Abstract

Inventory management at Hotel Guna Wijaya currently relies on manual ledgers, leading to inaccurate real-time data and risks of record loss. Key challenges include difficult stock monitoring and delayed reporting due to manual recapitulation. This study develops a web-based inventory information system to enhance transparency, stock accuracy, and reporting efficiency using the Waterfall model: requirements analysis, system design, implementation, and testing. System design utilized Unified Modeling Language (UML), while testing employed Black Box and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) focusing on Role-Based Access Control (RBAC). Results demonstrate that the system successfully prevents data duplication through a Double-Check Validation feature on item names and locations. The digitalization significantly reduces report generation time from days to seconds using a Reporting Engine integrated with WhatsApp and Email. Furthermore, the Safety Stock Alert feature effectively provides early warnings to prevent shortages. Overall, the system improves monitoring, maintains data integrity, and supports efficient managerial decision-making at Hotel Guna Wijaya.

Abstract

Sistem manajemen inventaris berbasis website dirancang untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dalam pengelolaan data inventaris yang sebelumnya dilakukan secara manual. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan dan mengevaluasi sistem inventaris berbasis website guna meningkatkan efisiensi pengelolaan data inventaris. Sistem ini dibangun dengan framework Laravel dan MySQL dengan menerapkan metode pengembangan Waterfall. Evaluasi dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuesioner berbasis skala likert kepada 30 responden, yang menilai sistem berdasarkan kegunaan, keamanan, dan kepuasan pengguna. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan skor rata-rata di atas 4,0 pada skala Likert, menandakan bahwa pengguna merasa puas terhadap sistem yang telah dikembangkan. Meskipun demikian, peningkatan kecepatan proses tertentu, seperti peminjaman barang dan waktu pemuatan halaman, diidentifikasi sebagai area yang memerlukan pengembangan lebih lanjut. Dengan demikian, sistem ini memberikan kontribusi positif dalam mendukung efisiensi kerja pengguna sehari-hari, terutama dalam pengelolaan inventaris.

Abstract

This journal research was conducted with the primary objective of developing a system capable of visualizing the route and distance from SMK Raden Umar Said Kudus to various boarding houses located within Kudus Regency. The increasing number of students enrolling in the school, including those from outside the region, has created a growing need for accessible information regarding temporary accommodation near the school. Therefore, the proposed system is designed to assist students in identifying suitable boarding houses by providing geographic visualization of their locations and distances from the school. To achieve this objective, the system utilizes the Leaflet library as the main mapping tool to visualize geographic information in an interactive web based environment. Leaflet enables the display of maps, routes, and distance calculations in a user friendly format, making it easier for users to understand spatial relationships between the school and nearby boarding houses. The system itself is developed using PHP as the primary programming language. In addition, JavaScript is integrated with the Leaflet library to handle map interactions and geographic data visualization. The Waterfall development model was chosen as the system development methodology due to its clear and sequential. Through this approach, the research aims to produce a functional Geographic Information System that helps students efficiently locate temporary housing during their study period at SMK Raden Umar Said Kudus while also providing useful information for boarding house owners.

Abstract

The use of school websites as a means of supporting the teaching and learning process as well as promotional media is still very necessary, considering that teachers and students are able to easily access materials and teaching materials without being limited by place and time. So that the student learning process is more flexible and can be done at any time. The use of websites and social media can encourage the effectiveness of the learning and teaching process in schools. So the process of providing materials and teaching materials by teachers needs to be maintained. The existence of the official website at SMP N 2 Karanganyar Demak has supported the online learning process, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic, apart from being an information service and promotional tool. However, currently the official website of SMP N 2 Karanganyar Demak is experiencing problems in development. Therefore, it is necessary to increase the capacity of the official website by replacing the Balitbang CMS with the Sekolahku.web.id CMS which has currently been developed and used by many schools in the archipelago. CMS Sekolahku.web.id has more features and is more flexible in its management.

Abstract

Teknologi blockchain telah menjadi inovasi fundamental dalam transformasi digital yang menawarkan transparansi, keamanan, dan efisiensi lintas sektor. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan tinjauan sistematis terhadap perkembangan, tantangan, dan arah masa depan implementasi blockchain pada berbagai bidang, termasuk rantai pasok, kesehatan, identitas digital, dan layanan keuangan. Kajian dilakukan menggunakan pendekatan tinjauan literatur sistematis berbasis PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses). Pencarian literatur mencakup database akademik utama dan repositori penelitian dengan kriteria inklusi yang meliputi publikasi tahun 2016–2024, berbahasa Inggris atau Indonesia, dan secara eksplisit membahas penerapan atau arsitektur teknologi blockchain. Setelah melalui proses penyaringan dan penilaian kualitas, sebanyak 51 artikel memenuhi kriteria dan dianalisis secara mendalam. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa inovasi seperti smart contracts, Layer-2 solutions, dan interoperabilitas lintas rantai menjadi pendorong utama peningkatan adopsi blockchain. Namun, tantangan pada aspek skalabilitas, interoperabilitas, keamanan, dan regulasi masih perlu diatasi melalui pendekatan multidisiplin. Temuan ini memberikan kontribusi konseptual dan praktis bagi pengembangan ekosistem blockchain, serta menjadi dasar bagi penelitian lanjutan dan kebijakan yang mendukung adopsi teknologi blockchain yang inklusif, aman, dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

