara langsung meningkatkan pendapatan UMKM, sementara mindset kewirausahaan hanya memperkuat pengaruh modal usaha. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan penguatan modal usaha, optimalisasi jam kerja, adopsi financial technology, dan pengembangan mindset kewirausahaan bagi pelaku UMKM, serta kebijakan pemerintah daerah yang mendukung akses permodalan, literasi digital, dan pelatihan kewirausahaan untuk meningkatkan pendapatan UMKM kuliner secara berkelanjutan.
