Abstract

Real Batam Information Vocational School is one of the schools that has reliable competencies. However, in the educational process, not only knowledge is prioritized, but also related skills and noble character also need to be applied. The aim of implementing this service is to produce a generation, especially students at the Batam Real Information Vocational School, who are not only smart in education, but have a leadership spirit and virtuous character. The expected characteristics include courage, honesty, respect for others and discipline. In this service, the PKM team conducted training for class X students at Real Batam Informatics Vocational School. The form of training is in the form of discussions and sharing regarding how to form a good leadership spirit. Based on the results that have been achieved, after participating in the training held by the PKM team, students are more courageous and confident in their abilities and strengths. Therefore, it is hoped that this training will allow students at these institutions to be able to understand and apply it in their daily lives so that they become young people who are not only intellectually intelligent but also mature in terms of character and leadership in society.

Abstract

Competition in the automotive world causes business people to look for ways to satisfy consumers. One way that can be done by business people is to choose the best supplier, who can meet consumer needs so that consumers feel satisfied. UKM YY is one of the businesses engaged in the automotive sector. Some problems in this UKM are related to the products offered by suppliers, namely: bad quality, late delivery, and irresponsibility for product, both in terms of quantity and quality. Some of these things cause business people to be reluctant to use the product again so that suppliers lose customers. This study aims to get best supplier, to fullfill consumer needs by using the AHP method. The criteria that most wanted of the business are quality and responsibility of the supplier. The supplier that choosen is Triwarna Color Center.

Abstract

Through various educational and participatory activities, this community service program aims to increase awareness about waste management in the Tiban area. The aim of this activity is to increase public and local community awareness of the importance of waste sorting. The method used is outreach, namely socialization regarding waste sorting based on types such as organic, inorganic and dangerous waste, so that it can encourage the community to actively participate in activities in maintaining environmental cleanliness. The results of this service show that the Tiban community understands and is more involved in more efficient waste management, supported by adequate facilities. It is hoped that this program can create a more efficient and sustainable waste management system in the Tiban area and give local communities the opportunity to adopt a similar waste processing system. This can help preserve the environment in the long term.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh branding, pemasaran digital yang menyebabkan kenaikan penjualan produk UKM dalam ruang lingkup community-based economic small enterprise (CBEs). Penelitian ini mengenai pemasaran digital dengan pendekatan Usaha Kecil Menegah (UKM) Berbasis Komunitas: Eksistensi UKM Di Kelurahan Batu Aji Batam Kepulauan Riau. Penerapan metode kuantitatif dalam penelitian dengan basis kumpulan data yang disebarkan kepada anggota UKM. Sampel yang didapatkan sebanyak 160 dengan teknik sampel jenuh dari keseluruhan jumlah UKM yang terdaftar di Dinas Koperasi dan UMKM Pemerintah Kota Batam yang berada di tujuh kecamatan, periode juli 2022 hingga agustus 2022. Pengolahan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan SEM (structural equation model) dengan pendekatan aplikasi smartpls. Hasil uji hipotesis dalam penelitian ini adalah menguji pengaruh langsung yang ditimbulkan dari variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen. Berikut hasil uji pengaruh langsung yaitu: (1) Branding tidak berpengaruh langsung terhadap penjualan produk UMKM. Hal ini terlihat dari nilai t statistik sebesar 0,821 yang lebih kecil dari nilai t = 196, dan nilai p value sebesar 0,412 lebih besar dari nilai taraf signifikansi 0,05. (2) Pemasaran Digital berpengaruh langsung terhadap penjualan produk UMKM. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari nilai t statistic sebesar 2,837 lebih besar dari nilai t = 1,96 dan nilai p value sebesar 0,005 lebih kecil dari taraf signfikansi 0,05. Abstract

Education is very important for the progress of the country, education cannot be separated from an assessment. Assessment must be based on the existing rubric to be clear, structured, and transparent. One of the existing assessments is based on analytic, holistic, and perceptual scales. The purpose of this study was to establish an assessment rubric in the algebra course because the course was only seen from a quantitative assessment, but in this study, it was assessed based on attitude, and character and then made criteria based on independent assignments and structured assignments and the results would later be tested differently by using the sample t-test. test, namely the independent sample t-test, the results of the data are not normally distributed, it is better to use the Wilxoson test and sign t-test. The result is that there is no difference between independent tasks and structured tasks seen from the significant table and the t-test table. Pendidikan sangatlah penting bagi kemajuan negara, pendidikan tidaklah lepas dari suatu penilaian. Penilaian haruslah berdasarkan rubrik yang ada agar jelas, tertruktur dan transparan. Salah satu penilaian yang ada berdasarkan analitik, holistik dan skala persepsi. Tujuan penelitian ini, menetapkan rubrik penilaian dalam matakuliah aljabar karena matakuliah tersebut hanya dilihat dari penilaian kuantitatif saja, namun dalam penelitian ini dinilai berdasarkan sikap, karakternya juga kemudian membuat kriteria berdasarkan tugas mandiri maupun tugas terstruktur dan hasilnya nanti akan diuji beda dengan menggunakan uji sampel t test yaitu independent sample t test, hasilya data tidak terdistribusi normal sebaiknya menggunakan uji wilxoson dan sign t-test. Hasilnya tidak ada perbedaan antara tugas mandiri maupun tugas terstruktur dilihat dari tabel signifikan maupun tabel t test nya.

