Abstract

Tujuan dari Pelatihan pemanfaatan media sosial untuk pemasaran produk lokal adalah untuk meningkatkan kemampuan usaha kecil untuk mempromosikan produk mereka secara menguntungkan di platform digital. Perilaku ini dicapai dengan memberikan inspirasi untuk strategi pemasaran digital, mengoptimalkan definisi yang cerdas dan menggunakan platform seperti Instagram, Facebook, dan TikTok. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelatihan ini meliputi penyampaian materi, dan diskusi interaktif sebagai solusi atas masalah yang dihadapi peserta. Hasil dari pelatihan ini menunjukkan bahwa para peserta menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman tentang pentingnya media sosial sebagai alat promosi, serta kemampuan mereka dalam membuat konten yang menarik untuk memperluas jangkauan pasar. Dampak positif terlihat dalam bentuk peningkatan interaksi dan penjualan produk para peserta.

Abstract

Budget planning is very necessary for an activity, so that the activity runs well. Especially for a client who wants to know the budget for building a house or renovating a house, so that the client can prepare their financial plan. However, the current budget planning system is considered less effective because the client still has to meet and consult with the contractor developer to find out the budget for building or renovating a house. In order to solve this problem, a web-based information system was created which can later make it easier for clients to find out the budget planning (RAB) and make it easier for the staff at the contractor developer. This study uses the RAD (Rapid Application Development) method where the flow and stages used include requirement planning, RAD design workshop, implementation. The results of this study are in the form of a Budget Plan Calculation Information System (RAB) which is expected to help and make it easier for clients to predict or find out the budget for building or renovating a house and can facilitate the data processing process of the JK Home Solution contractor developer.

Abstract

Employees is one of the most important components of which are owned by the company in its efforts to maintain the viability, evolving, the ability to compete and earn a profit. Kans Galeri only uses the system of direct management decisions in conducting employee performance appraisal and assessment results are also perceived to be a less precise problems on selection of the best employee in the company.In this study researchers will design the decision support system using the method of Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) and Technique For Order Performance By Similarity To Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) in optimal decision-making and assist in determining which method is better.

Abstract

Abstract The advancement of information technology has opened new opportunities in educational approaches. One innovative approach involves leveraging mobile devices, such as Android-based devices, to facilitate interactive learning. The objective of this research is to design and develop an Android-based educational game focusing on Indonesian independence history, particularly tailored for SMK Roudhotssallam students. This study adopts the Waterfall software development model, encompassing phases of requirements analysis, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. During the requirements analysis phase, an initial survey was conducted to identify students' preferences concerning game content, user interface, and features. Subsequently, in the design phase, visual design, level design, and interaction mechanisms were crafted in line with the Indonesian independence history material. Game development took place during the implementation phase, employing programming languages and the Android Studio platform. Historical material is presented through challenges, puzzles, and quizzes related to significant events during the Indonesian independence struggle. In the testing phase, the game was evaluated by SMK Roudhotssallam students to measure the suitability, attractiveness, and educational effectiveness of the developed game. The outcome of this research is an engaging and interactive educational game that aids students in comprehending Indonesian independence history in a more captivating manner. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengimplementasikan sistem aplikasi penerimaan peserta didik baru (PPDB) menggunakan Visual Basic Microsoft Office Excel pada SMK An-Nurmaniyah Ciledug. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode prototype, yang memungkinkan iterasi cepat dan interaksi dengan pengguna untuk menghasilkan sistem yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan. Pada tahap perancangan, analisis kebutuhan dilakukan untuk memahami kebutuhan dasar dan fungsional sistem PPDB. Kemudian, dilakukan perancangan sistem yang mencakup tampilan antarmuka, logika bisnis, dan struktur database. Setelah perancangan selesai, dilakukan implementasi menggunakan Visual Basic Microsoft Office Excel sebagai platform pengembangan. Metode prototype digunakan untuk mempercepat proses pengembangan dan memungkinkan adanya iterasi dengan pengguna. Tahap ini melibatkan pengembangan prototipe awal yang dapat diuji coba oleh pengguna, kemudian mendapatkan umpan balik untuk perbaikan dan pengembangan lebih lanjut. Setiap iterasi memberikan kesempatan untuk memperbaiki kekurangan dan menyesuaikan sistem dengan kebutuhan pengguna. Hasil penelitian ini adalah untuk agar dapat membantu dalam memanajemen data seperti dalam pencarian, pengolahan, dan penyajian data informasi secara komputerisasi. Serta, Waktu yang dibutuhkan untuk memproses satu pendaftaran berhasil dipersingkat sebesar 50%, dari rata-rata 15 menit menjadi 7,5 menit. Selain itu, akurasi data pendaftaran meningkat sebesar 20% berkat fitur validasi data yang terintegrasi dalam sistem. Kata Kunci: Sistem; Penerimaan; Platform; Pengembangan; Prototype.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi digital yang pesat di era Industri 4.0 telah mendorong berbagai sektor, termasuk bidang Human Resource Development (HRD), untuk bertransformasi dalam cara mereka menjalankan fungsi dan tanggung jawabnya. Salah satu aspek penting dalam manajemen sumber daya manusia adalah proses pengambilan keputusan terkait promosi karyawan. Proses ini sering kali menghadapi berbagai tantangan, seperti potensi subjektivitas, kurangnya transparansi, serta minimnya alat bantu yang dapat memberikan pertimbangan objektif. Untuk menjawab tantangan tersebut, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengembangkan sebuah Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) yang dapat membantu HRD dalam menentukan promosi karyawan secara lebih adil dan terstruktur. Sistem ini dikembangkan dengan menerapkan metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW), sebuah metode pengambilan keputusan multikriteria yang mampu memberikan penilaian berdasarkan sejumlah kriteria yang telah ditentukan. Proyek ini dilaksanakan oleh mahasiswa magang di PT MRT Eagles Favor sebagai bagian dari inisiatif transformasi digital perusahaan. Sistem yang dirancang mempertimbangkan empat kriteria utama dalam proses promosi, yaitu kinerja individu, kedisiplinan, masa kerja, dan kemampuan kepemimpinan. Hasil uji coba menunjukkan bahwa sistem ini mampu memberikan rekomendasi yang tepat dan akurat dalam menentukan kandidat promosi, sekaligus mempermudah pihak HRD dalam melakukan proses seleksi secara efisien dan transparan. Diharapkan, sistem ini tidak hanya meningkatkan kepercayaan karyawan terhadap proses promosi yang lebih terbuka, tetapi juga menjadi langkah nyata dalam mendorong adopsi teknologi digital yang lebih luas dilingkungan kerja perusahaan.

