Abstract

This study investigation on how the organization of the modern retail business and traditional market revitalization. It was conducted in Denpasar. A type of data collected in this research in qualitative data supported by quantitative data as complement to its support. Qualitative data was obtained from a variety of information, from the respondents and from observation activities being conducted. While the quantitative data was in the form of statistical records found at the research site. Respondents in this study were the modern retail business and small traders in traditional market. This research emphasized on two types of data collection techniques, namely (1) participation observation and (2) In-depth interviews. The data in the present study were analyzed descriptively, qualitatively and interpretatively. The head to head competition, as a consequence of the fast growth of modern market, badly affected the existence of the traditional market. The existence of the modrn market among the traditional market caused the traders and their omzet to decrease.

Abstract

Abstrak. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar ekonomi siswa kelas XI IPS 3 SMA (SLUA) ​​Saraswati 1 Denpasar selama tahun ajaran 2021/2022 melalui penerapan model pembelajaran Student Fasilitator and Explaining dengan pemberian Reward. Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) adalah nama yang diberikan untuk jenis penelitian ini, yang dilakukan dalam dua siklus. Ada empat pertemuan dalam setiap siklus, tiga dikhususkan untuk penyajian materi, dan satu pertemuan digunakan untuk mengevaluasi hasil belajar siswa. Kelas XI IPS 3 SMA (SLUA) Saraswati 1 Denpasar adalah subjek dalam penelitian ini. Penelitian ini akan melibatkan 30 siswa. Objek penelitian adalah penerapan model pembelajaran Student Facilitator and Explaining pemberian Reward dan hasil belajar ekonomi. Data awal siswa sebelum melakukan tindakan siklus I dan II menunjukkan bahwa 10 siswa yang tuntas ( 33,33%) dan 20 siswa yang tidak tuntas (66,67%), dengan nilai rata-rata 71,96. Hasil penelitian pada siklus I dimana jumlah siswa yang tuntas adalah 17 orang ( 56,67%) dan yang tidak tuntas adalah 13 orang ( 43,33%). Aktivitas belajar siswa pada siklus I adalah 52,77% dengan nilai rata-rata hasil belajar adalah 74,4, daya serap 74,4% dan ketuntasan klasikal mencapai 56,67%. Pada siklus II jumlah siswa yang tuntas adalah 30 siswa (100%) dan yang tidak tuntas adalah 0 siswa (0%). Rata-rata aktivitas belajar siswa pada siklus II mencapai 83,32% dengan nilai rata-rata hasil belajar 80,83, daya serap 80,83% dan ketuntasan klasikalnya adalah 100%.

Abstract

This service activity aims to be a real forum for increasing numeracy literacy in schools and helping improve learning after the covid 19 pandemic. This community service is a mentoring activity carried out by students through a numeracy literacy scheme at Public Elementary School 3 Ubud, Gianyar. This activity is carried out for 1 month, starting from March 16, 2022 – April 16, 2022. Activities carried out by students with assistance include: (1) introduction to the scope of the school; (2) support classroom teachers in the development of numeracy literacy learning; (3) assisting the adaptation of the introduction of technology in teaching and learning activities. Service activities are collaborations carried out by lecturers and students through community service assistance with literacy and numeracy program schemes that have been running well, efficiently, effectively and maximally.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: 1)Minat menjadi Guru, 2)Nilai Praktik Pengalaman Lapangan(PPL), 3)Kesiapan. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan kuntitatif pendidikan. Subjek penelitian ini adalah seluruh Mahasiswa jurusan pendidikan ekonomi semester VIII Universitas PGRI Mahadewa Indonesia yang berjumlah 60 orang. Hasil penelitian : 1) Terdapat korelasi positif dan signifikan Minat menjadi Guru terhadap Kesiapan Mengajar ) hal ini didasarkan nilai thitung= 4.419>ttabel= 2,002 dengan signifikansi 0,000<0,05. 2) Terdapat korelasi positif dan signifikan Nilai Praktik Pengalaman Lapangan (PPL) terhadap Kesiapan Mengajar hal ini didasarkan nilai thitung= 1.497> ttabel= 2,002 dengan signifikansi 0,005<0,05. 3) Terdapat korelasi positif dan signifikan Minat menjadi Guru dan Nilai Praktik Pengalaman Lapangan (PPL) secara bersama-sama terhadap Kesiapan Mengajar ) hal ini didasarkan nilai Fhitung=10.418>Ftabel=3,16 dan signifikansi 0,000.