Abstract

Salah satu elemen pembangunan sanitasi adalah masalah persampahan. Kesehatan dan lingkungan akan terjejas oleh kondisi sanitasi yang buruk. Sampah dapat digunakan sebagai sumber daya dan meminimalkan kerusakan lingkungan. Jumlah sampah rumah tangga yang meningkat, baik organik maupun anorganik, adalah salah satu masalah yang ada di daerah pemukiman. Hasil penelitian di Batu Aji, Batam, menunjukkan bahwa budaya manajemen pengelolaan sampah masih belum ideal. Tujuan dari inisiatif masyarakat ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kualitas hidup masyarakat, terutama dalam hal kesehatan dan ekonomi. Dua aspek penting mempengaruhi era tatanan kehidupan baru. Pengadian akan menggunakan metode 3R untuk mengelola sampah. Berdasarkan hasil pembinaan pengelolaan sampah yang berjalan menggunakan metode 3R (Reduce, Reuse, dan Rcycle) di Kelurahan Kibing, dapat disimpulkan bahwa pemahaman masyarakat sekitar tentang metode 3R meningkat. Metode ini mencakup kegiatan seperti mengurangi sampah (reduce), menggunakan kembali (reuse), dan mendaur ulang (recycle). Melakukan pengelolaan sampah yang lebih baik lagi dapat bermanfaat bagi masyarakat sekitar. Hasil penelitian tambahan menunjukkan bahwa individu lain, seperti anak-anak, memerlukan instruksi lanjutan tentang cara pemilahan sampah yang baik dan benar. Juga, ibu-ibu harus diberi instruksi tentang cara menggunakan kompos dan keuntungan ekonomi pengelolaan sampah lainnya.

Abstract

One of the obstacles in home businesses is not only related to product quality which is not uniform, but also in the aspect of product development. Household businesses in the Tembesi area are one area whose residents have many businesses, especially in the food sector, but are constrained in terms of quality and development. The aim of this community service is to help businesses in the Tembesi environment to carry out innovation and business development in accordance with standardization in order to create uniformity and product quality. The method used by the lecturer service team is to provide guidance and counseling to business actors in the Tembesi area. The extension material is divided into 3 categories, namely idea alignment, product innovation, and profit and loss calculations. Based on the results of the coaching, there are points that need to be considered, namely: (1) Partners feel that they are quite helped in terms of coaching, (2) Partners have a desire to improve product quality, and (3) Partners have better financial management. However, there are obstacles that must be considered, such as: (1) Not all partners agree because they still adhere to conventional principles, (2) Partners do not want to take risks because their business is already quite profitable for them. Based on this, the lecturer service team needs to further develop and carry out counseling in stages so that the program proposed by the service team can run optimally.

Abstract

Waste is a serious problem that is often encountered in today's society. This community service activity was carried out in Tembesi Village, Batam Regency. The knowledge and practices of waste management in the Tembesi Village community are still limited. Inadequate supporting facilities also worsen this situation. Therefore, it is important to increase public awareness so that they don't just throw away rubbish, but also educate them on how to sort waste. Based on these problems, this community service activity aims to provide a solution through education on the importance of maintaining cleanliness, sorting and separating organic and inorganic waste and utilizing waste that has been processed in such a way that it has economic value. The actual form of this activity is to support the provision of separate waste bin facilities. The method used in carrying out this service activity is education. Through this service activity, the community becomes aware of the importance of maintaining cleanliness, understands better how to sort waste independently and better understands the benefits. Apart from that, Tembesi residents can also feel the benefits of processing waste using the 3R method, namely Reduce, Reuse, Recycle.

Abstract

Indonesia is one of the countries facing financial developments. Our nation is currently competing with other ASEAN countries to improve the economy in the modern region. The presence of the missing small and medium enterprises has made a tremendous contribution to the increase in the salaries of the Indonesian population. With abundant agricultural products, Indonesians have begun to take the initiative to increase the processed dishes from agricultural products.Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) is one strategy to assess framework opportunities. FMEA can assess and dissect sections within the framework to limit the harm or impact of disillusionment levels as a supporting technique for assessing the framework's exhibits. The role of the FMEA method itself can be used to determine the risk of accidents in the production failure risk system, supply chain system risk components and so on. The prioritized risk assessment carried out at this stage is critical risk which has a high level of risk and a high RPN (risk priority number) score. . In future research, it is hoped that they will be able to implement and monitor and review the mitigation programs recommended in this study to be able to see the relevant mitigation proposals that can be applied by the company.
