Independent waste management in Batam City through empowering neighbourhood is a strategic solution to overcome the challenge of increasing waste volume, with a comprehensive approach that includes outreach, technical implementation and multi-party collaboration. This program aims to transform society's paradigm towards waste, from mere waste to a valuable resource, while encouraging active participation by citizens in creating a clean and productive environment. To increase community awareness and capacity at the neighbourhood level in Batam City in managing waste independently, effectively and sustainably, so as to create a clean and productive environment through a community empowerment approach. This activity was in partnership with selected neighbourhood, involving a total of 20 participants consisting of neighbourhood administrators and resident representatives. Implementation methods include introductory seminars, practical workshops, environmental cadre training, and implementation of pilot projects in selected neighbourhood, with data collection through pre-post surveys, field observations, and in-depth interviews with key participants. Program evaluation is carried out through analysis of changes in waste volume, level of citizen participation, and the economic impact of independent waste management activities. Community service activities focus on socializing independent waste management through empowering neighbourhood in Batam City, involving situation analysis, material development, environmental cadre training, and implementation in selected neighbourhood. This program succeeded in increasing awareness and participation of citizens in waste management, with concrete results in the form of reducing the volume of waste going to TPS by 50% in six months, increasing citizens' understanding by 80%, and creating additional income from the sale of compost and recycled products. The socialization program for independent waste management based on neighbourhood empowerment in Batam City has shown significant success in increasing public awareness, reducing waste volume and creating economic value, so it has the potential to be replicated in other areas.

Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) merupakan aspek penting yang harus diperhatikan diseluruh perusahaan untuk melindungi karyawan dari risiko cedera, penyakit, atau bahaya lainnya yang terkait dengan lingkungan kerja. Pada perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang konstruksi, terdapat banyak jenis aktivitas yang memiliki potensi kecelakaan, seperti proses pengelasan, gerinda, pemotongan besi, pengangkutan barang, hingga pengendalian alat berat. Job Safety Analysis (JSA) merupakan upaya yang perlu diterapkan untuk mengidentifikasi, menganalisis, dan mengurangi risiko K3 yang mungkin terjadi di lingkungan kerja perusahaan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengkaji tingkat risiko kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja pada aktivitas pekerjaan yang dilakukan di perusahaan konstruksi. Maka dari itu dapat diketahui tingkat risiko terbesar dan memberikan rekomendasi perbaikan yang terbaik. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimental melalui pengamatan yang dilakukan langsung di lapangan menggunakan metode Job Safety Analisis. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aktivitas pekerjaan yang dijalankan perusahaan memiliki beberapa tingkat risiko, tingkat yang paling berbahaya atau kritis yakni pada aktivitas pemasangan ban daprah pada fender. Adapun upaya pengendalian yang dapat dilakukan yaitu menggunakan body harness dan persiapan pelampung bagi pekerja.

The Riau Islands region is one of the archipelago areas in Indonesia where most of the people depend on marine products, one of which is shellfish, which have various colors and beauty. In various regions, people have Using seashells to improve the quality of life. Shells can be used as building materials, collections, clothing, furniture decoration, and as souvenirs, both for functional purposes and interior decoration. The use of goods that are not economical but can produce high economic value is currently attracting the attention of craft market players. If made into crafts or souvenirs, seashells, which are a product of marine waste, can be very valuable. Various types of crafts are developing in today's society, one of which is crafts that use resin as the main material. The manufacturing process with this composite material can be carried out easily by all groups. This composite manufacturing training was given to the Family Welfare Empowerment (PKK) group in the Cipta Garden housing complex which is approximately 10 km from the ITEBA campus. This group actively gathers every month, but no productive activities are carried out. In principle, this activity provides knowledge and skills for this PKK group to be productive by producing various types of crafts with high selling value. So it is hoped that later it can become an idea for entrepreneurship

This study designs a decision support system using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method to determine the priority of procurement of goods in the Sabila Craft Batam warehouse. This system is designed to help management determine the order of procurement priorities based on the criteria of inventory levels, demand, lead time, costs, and the importance of goods for operations. Through a hierarchical structure, the AHP method breaks down complex problems into objectives, criteria, and alternatives, and performs pairwise comparisons between criteria to obtain the priority weight of each element. The calculation results show that the Wall Clock product has the highest priority with a weight value of 0.302, followed by Keychains (0.299), Tumblers (0.274), House Numbers (0.262), and Baby Biodata (0.146). All consistencies meet a ratio below 0.1, indicating that the evaluations carried out are consistent. The resulting system allows for more objective and structured decision making, so that it can optimize warehouse efficiency, reduce the risk of excess or shortage of inventory, and speed up the procurement process.

