Penerapan dan pelaksanaan pembelajaran jarak jauh (online) disetiap lembaga pendidikan khususnya pada perguruan tinggi merupakan aplikasi dan tidak lanjut dari peraturan yang dikeluarkan pemerintah melalui kementrian pendidikan nasional. Peraturan ini dikeluarkan dalam rangka meminimalisir penyebaran wabah Covie19. Pembelajaran jarak jauh sebenarnya bukanlah hal yang baru dalam dunia pendidikan. Pembelajaran jarak jauh sudah dilaksanakan sebelum adanya wabah Covid19 di Indonesia. Pembelajaran jarak jauh sebelumnya dilaksanakan dengan E-learning yang terintegrasi dengan pembelajaran tatap muka (luring). Akan tetapi pembelajaran jarak jauh saat ini dilakukan secara berkelanjutan sehingga berpotensi memberikan efek atau pengaruh psikologis pada mahasiswa, sehingga pemahaman dan minat belajarnya menjadi menurun. Untuk itu seorang tenaga pendidik (Dosen) harus mampu memilih media yang tepat untuk digunakan dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran jarak jauh, seorang dosen harus memperteimbangkan metode dan media pembelajaran yang tepat untuk dapat meningkatkan pemahaman mahasiswa pada materi pembelajaran dan mempertahankan motivasi belajarnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeahui pengaruh pembelajaran online dalam pemahaman dan minat belajar mahasiswa pada bidang studi akuntansi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa program studi akuntansi Universitas labuhanbatu tidak menyukai atau tidak senang dengan sistem pembelajaran online (daring) yang diterapkan khusunya pada pembelajaran materi akuntansi. Mahasiswa kurang memahami materi pembelajaran akuntansi yang dilakukan secara daring sebab, materi tidak tersampaikan dengan tuntas akibat gangguan jaringan internet yang tidak stabil dan media pembelajaran yang terbatas pada mahasiswa. Minat belajar mahasiswa pada materi akuntansi sangat kuat, akan tetapi dengan metode dan sistem pembelajaran daring membuat tingkat pemahaman mahasiswa pada materi akuntansi masih terbatas.

Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kabupaten Labuhanbatu dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pendapatan dan konsumsi terhadap perilaku konsumen di Kabupaten Labuhanbatu. Data yang digunakan adalah data perimer yang diperoleh dari kuesioner yang diberikan kepada 98 orang responden. Data kemudian dianalisis dengan menggunakan persamaan regresi linier sederhana, koefisien determinansi (R 2 ) dan uji t. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode wawancara terstruktur, wawancara mendalam dan observasi terhadap konsumen labuhanbatu yang digunakan. Subyek dalam penelitian ini adalah masyarakat labuhanbatu yang dipilih secara purpose sampling.

ABSTRACKThis study aims to determine how the influence of wages and incentives on performance at PT Perkebunan Milano. This study uses data collection methods by distributing questionnaires. The population and sample used in this study were 57 employees of PT Perkebunan Milano. Hypothesis testing in this study uses a validity test analysis tool, reliability test, the classic assumption test of multiple linear regression, (t test), (F test), and the coefficient of determination (R2). The results of this study indicate that there is a positive influence The results of this study indicate that partially (t test) wages and a positive and significant effect on employee performance. with a t count of 2,422. Incentives have a positive and significant effect on performance with t count of 6.114. Simultaneously wages and incentives together have a positive and significant effect on performance, with an F count of 22,458. Through testing the coefficient of determination (R Square) of 0.454 or 45.4% which shows that the performance is explained by wages and the remaining incentives of 54.6% are explained by other variables not included in this study. Keywords: Wages, Incentives, Employee PerformanceÂ