Abstract

Kahoot! is an individual and collaborative gamified learning platform that encourages curiosity, promotes lifelong learning, and makes learning enjoyable. Given the numerous advantages of using Kahoot! in language acquisition, several academic institutions have included gamification to enhance their learning experience. However, there are always issues and hurdles encountered throughout technology deployment. The present study aimed to analyze how the teacher implements Kahoot! in Japanese learning, the Indonesian high school teachers and students' perceptions of using Kahoot! and the constraints they encountered in using Kahoot! The study was designed as qualitative research, enrolling one Japanese language teacher and 34 students in a state senior high school. Semi-structured interviews, non-participatory observation, and a mixed questionnaire were used to collect data. Despite specific problems in the teacher's implementation of Kahoot!, the research indicated that both the teacher and the students had an "excellent" impression of the platform, with a poor internet connection being recognized as the biggest stumbling block to their utilizing Kahoot! efficiently. While Kahoot! may be a realistic alternative for inspiring high school students to learn Japanese, it requires a solid internet connection to guarantee that the learning process runs well.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menyasar guna meneliti imbas citra merek dan kualitas produk pada minat beli ulang, baik dengan simultan maupun parsial. Riset ini didesain dengan kuantitatif kausal yang mana subjeknya yakni masyarakat di kota Singaraja dengan umur 17-45 tahun, yang pernah mengaplikasikan dan membeli produk skincare Ms Glow. Objek riset ini yakni citra merek, kualitas produk dan minat beli ulang. Penentuan sampel dalam riset ini mengaplikasikan teknik purposive sampling. Jumlah sampel yang diaplikasikan yakni 90 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data yang diaplikasikan dalam riset ini yakni kuesioner dan berikutnya data dianalisis dengan mengaplikasikan analisis regresi linier berganda. impak dari riset ini yakni (1) citra merek berimbas positif dan bermakna pada minat beli ulang, (2) kualitas produk berimbas positif dan bermakna pada minat beli ulang, (3) citra merek dan kualitas produk berimbas bermakna pada minat beli ulang.

Abstract

This study aims to determine: (1) the influence of Principal Managerial on Student Achievement, (2) the influence of Teacher Competence on Student Achievement, (3) the influence of Principal Managerial and Teacher Competencies on Student Achievement. This study uses a quantitative approach. The sample in this study amounted to 58 respondents taken from the number of teachers in SMA Negeri 2 Denpasar. Data collection techniques using observation, documentation, and questionnaires with descriptive analysis testing, testing requirements analysis and hypothesis testing and SPSS 26 The results of this study indicate that (1) the Principal Managerial variable (X1) has an effect on Student Achievement (Y) this is based on the t-count value is 3.837 which is greater than the t-table which is 2.001 with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05. (2) Teacher Competency variable (X2) has an effect on Student Achievement of Prime Card 3 (Y) this is based on the t-count value, which is 6.640, which is greater than the t-table, which is 2.001 with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05. (3) Student Achievement variable (Y) the F-count value is 26,190 which is greater than the F-table, which is 3.16. The results of the determination test show that the amount of Adjusted R Square is 0.469, which means that 46.9% of the Student Achievement variable (Y) is influenced by Principal Managerial (X1) and Teacher Competence (X2), while the remaining 53.1% is influenced by other factors. which were not included in the study.