Education is very important for the progress of the country, education cannot be separated from an assessment. Assessment must be based on the existing rubric to be clear, structured, and transparent. One of the existing assessments is based on analytic, holistic, and perceptual scales. The purpose of this study was to establish an assessment rubric in the algebra course because the course was only seen from a quantitative assessment, but in this study, it was assessed based on attitude, and character and then made criteria based on independent assignments and structured assignments and the results would later be tested differently by using the sample t-test. test, namely the independent sample t-test, the results of the data are not normally distributed, it is better to use the Wilxoson test and sign t-test. The result is that there is no difference between independent tasks and structured tasks seen from the significant table and the t-test table.Â Pendidikan sangatlah penting bagi kemajuan negara, pendidikan tidaklah lepas dari suatu penilaian. Penilaian haruslah berdasarkan rubrik yang ada agar jelas, tertruktur dan transparan. Salah satu penilaian yang ada berdasarkan analitik, holistik dan skala persepsi. Tujuan penelitian ini, menetapkan rubrik penilaian dalam matakuliah aljabar karena matakuliah tersebut hanya dilihat dari penilaian kuantitatif saja, namun dalam penelitian ini dinilai berdasarkan sikap, karakternya juga kemudian membuat kriteria berdasarkan tugas mandiri maupun tugas terstruktur dan hasilnya nanti akan diuji beda dengan menggunakan uji sampel t test yaitu independent sample t test, hasilya data tidak terdistribusi normal sebaiknya menggunakan uji wilxoson dan sign t-test. Hasilnya tidak ada perbedaan antara tugas mandiri maupun tugas terstruktur dilihat dari tabel signifikan maupun tabel t test nya.

This study aims to design a decision support system in determining drug procurement priorities at Endar Farma Pharmacy using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. This method was chosen because of its ability to break down complex problems into a hierarchical structure consisting of objectives, criteria, and alternatives. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews, documentation studies, and pairwise comparison questionnaires. The five main criteria used in the analysis were the level of drug demand (weight: 0.485), profit (0.227), order lead time (0.089), expiration risk (0.057), and stock availability (0.143). Meanwhile, the alternative drugs evaluated included Paracetamol, Amoxicillin, Metformin, Omeprazole, and Ibuprofen. The results of the AHP synthesis showed that Amoxicillin obtained the highest priority score of 0.295, followed by Paracetamol (0.291), Omeprazole (0.290), Ibuprofen (0.271), and Metformin (0.188). The entire calculation process meets the consistency ratio (CR) < 0.1, indicating that the assessment results are consistent and reliable. The application of the AHP method in this decision support system has been proven to be able to produce more objective and structured recommendations, increase the efficiency of drug logistics management, and help pharmacies reduce the risk of excess and shortage of inventory.

Pendahuluan: Program pengabdian ini bertujuan membantu CV. Sabila Craft Batam, perusahaan kerajinan yang belum memiliki sistem pencatatan dan analisis data penjualan yang terstruktur. Akibatnya, pengambilan keputusan bisnis masih bersifat intuitif. Kegiatan ini diharapkan mampu meningkatkan kemampuan perusahaan dalam mengelola data dan menganalisis tren pasar guna mendukung pengambilan keputusan yang lebih tepat. Metode: Pendekatan yang digunakan bersifat edukatif-partisipatif melalui pelatihan, pendampingan teknis, dan simulasi studi kasus. Peserta dilatih menggunakan perangkat lunak sederhana untuk pencatatan penjualan dan analisis data. Hasil: Terdapat peningkatan pemahaman dalam pencatatan dan analisis data. CV. Sabila Craft mulai membentuk sistem pencatatan yang lebih rapi serta strategi pemasaran berbasis data. Kesimpulan: Kegiatan ini berhasil meningkatkan keterampilan analisis data, sehingga CV. Sabila Craft lebih siap bersaing dan mengambil keputusan bisnis secara terukur.
