Abstract

Integrity to behave holy is a life that shows as befits the family of God, which is to live a life that matches the calling. A life that should be "blameless, a life of moral integrity and complete surrender. The purpose of this paper is to answer the question: What does Integrity mean is holy? how to prove the integrity of holy behavior is very important as a servant of God and in order to be able to create God's servants who have honesty and pleasing before God? how to prove that the impact of integrity behaving holy towards commitment in service is needed by choir service and in order to create maximum service that pleases God? The research method used is qualitative using a grounded research design. The results of the study are (1) Integrity is a picture of a person who has quality in all dimensions of his life. (2) how to prove the integrity of holy behavior is very important as a servant of God and in order to be able to create servants of God who have honesty and are pleasing before God; (3) Integrity of Holy Behavior in Creating God's Servant who Does Not Obey Lust, Living in Fear of God, and Behaving in Truth Obedient Haw Lust is an earthly system that is contrary to God's plan.AbstrakIntegritas berperilaku kudus merupakan kehidupan yang menunjukkan sebagaimana layaknya keluarga Allah, yakni menjalani kehidupan yang berpapadan dengan panggilan. Kehidupan yang seharusnya “tidak bercacat, kehidupan yang berintegritas moral dan penyerahan yang seutuhnya. Tujuan penulisan ini menjawa pertanyaan: Apakah yang dimaksud dengan Integritas berlaku kudus ? bagaimana membuktikan integritas berperilaku kudus sangatlah penting sebagai seorang pelayan Tuhan dan guna untuk dapat menciptakan pelayan Tuhan yang memiliki kejujuran dan berkenan di hadapan Tuhan? bagaimana membuktikan bahwa dampak integritas berperilaku kudus terhadap komitmen dalam pelayanan sangat dibutuhkan oleh pelayanan paduan suara dan guna untuk menciptakan pelayanan yang maksimal dan menyenangkan hati Tuhan? Metode peneltian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif ini menggunakan desain penelitian  grounded. Hasil penelitian adalah (1)  Integritas merupakan gambaran seorang pribadi yang memiliki kualitas diri dalam segala dimensi kehidupannya. (2) bagaimana membuktikan integritas berperilaku kudus sangatlah penting sebagai seorang pelayan Tuhan dan guna untuk dapat menciptakan pelayan Tuhan yang memiliki kejujuran dan berkenan di hadapan Tuhan; (3) Integritas Berperilaku Kudus dalam Menciptakan Pelayan Tuhan yang Tidak Menuruti Hawa Nafsu, Hidup dalam Takut akan Tuhan, dan Berperilaku Taat Kebenaran Haw Nafsu yaitu sistem duniawi yang bertentangan dengan rencana Allah.

Abstract

One of the reasons behind this research is that at the Kasih Karunia School, deviant behavior is a serious problem. This went on for so long that it caused problems for the teacher and his friends. This deviant behavior can be categorized as behavioral and ethical problems or social deviations that are not in accordance with the norms and customs in society. Some of these deviant behaviors occur because of the factors that influence students, namely, the condition of divorced parents which causes a lack of affection and attention from each parent for their child, causing the child to become emotional at one time, especially when his parents decided to divorce. This is the background for conducting an in-depth study with the aim of the meaning of counseling guidance on students who behave deviantly due to the divorce of their parents at Kasih Karunia School in Jakarta. The approach in this research is to use qualitative methods. The object of the research is special Christian students at Kasih Karunia School Jakarta.

Abstract

Basically, street children are a group of children who face a lot of problems. Street children are children who are forced into existence by a situation (economic factors, harmony, family, criminality, and so on) that he himself does not want so as to make himself have to maintain his existence as an adult human to continue living by working anything, anywhere, and anytime they can. One of the factors that cause the emergence of street children is economic problems or parents encouraging children to work for reasons to help the family economy, etc. This researcher saw the need for a pastoral counseling service in providing assistance to street children. This study used descriptive qualitative that seeks to describe a social symptom. Pastoral care is a solid foundation for the understanding of pastoral counseling. Pastoral care is a dimension of the church that needs to be done considering that throughout the span of life, the people will not be separated from unexpected crises or problems. Assistance or accompanying is an activity that can help the conseli.

Abstract

Elderly or commonly referred to as elderly is someone who has entered the final stages of the life phase. Elderly is an advanced stage of a life process characterized by a decrease in the body's ability to adapt to environmental stress. The aging process is characterized by visible and invisible physiological changes. In old age there are several problems faced by the elderly, namely, economic problems, social problems, health problems, psychosocial problems, and changes in interest in old age. The problem of interest and desire in the elderly is one of the most disturbing problems for themselves and those around them. Pastoral ministry takes a big place in supporting the existence of the elderly. Pastoral Accompaniment Service is a dimension of the church that needs to be carried out bearing in mind that throughout its life span, people will not be separated from crises or unexpected problems. Mentoring or accompanying is an activity that can help counselees. In this elderly period requires special attention, because of the increasingly weak physical abilities and various diseases that the elderly may suffer. The approach in this study is to use this research usingdescriptive qualitative which seeks to describe a social phenomenon. The object of research is the elderly in the Ranomuut Nursing Home.