This study aims to determine the effect of market orientation, service quality, customer satisfaction and competitive advantage on the purchasing decision of the King of Furniture in Kota Pinang.. Data collection in this study was conducted through a survey approach with descriptive research type by distributing questionnaires to 35 respondents, while the population used in this study was On the King of Pinang City Furniture. The data technique was done by interview, questionnaire and documentation study. The data analysis tool used in this study was SPSS (Statistical Product Software Solution). The results showed that partially (t test) it is known that Market Orientation has a significant effect on Purchasing Decisions at the King of Furniture in Pinang City. Service Quality has a significant effect on Purchasing Decisions at the King of Pinang City Furniture, Consumer Satisfaction has a significant effect on Purchasing Decisions at the King of Pinang City Furniture.Then Competitive Advantage has a significant effect on Purchasing Decisions at the King of Pinang City Furniture. , Service Quality, Customer Satisfaction and Competitive Advantage have a significant effect on Purchasing Decisions at the King of Pinang City Furniture through testing the coefficient of determination (R Square) 7.30% which means that Market Orientation, Service Quality, Customer Satisfaction and Competitive Advantage have a significant effect on Purchasing Decisions. , 32% the remaining 4.70% from other variables not examined in this study.

This study aims to determine how much influence there is in terms of price, promotion, and customer loyalty through the strategy of consumer purchasing decisions as moderation, this research is very important in finding a marketing strategy solution for modern retail shopping centers in PANDEMIC COVID-19 conditions. This research uses quantitative methods with a sample of 258 SME companies using SEM analysis Amos 23. The results of the study strengthen the significant influence of price strategy and promotion of modern retail shopping centers on customer loyalty with purchasing decisions as moderation. This research is an evaluation of the shopping center marketing strategy in modern retail to carry out a strategy to survive in the COVID-19 PANDEMIC. The results show that the application of price and promotion of modern retail shopping centers to customer loyalty with purchasing decisions as moderation is very significant. We discuss the implications of these findings to be able to save modern retailers, which are currently not operating, the advice is given as soon as possible by modern retailers to improve their marketing methods by increasing competitive prices, proper promotion by giving attractive discounts to keep consumers loyalty. Work discipline and work experience are very decisive in the work performance process which aims to improve employee performance in carrying out the duties assigned to each employee. In this study, the object taken was the food security counseling office (BP2KP) in South Labuhanbatu, the data sources included primary and secondary data with the independent variable work discipline (X1), work experience (X2) with the dependent variable work performance. The population in this study were 66 respondents. While the sample taken is all of the total population, namely 66 respondents. The data analysis technique is a technique multiple linear regression. T test, F test and Determination. The results of the analysis using the statistical tool SPSS Ver. 20.0 obtained the results of the equation Multiple linear regression research is Y = 0.096 + 0.169.X1 + 0.815.X2. Based on the results research shows that the results of the variable work discipline on job performance then obtained, r count> r table or 1.766> 1.684. so that Ho was rejected and Ha accepted So in conclusion, there is a positive and significant effect of work discipline on work performance.Thus, r count> r table or 7,810> 1.684, Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted so the conclusion is that there is a positive and significant effect of work experience on work performance. While simultaneously (simultaneously) the influence of work discipline and work experience (F count = 104.245> F table = 3.11). The influence of both is quite strong with a correlation value of R = 0.771, positive and significant because if there is an improvement in work discipline and work experience, it will automatically relate to work performance (R2 = 0.771). The effect of work discipline and work experience is 77.1%, while 22.9% is influenced by other factors outside of this research model.

Phenomena that occur in Labuhanbatu University FEB students who make purchases on the Shopee application are regarding pricing, product reviews and payment procedures with cash on delivery (COD) transactions. This COD system is used by the Shopee application to increase consumer confidence in shopping online. This study aims to see the effect of price, product reviews, and COD payment systems on purchasing decisions at Shopee. The results of the joint hypothesis test (f test) show that price, product reviews, and COD payment systems have a significant effect on Purchase Decisions in the Shopee Application, where the value of Fcount (74.219) > Ftable (2.71) with a significant level of 0.000 < 0.1. So, it can be concluded that the better the price, product reviews, and COD payment system, the better the purchasing decisions made by FEB ULB students on the Shopee Application.