Abstract

Employee performance represents the ability to fulfill tasks and responsibilities according to organizational standards. At UPTD Puskesmas Kosambi, the evaluation of Non-Civil Servant (Non-ASN) healthcare workers is still done manually and tends to be subjective, primarily based on attendance. This study aims to address the issue by developing a decision support system using the MOORA (Multi-Objective Optimization on the Basis of Ratio Analysis) method. A descriptive-applied approach and the waterfall development model were employed. Five evaluation criteria were used: attendance (25%), service quality (35%), report timeliness (20%), patient complaints (10%), and lateness (10%). Data from 20 Non-ASN healthcare workers in April 2025 were analyzed, with Anis Julianti achieving the highest MOORA score of 0.3839. The system underwent validation through black-box testing and user acceptance testing (UAT), both confirming its accuracy and usability. The findings were compared with previous studies. Harningsih et al. (2024) used the MOORA method for promotion evaluations at the North Sumatra Provincial Inspectorate Office and recorded a top score of 0.3616. Dewi Yohana br Ginting et al. (2024) applied the method at a beauty clinic and found a top score of 0.3747. These comparisons indicate that the MOORA results in this study fall within a consistent and valid range. The developed decision support system is expected to enhance the objectivity, transparency, and accountability of performance evaluations for Non-ASN employees in primary healthcare services, offering a more comprehensive alternative to manual assessment methods.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how much influence brand trust, brand awareness and perceived quality have on customer purchasing decisions at the Gelael MT Haryono Supermarket. Gelael Signature sells various types of retail goods, such as household utensils, not only selling retail goods, Gelael Signature also sells various daily necessities such as food, drinks, vegetables, and so on. The system development method for this application uses the SDLC method with a waterfall model which consists of 5 stages. These stages are needs analysis, system design, implementation, testing and maintenance. This application was built using the PHP programming language, MySQL database as the database. Based on the concept and design, this research produces a web-based goods inventory information system at PT. Gelael Signature.

Abstract

Kemajuan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi telah memungkinkan proses pemesanan yang sebelumnya dilakukan secara manual kini beralih menjadi sistem digital melalui website atau aplikasi mobile. Untuk menjangkau pasar yang lebih luas dan meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, sebuah Coffee Shop merancang sistem pemesanan online berbasis web. Website ini dilengkapi dengan fitur utama seperti pemesanan digital, pembayaran non-tunai, dan pelacakan status pesanan secara real-time. Pengembangan sistem menggunakan metode design thinking yang berfokus pada kebutuhan serta pengalaman pengguna. Hasil akhir dari penelitian ini berupa prototipe website yang dibangun menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan database MySQL.

Abstract

The implementation of Geographic Information System (GIS) has great potential to enhance the management of delivery routes for goods by providing a streamlined and efficient system. GIS allows real-time route visualization, accurate distance calculation, and route optimization using advanced algorithms such as Dijkstra's Algorithm. These capabilities help reduce delivery time, transportation costs, and operational inefficiencies. Despite these benefits, many logistics companies have not maximized the utilization of GIS technology. This leads to longer delivery times, higher transportation costs and centralized management. This study aims to design and implement a GIS-based system for managing delivery routes, focusing on route optimization, real-time monitoring, and centralized data management. The system integrates web and Android platforms, providing real-time tracking through GPS to ensure the timely and safe delivery of goods. The findings are expected to benefit researchers by contributing to the understanding of GIS applications and Dijkstra's Algorithm in logistics. For companies, the implementation of this system could optimize delivery routes, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction. Additionally, it provides a valuable reference for future research and development in the logistics sector