Abstract

One of the reasons for doing this research is that adolescence is a period of transition from childhood to adulthood. During growth and development, adolescents experience changes that require them to adapt. However, it cannot be denied that many young people at this developmental stage are unable to adapt, causing problems that affect their development in life, such as the current prevalence of addictive behaviors such as pornography viewing and free sex. Maladjustment is caused by several factors, including youth quality, family quality, lack of quality information, and environmental quality. Researchers believe that suggestions are needed to help young people solve this problem. This study uses a qualitative descriptive research methodology. The research target is high school teenager.

Abstract

The term "sandwich generation" refers to a group of individuals who find themselves in a situation where they face simultaneous demands to care for their elderly parents and their dependent children, both physically and financially. The sandwich generation is closely linked to caregiving. It's not just about parenting their children; there are also caregiving demands coming from their parents. This dual role and responsibility often present various challenges, leading to negative impacts financially, physically, emotionally, and even psychologically. As the dynamics of these complex roles increase and the risk of experiencing stress due to caregiving responsibilities rises, individuals are likely to have lower psychological well-being. The higher the level of stress experienced by the sandwich generation, the lower their psychological well-being tends to be. In this context, an approach that can be taken is to provide pastoral counseling services to address cases of low psychological well-being among mothers in the sandwich generation, impacting their mental health. Counseling is an effort used to resolve problems, a process where a counselor provides assistance or guidance to the individual (counselee) through psychological approaches, direction, or education, with the hope that the individual can understand their own abilities to resolve various issues.

Abstract

Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) is a virus that attacks the human immune system and weakens the body's ability to fight any disease that arises. Common symptoms include persistent fever, cough and diarrhoea. This collection of disease symptoms due to the weakening of the immune system is called AIDS (Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome). The HIV virus is present in body fluids, especially blood, semen, vaginal fluids, and breast milk. The virus damages the human immune system, causing a decrease or loss of immunity, making the body more susceptible to HIV/AIDS infection. This can lead to a variety of problems, including physical, social, emotional, mental and spiritual problems. Pastoral care is the realisation and representation of the universal human family caring nature. Pastoral care is a service of help and healing from the church, both individually and in groups so that they can grow in the process of living in society. It can be said that pastoral care is done intentionally for those who are experiencing problems or struggles in life. Abstract

Penggunaan gadget sangat mempengaruhi manusia dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Motivasi dapat menjadi pendorong bagi siswa untuk belajar. Dengan penggunaan gadget yang benar, siswa dapat termotivasi untuk belajar, namun ada juga yang sebaliknya. Pengaruh gadget terhadap motivasi belajar siswa meliputi dampak positif dan negatif. Penggunaan gadget yang dapat mempengaruhi pelajar yang sering kita temui di dunia perkuliahan adalah smartphone dan laptop. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif . Dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif penulis akan mengumpulkan data, mengolah dan mereduksi data, menganalisis dan terakhir menarik kesimpulan dari data hasil wawancara online. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada hari Minggu tanggal 2 Juni 2024 pada siswa kelas 8 Program Studi Psikologi Fakultas Pendidikan dan Psikologi Universitas Negeri Manado.

Abstract

Fenomena Generasi Sandwich mengacu pada individu yang secara bersamaan menanggung tanggung jawab merawat orang tua lanjut usia dan membesarkan anak-anak mereka sendiri. Kondisi ini sering kali menimbulkan tekanan emosional, spritual dan finansial. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran pastoral konseling dalam membantu Generasi Sandwich mengelola beban tersebut. Kajian teoretik dalam penelitian ini mengacu pada teori stres dan coping dari Lazarus & Folkman serta pendekatan pastoral konseling dalam konteks dukungan spiritual dan emosional.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara mendalam dengan individu dari Generasi Sandwich. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Generasi Sandwich mengalami tekanan emosional yang signifikan, tetapi dengan dukungan pastoral konseling yang tepat, mereka dapat menemukan makna dalam peran mereka serta mengembangkan strategi coping yang lebih adaptif. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa pastoral konseling berperan penting dalam memberikan dukungan emosional, spiritual, dan psikologis bagi individu dalam Generasi Sandwich, sehingga mereka dapat menjalani peran gandanya dengan lebih seimbang dan resilien.

Abstract

Pemilihan pendidikan tinggi merupakan fase krusial dalam kehidupan remaja, terutama di Sulawesi Utara yang menjunjung tinggi nilai kekeluargaan. Banyak siswa mengalami dilema antara mengikuti passion pribadi atau memenuhi harapan keluarga yang berorientasi pada status sosial dan stabilitas ekonomi. Penelitian ini bertujuan menggali pengalaman subjektif siswa SMKN 3 Manado dalam menghadapi tekanan keluarga saat menentukan pilihan pendidikan. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif jenis fenomenologi dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara mendalam, observasi terbatas, dan analisis dokumen pribadi. Analisis data dilakukan secara tematik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tekanan keluarga muncul dalam bentuk eksplisit (paksaan langsung), implisit (harapan tersirat), serta tekanan ekonomi. Tekanan ini memengaruhi kondisi psikologis siswa, seperti stres, kebingungan identitas, dan kehilangan motivasi. Sebagian siswa mencoba berkompromi, namun tetap mengalami beban emosional. Dalam budaya Minahasa yang kolektif, ketegangan ini menjadi lebih kompleks. Kesimpulan menegaskan bahwa tekanan tanpa komunikasi terbuka dapat menghambat pembentukan identitas diri. Guru Bimbingan dan Konseling berperan strategis sebagai fasilitator dialog melalui pendekatan yang empatik dan kontekstual.
