Abstract

This paper aims to develop a novel theoretical framework for organizational structures in the era of artificial intelligence (AI). It conducts a comparative analysis of traditional, modern, and postmodern organizational structures to identify limitations in accommodating AI’s autonomous capabilities. Through extensive literature review and critical analysis, the study synthesizes organizational theories with emerging AI research to propose a new paradigm integrating AI as an active participant in organizational dynamics. The findings reveal a significant theoretical gap in existing models, which predominantly treat AI as a tool rather than an autonomous agent. The proposed AI-driven paradigm emphasizes distributed intelligence, adaptive structural fluidity, human-AI symbiosis, and transparent accountability. The conceptual nature of the study calls for empirical validation across different industries and cultures. The paradigm provides a framework for managers and practitioners to redesign organizational architectures, fostering agility and ethical governance in AI-augmented environments. This research fills a critical gap in organizational theory by positioning AI as a core actor influencing structure and decision-making, offering a comprehensive model for organizations navigating the complexity of the digital age.

Abstract

Toleransi dan kerukunan antarumat beragama merupakan pilar fundamental bagi keutuhan Negara Kesatuan RI yang majemuk. Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) memegang peran dalam internalisasi nilai-nilai tersebut. Namun, tantangan intoleransi dan kebutuhan akan materi ajar yang relevan dengan konteks keberagaman mendesak adanya inovasi. Artikel ini bertujuan mengembangkan konsep bahan ajar PAI berbasis multikultural yang dapat meningkatkan toleransi dan kerukunan antarumat beragama. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi literatur dengan menganalisis artikel jurnal ilmiah. Proses meliputi pencarian sistematis, seleksi berdasarkan kriteria inklusi, dan analisis konten tematik. Studi literatur menunjukkan bahwa bahan ajar PAI berbasis multikultural harus dilandasi oleh prinsip-prinsip Islam sebagai rahmatan lil ′alamin, kesetaraan (musawah), keadilan (′adl), dan saling menghormati (ta′aruf, takaful). Pengembangan bahan ajar melibatkan integrasi nilai-nilai multikultural ke dalam semua komponen kurikulum PAI, penggunaan metode pembelajaran partisipatif, dan penekanan pada peran guru sebagai fasilitator dan teladan. Bahan ajar yang dikembangkan berpotensi signifikan dalam membentuk pemahaman siswa yang lebih terbuka, sikap toleran, dan kemampuan berinteraksi secara harmonis dalam keberagaman.

Abstract

Angka kejadian dismenore di Kabupaten Garut pada tahun 2022 sangat tinggi, tercatat sebanyak 68,8% wanita mengalami dismenore sedangkan di Puskesmas Karangpawitan tercatat sebanyak 648 remaja mengalami dismenore. Dismenore berdampak buruk bagi remaja putri, yaitu rasa letih, sakit di daerah bawah pinggang, perasaan cemas dan tegang, pusing kepala, bingung, mual muntah, diare, kram perut dan sakit perut serta gangguan aktivitas Salah satu upaya non farmakologi penanganan dismenore dapat dilakukan dengan terapi komplementer herbal yaitu mengkonsumsi ekstrak jahe dan ekstrak kunyit. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pemberian rebusan jahe merah dan kunyit asam terhadap penurunan nyeri dismenore pada remaja putri. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pada intervensi jahe terjadi penurunan intensitas nyeri dismenore dari kunjungan pertama skala nyeri 6 menjadi 3 pada kunjungan kedua dan menjadi 0 pada kunjungan ketiga. Sedangkan pada intervensi kunyit asam terjadi penurunan intensitas nyeri dismenore dari kunjungan pertama skala nyeri 6 menjadi 0 pada kunjungan kedua dan ketiga sehingga disimpulkan terdapat perbedaan efektivitas antara pemberian jahe merah dengan kunyit asam terhadap penurunan nyeri dismenore pada remaja putri yang terjadi pada kunjungan kedua dimana pemberian kunyit asam lebih cepat mengatasi nyeri. Diharapkan tenaga kesehatan khusunya bidan dalam melakukan asuhan pada remaja putri dengan menggunakan terapi non farmakologi dalam mengatasi nyeri saat haid serta menjadi masukan yang berguna dalam meningkatkan pelayanan kebidanan.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to enhance the ability of MSME actors in the Gunung Kaler District to utilize digital marketing effectively by understanding the various potential risks and the mitigation strategies that need to be implemented. In the digital era, MSMEs face challenges such as data security threats, errors in content management, low digital literacy, and reputation risks arising from online customer interactions. Through training sessions, direct mentoring, and case simulations, this program provides practical knowledge enabling MSMEs to identify risks, minimize negative impacts, and optimize digital marketing efforts to improve business competitiveness. The offered solutions include educational activities delivered through lectures, interactive discussions, and the measurement of participants’ understanding using pre-test and post-test instruments. The activity was conducted in the Gunung Kaler District, Tangerang Regency, involving 21 MSME participants. Initial implementation results indicated a lack of understanding among participants regarding the effective use of digital marketing through risk identification and mitigation, as reflected in the higher post-test scores and significant regression model findings. The R Square value of 0.158 and F value of 2,881. These results indicate that the Digital Marketing and Risk Mitigation variables simultaneously explain only 15.8% of the MSME Performance variance, nevertheless, the program successfully improved participants’ knowledge and awareness of the importance of digital risk 1qmanagement for strengthening business competitiveness and sustainability.

Abstract

This community service program aims to enhance human resource development by fostering entrepreneurial characteristics and work culture within UMKM Mandiri Jaya. The main issue identified was the limited understanding among employees regarding the importance of work culture and entrepreneurial traits in sustaining business continuity. The proposed solution involved educational activities using lectures, interactive discussions, and comprehension assessments through pre-test and post-test instruments. Conducted in Rancailat Village, Kresek District, Tangerang Regency, the program engaged 24 participants. Results showed improved understanding of work culture and entrepreneurship, reflected in higher post-test scores and a statistically significant regression model. An R Square of 0.968 and F value of 315.222 indicate that the variables of HR development and entrepreneurial characteristics jointly explain 96.8% of the variance in work culture. In conclusion, this activity successfully enhanced participants’ knowledge and attitudes toward HR development, and strengthened UMKM competitiveness through the cultivation of a productive work culture and adaptive entrepreneurial mindset.