The Kudus regional language is an important cultural identity, but it is now facing extinction due to its lack of use by the younger generation, the popularity of slang and international languages, and the lack of digital text resources. General machine translation tecnologies such as Google translate still have limitations in understanding specific cultural contexts and lokal dialects. The main objective is to develop an automatic translation tool from Indonesian to the Kudus regional language. Utilizing RNN-GRU-based Neural Machine Translation (NMT) technology to overcome translation limitations in the low resource language category. Through an experimental quantitative approach by applying the NMT model of the Recurent Neural Network architecture, specifically Gated Recurent Unit (RNN-GRU). Using data in the frm of a parallel corpus with a total 1,031 pairs of sentences that have been cleaned and tokenized, the divided into three parts 824 for training, 103 for validation, and 104 for testing. The model was built using Tensorflow and trained for a maximum of 106 epochs with early stopping, Adam optimizer, and bacth 64 on Colab GPU. The developed model achieved a BLEU score of 0.89% on the testing data, demonstrating the significant complexity and challenges of translating low-resource regional dialects. These findings prove that the RNN-GRU model is further development is still needes by expanding the number of parallel corpora and exploring more state-of-the-art architectures to improve vocabulary richness and accuracy

Abstract

Background: The use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is one of the standard precautions in hospitals. The use of gloves aims to prevent cross-transmission of infection. Supervision serves as a management function in infection prevention and control by ensuring that glove use complies with established regulations. Purpose: To analyze the relationship between supervision and nurses’ compliance with glove use in the inpatient ward. Method: A quantitative design with a cross-sectional approach. The study sample consisted of 121 inpatient ward nurses at Kariadi Hospital, Semarang, selected using a total sampling technique. Data were collected using a questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability. Most nurses demonstrated compliance with glove use and received good levels of supervision. A significant relationship was found between supervision and the level of nurse compliance in using gloves. Results: The p-value was 0.002 (<0.05), indicating a moderate correlation strength with a positive correlation direction. Better supervision was associated with higher levels of nurse compliance in glove use.  Conclusion: More structured and continuous supervision regarding glove-use compliance needs to be developed as an effort to improve service quality and enhance patient safety. Abstract

Pengelolaan keuangan yang belum sistematis masih menjadi permasalahan utama pada sebagian besar UMKM di Indonesia, sehingga berdampak pada rendahnay akuntabilitas dan pengambilan keputusan yang belum berbasis data. Tujuan kegiatan ini menstranformasikan sistem pengelolaan keaungan UMKM Nina Souvenir melalui pelatihan dan implementasi aplikasi pembukuan terkomputerisasi. Metode yang digunakan adalah Prticipatory Action Research (PAR) dengan pelatihan, substitusi ipteks, dan advokasi. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatkan kemampuan pencatatan transaksi, tersusunnya laporan laba rugi dan laporan posisi keuangan secara priodik, serta efisiensi waktu penyususnan laporan dari 2-3 hari menjadi kurang dari 15 menit. Transformasi digital meningkatkan kualitas laporan keuangan serta mendorong manajemen usaha berbasis data.

Abstract

The development of digital technology has opened great opportunities for micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) to expand their market reach through marketplace platforms. However, many MSME actors in Kudus, especially plant-based beverage producers, still face obstacles in optimally utilizing online platforms. This community service activity aims to increase the capacity of plant-based beverage MSME actors in Kudus in conducting online sales through marketplace-based training and mentoring. The service partners are a group of plant-based beverage producer MSMEs in Kudus, totaling 25 business actors. The methods used include training in online store management, product photography, stock management, digital marketing strategies, and intensive mentoring for three months. The results showed a significant increase in participants' knowledge and skills, with an average post-test score 65% higher than the pre-test. As many as 80% of participants successfully opened online stores on marketplaces such as Shopee, Tokopedia, and Bukalapak. Average sales turnover increased by 45% in the first three months after training. In conclusion, the marketplace-based training and mentoring program has proven effective in increasing the capabilities and sales performance of plant-based beverage MSMEs in Kudus.

Abstract

Pengelolaan data santri di pesantren masih banyak dilakukan secara manual, seperti menggunakan dokumen fisik atau spreadsheet sederhana. Metode ini memiliki berbagai kendala, seperti risiko kehilangan data, keterbatasan akses informasi, dan rendahnya efisiensi administrasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan aplikasi data santri berbasis website guna mendigitalisasi pengelolaan data santri di Pondok Pesantren Al-Achsaniyyah. Aplikasi ini dirancang untuk meningkatkan akurasi informasi, mempercepat akses data, serta mempermudah proses administrasi pesantren. Dengan adanya digitalisasi, data santri dapat terstruktur dan tersimpan dalam format sistematis, sehingga memudahkan pencarian, pemantauan, dan pengolahan informasi secara real-time. Hasil implementasi menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi ini mampu meningkatkan efisiensi pengelolaan data santri dibandingkan metode manual, memungkinkan akses informasi yang lebih cepat dan akurat bagi pengelola pesantren. Penelitian ini berkontribusi dalam mengembangkan solusi digital yang dapat diterapkan di lingkungan pesantren guna meningkatkan kualitas manajemen data santri.  The management of student data in Islamic boarding schools (pesantren) is still largely conducted manually, using physical documents or simple spreadsheets. This method presents various challenges, such as the risk of data loss, limited access to information, and low administrative efficiency. This study aims to develop a web-based student data application to digitalize student data management at Pondok Pesantren Al-Achsaniyyah. This application is designed to enhance information accuracy, accelerate data access, and simplify the administrative processes of the pesantren. Through digitalization, student data can be structured and stored systematically, facilitating real-time searching, monitoring, and data processing. The implementation results indicate that this application significantly improves the efficiency of student data management compared to manual methods, enabling faster and more accurate access to information for pesantren administrators. This study contributes to the development of a digital solution that can be implemented in Islamic boarding schools to enhance the quality of student data management