Entrepreneurial orientation and market orientation are very importantthat must be owned by an entrepreneur in order to succeed in the business. This study aims to determine and to know the influence of entrepreneurial orientation and market orientation on the performance of SMEs inthe fashion sector in Labuhanbatu Regency and Labuhanbatu Selatan Regency, North Sumatra Province. This study involved 205 SMEs as the owners of the fashion industry in Labuhanbatu Regency and South Labuhanbatu Regency. The study was analyzed with Structural Equation Modeling using AMOS software version 23.The results showed that entrepreneurship orientation and market orientation has a significant role in improving the performance of the fashion industry. We also found that market orientation has the most influence in improving performance. Besides that, it was found that the dominant factor in increasing entrepreneurial orientation was the ability to capture and identify business opportunities, while to shape market orientation, giving attention and customer satisfaction has an important role. We recommend for providing training to entrepreneurs related to how to identify and capture opportunities and also about increasing customer satisfaction.Key Words: Entrepreneurial Orientation, Market0Orientation, SMEs PerformanceABSTRAKOrientasi kewirausahaan dan orientasi pasar memiliki peran yang sangat penting yang harus dimiliki seorang pengusaha agar berhasil dalam menjalankan bisnisnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskanpengaruh orientasi kewirausahaan danorientasi pasar terhadap kinerja UMKM sektor fashiondi Kabupaten Labuhanbatu dan Kabupaten Labuhanbatu Selatan, Provinsi Sumatera Utara. Penelitian ini melibatkan 205 UMKM pemilik industri fashion di Kabupaten Labuhanbatu dan Kabupaten Labuhanbatu Selatan. Penelitian dianalisisdenganStructural Equation Modeling dengan menggunakan software AMOS versi 23. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa orientasi kewirausahaan maupun orientasi pasar memiliki peran yang signifikan dalam meningkatkan kinerja UMKM sektorindustri fashion. Kami jugamenemukan bahwa orientasi pasar memiliki pengaruh yang paling besar dalam meningkatkan kinerja UMKM. Disamping itu ditemukan bahwa faktor yang dominan dalam meningkatkan orientasi kewirasauhaan adalah kemampuan dalam menangkap dan mengidentifikasi peluang bisnis, sedangkan untuk membentuk orientasi pasar, memberikan perhatian dan kepuasan pelanggan memiliki peran penting. Penulis merekomendasikan untuk memberikan pelatihan kepada pelaku usaha UMKM berkaitan dengan bagaimana mengidentifikasi dan menangkap peluang dan juga tentang peningkatan kepuasan pelanggan. Digital wallets are included in electronic or digital payments that are widely used by the public in making online transactions. The purpose of this study was to analyze student interest in using digital wallets in Labuhanbatu Regency. This research method is descriptive qualitative. The sample in this study were students in tertiary institutions in Labuhanbatu Regency. Data collection techniques were carried out through in-depth interviews (In-depth Interview). Data analysis techniques are carried out by detecting student knowledge about student interest and using a digital wallet and student disinterest and not using a digital wallet. The results showed that the percentage of digital wallet users for male gender was 38 people (25.33%) and women were 112 people (74.67%). The percentage of interest in using a digital wallet is 68% which uses OVO, DANA, and Gopay. The reason for using a digital wallet is because online transactions are considered easy and convenient. Meanwhile, 32% of respondents answered that they were not interested and did not use a digital wallet because it is more convenient to use cash in making transactions.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis (1) pengaruh diskon terhadap keputusan pembelian produk skincare pada RW Beauty klinik kecantikan Rantauprapat; (2) pengaruh citra merek terhadap keputusan pembelian produk skincare pada RW Beauty klinik kecantikan Rantauprapat; (3) pengaruh suasana klinik terhadap keputusan pembelian produk skincare pada RW Beauty klinik kecantikan Rantauprapat. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif yang dilaksanakan di klinik kosmetik pada bulan April-Juni 2022. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen kecantikan. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 100 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sampling aksidental. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan (1) diskon berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian produk skincare pada RW Beauty klinik kecantikan Rantauprapat; (2) citra merek berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian produk skincare pada RW Beauty klinik kecantikan Rantauprapat; (3) suasana berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian produk skincare pada RW Beauty klinik kecantikan Rantauprapat.
