Abstract

ABSTRAKSI Epson Batam merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang produksi printer inkjet, sistem cetak digital, proyektor 3LCD, kacamata pintar serta komponen listrik lainnya. . PT Epson Batam dalam menjaga kelancaran proses distribusi produk – produknya membutuhkan vendor-vendor logistic yang berguna membantu kelancaran pendistribusian sampai ketangan para konsumen. PT Epson dalam hal ini menemukan kesulitan dalam menentukan vendor logistik yang akan melakukan kegiatan pendistrbusian produknya, hal ini disebabkan pada permasalahan pengambilan keputusan pemilihan vendor logistik yang sesuai dengan kriteria PT. Epson Batam. Metode yang digunakan untuk pemilihan vendor yaitu metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memilih vendor terbaik dengan cara menyeleksi vendor berdasarkan kriteria dan subkriteria dengan pendekatan SCOR (Supply Chain Operation Reference). Hasil analisa perhitungan dengan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) didapatkan bahwa prioritas tertinggi vendor logistik yaitu PT. PLS yang memiliki nilai sebesar 0,423 (42,3%), peringkat kedua yaitu PT. Royal Pasifik memiliki nilai sebesar 0,267 (26,7%), peringkat ketiga yaitu PT. Daiho Batam memiliki nilai sebesar 0,183 (18,3%), peringkat terakhir ialah PT. Interpak Industri memiliki nilai sebesar 0,126 (12,6%) metode AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) ini bisa menjadi pertimbangan perusahaan dalam memilih vendor logistik PT. Epson Batam yang berguna dalam meningkatkan rantai pasok atau supply chain pada perusahaan. PT Epson Batam in maintaining the smooth distribution process of its products requires logistics vendors who are useful in helping smooth distribution until it reaches consumers. In this case, PT Epson found difficulties in determining logistics vendors who would carry out product distribution activities, this was due to the problem of making logistics vendor selection decisions that matched the criteria of PT. Epson Batam. The method used for vendor selection is the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. This study aims to select the best vendor by selecting vendors based on criteria and sub-criteria with the SCOR (Supply Chain Operation Reference) approach. PT. Epson Batam is that the highest priority logistics vendor to be chosen by PT. Epson Batam is PT. PLS has an important influence with a weight value of 0.423 (42.3%), second place PT Royal Pasifik 0.267 (26.7 %), third rank PT. Daiho Batam 0.183 (18.3%) last rank is PT. Industrial Interpak 0.126 (12.6%). The value that has been obtained from the calculation by AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) method can be a consideration for the company in choosing a logistic vendor at PT. Abstract

CV Barokah Utama is a company that produces wooden pallets with a variety of different sizes, namely the main product is wooden pallets with a size of 110 x 110 cm. CV Barokah Utama company needs to apply forecasting to predict the amount of demand that will occur in the coming period, while the avoid excess and shortage of production and raw materials. Forecasting is a structured calculation of historical data and current data for a certain period of time. So, in testing the forecasting data, various forecasting methods are carried out to get forecasting results with an accurate level that is close to the actual value and with the smallest error value. Forecasting methods used in this study are Moving Average, Weighted Moving Average and Holt's Double Exponential Smoothing. For the best forecasting results, there are the smallest MAD, MSE and MAPE values ​​as well as forecasting results that are close to the actual values. The right results after processing data from the three methods using the Holt's Double Exponential Smoothing method with the smallest error rate based on the MAD, MSE and MAPE values.

Abstract

This research is shown to analyze the causes of malfunction tester machine at PT WIK Far East Batam. The population in this study is the function tester machine at PT WIK Batam. The technique of taking samples in this research is to use a purposive sampling technique. In this research technique, the machine as the object used as the sample is the function tester machine which has the most problems and has the longest downtime. The data analysis technique uses the failure mode and effect method, the data analysis technique uses FMEA, FTA, MTTF, and repair scheduling reliability, based on the FMEA results, Conveyor is the component that has the highest RPN value, followed by flowmeter, on the damage distribution, the Weibull distribution was chosen because has the highest fit index value, by calculating the MTTF, the results obtained for 11 days before the component is damaged, and through the Reliability calculation, shows the machine reliability value on the machine maintenance schedule of 0.39807

Abstract

Policy in determining the level of control of raw material inventory that must be maintained, by placing orders to increase inventory to be made and how large orders must be held. Cable raw material inventory data for several months, such as in March 2021 the company experienced an excess of 3,000 pcs of raw materials, in April 2021 there was a shortage of raw materials of 500 pcs, and the biggest shortage occurred in December 2021, which was 4,000 pcs. occurs due to erratic demand from customers so that companies often experience shortages and excess raw materials, sometimes shortages of raw materials for delivery occur from suppliers who arrive late. The method used in this research is the method of Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) and Silver Meal. The results of calculations using the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) inventory model, obtained the number of orders for one order of cable raw materials is 39,200 pcs. Then for the safety stock of cable raw materials outside the routine needs of cable raw materials as many as 23 pcs. The results of the calculation of the time for reordering raw materials are 1,640 pcs. The total cost that must be incurred by the company if using the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) inventory model is Rp. 11,091,666, - and using the Silver Meal method the company incurs a cost of Rp. 8,241,666, - for cable raw materials.

Abstract

ABSTRACT PT. Amtek Precision Component Batam is a manufacturing company located in the Citra Buana III area, PT. Amtek Precision Component Batam is a manufacturing company located in the Citra Buana III area of ​​Batam City which produces hard disk drive components. The object of this research is the Brother TC-20A CNC drill machine at PT. Amtek Precision Components Batam. This study uses the OEE method, then measures the six big loss using Pareto diagrams and fishbone diagrams. The study was conducted in January-June 2022 from the results of the calculation of the highest OEE value in June 2022 of 72.48%, the lowest OEE value in January 2022 of 72.18% with an average OEE value of 72.24%. is below the world standard, which is 85%. The result of the calculation of the six big loss factor that causes low engine performance is the breakdown loss factor with a value of 32.83%. Based on the fishbone diagram on the Brother TC-20A CNC machine, there are four factors that cause failure, namely human factors, machines, methods and materials. For this reason, it is necessary to propose weekly scheduled maintenance improvements and carry out training to improve employee performance.

Abstract

pada pembuatan Standing Wire bagian assembly masih dilakukan secara manual, setiap harinya pekerja bekerja pada posisi berdiri menggunakan aliran udara yang minim. pada PT. Interpak Industries Batam area kerja operator berada pada suhu ruangan yang tak normal. Bekerja di suhu yang panas akan mengakibatkan beban di suhu tubuh semakin menaik serta mengakibatkan tubuh mengeluarkan lebih banyak cairan lewat keringat. Hal ini mengakibatkan penurunan kontraksi otot sebagai akibatnya tubuh mengalami kelelahan. Tujuan penelitian ini buat mengidentifikasi kelelahan kerja serta buat mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh pada kelelahan kerja tersebut dengan menggunakan pengujian pada software SPSS. Hasil dari penelitian ini telah menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada pengaruh signifikan antara beban kerja terhadap kelelahan kerja karyawan bagian Operator Produksi Cam Copper Assembly di PT. Interpak Industries Batam.
