Abstract

The aims of the research is to examine the influence of giving reward and punishment at the Regional Finacial and Asset Management Revenue Agency of Ponorogo Regency. Meanwhile, the research is applicable for Regional Finacial and Asset Management Revenue Agency of Ponorogo Regency to increase the staff performance by giving reward and punishment. To trigger the performance of employees at the Regional Finacial and Asset Management Revenue Agency of Ponorogo Regency, reward or recognition is required for accomplishments but instead should be given punishment for violations or omissions. Performance Appraisal at the other side as the moderation variable can affect the reward and punishment that given to the emplyoyees.Basic theory underlying this study is a Reinforcement Theory of Motivation by Skinner with a focus on reward, punishment and performance.The analysis tool used is multiple linear regression.Research shows that reward has a positive and significant effect on the performance, Punishment has a positive and significant impact on the performance, Performance appraisal has a positive and significant impact on the performance, Performance appraisal has a positive effect but has not significant impact in the role of reward to the performance and Performance appraisal has a positive effect but has not significant impact in the role of punishment to the performance.

Abstract

Abstract

This study aims to: (1) Analyze the significance of the influence of the work environment on the performance of BPPKAD Ponorogo Regency employees. (2) Analyze the significance of the influence of leadership style on the performance of BPPKAD Ponorogo Regency employees. (3) Analyze the significance of the influence of the work environment which is moderated by leadership style on the performance of BPPKAD Ponorogo Regency employees. The population and population used in this study were all employees of the Ponorogo Regency BPPKAD, amounting to 96 people. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire that has passed the test of validity and reliability. The regression requirements test uses the classic assumption test. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis with absolute difference test and hypothesis testing is done through t test. The results of this study indicate that: 1) The work environment has a significant effect on the performance of BPPKAD Ponorogo Regency employees. So the hypothesis that states is significant. 2) The leadership style has a significant effect on the performance of BPPKAD Ponorogo Regency employees. So the hypothesis that states is significant. 3) Leadership style is not able / not proven to moderate the influence of the work environment on the performance of BPPKAD Ponorogo Regency employees.

Abstract

Aims to understand research significant influence between: (1) work environment to work satisfaction, (2) officials will have their income to work satisfaction, (3) work environment against the employee performance, (4) officials will have their income to the performance of, (5) satisfaction on the performance of work, (6) the effect of mediation work satisfaction to the influence of the performance of work environment, (7) the effect of mediation work satisfaction to the influence of officials will have their income to the employee performance kabupaten ponorogo inspektorat. The population is employees inspektorat kabupaten ponorogo in 2019 at a number of 35 people. Sample taken by using the sampling method of saturated, where all of an officer at the inspektorat kabupaten ponorogo which consisted of 35 employees used as a subject in this research. The technique of the collection of data using the practical and watchful such through reliability. Linear regression analysis using techniques and the worship of idols with classical test, the analysis, f and test test the coefficient of determination. The results of the study conclusion: (1) work environment significant impact on work satisfaction, (2) officials will have their income significant impact on work satisfaction, (3) officials will have significant impact on the performance of income, (4) work satisfaction significant impact on the performance of, (5) work environment has no significant impact on the performance of, (6) satisfaction mediate environmental influences on the performance of work, (7) satisfaction will have their working hours are not mediate the influence of income to the employee performance kabupaten ponorogo inspektorat.

Abstract

This research aims to know (1) The financial performance of the Surakarta city government fiscal year period 2014 - 2018, (2) efficiency of the expenditure of Surakarta city government in the management of its resources year budget 2014 - 2018. The population in this research is the realization report of the Government of Surakarta. The samples studied were the realization report of the Government of Surakarta APBD year budget from 2014 to 2018. Sample editing using the Purposive sampling method. The source of the research data is secondary data. The data analysis techniques used are quantitative descriptive. The conclusion of the research: hypotheses that declare the financial performance of the Surakarta city government year period budget 2014 - 2018 views from (1) fiscal decentralization degree ratio is sufficient, is true, (2) PAD effectiveness ratio is effective, is true and (3) ratio effectiveness of PAD is effective, is true. Hypotheses that state Surakarta's government spending efficiency in its resource management year 2014 - 2018 budget is an efficient view of the (1) ineffective efficiency ratio, which is not true, (2) ineffective shopping efficiency ratio, So it is not true, (3) large operating spending ratio, so it is not true and (4) small capital expenditure ratio, so it is not true.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the significance of the effect of leadership style and work motivation on job satisfaction and analyze the mediating role of work satisfaction in affect leadership style and work motivation on employee performance. This type of research is survey research. The study population was 85 employees of PT. BPR Syariah Sukowati Sragen and all of them are sampled by census technique. Data sources used primary data and secondary data. Methods of data collection used questionnaires and literature study. Data analysis techniques used path analysis. The results showed that the leadership style has a significant effect on the work satisfaction. Work motivation has a significant effect on work satisfaction. Leadership style has a significant effect on the employee performance. Work motivation has a significant effect on the employee performance. Work motivation has a significant effect on the employee performance. Job satisfaction mediates the affect of the leadership style on the employee performance. Work satisfaction mediates the affect of work motivation on employee performance.

Abstract

This research (1) Analyze the significance of the influence of brand trust on the satisfaction of Retno Skin Care Consumers in Surakarta. (2) Analyze the significance of the influence of brand trust on the loyalty of Retno Skin Care Consumers in Surakarta. (3) Analyze the significance of the brand trust on the loyalty of Retno Skin Care Consumers in Surakarta. (4) Analyze the significance of the influence of brand trust on the loyalty by mediating customer satisfaction in Retno Skin Care Consumers in Surakarta.This research took the location of Retno Skin Care in Surakarta using a sample of 100 respondent of Retno Skin Care services users in Surakarta. How to take sample with questionnaires. Based on the result of testing each hypothesis shows that wich states “consumer confidence has a significant effect on consumers loyalty” proved the truth. The third hyphotesis states that “consumer satisfaction has a significant effect on customer loyalty by mediating consumer satisfaction in retno skin care consumers in Surakarta”, proven true.

Abstract

The purchase of cosmetic product is a need that must be fulfilled for some women. The existance of cosmetics that have various types, colors, and advantagel in providing function for customers requires the cosmetics industry to further develop production tecnology and develop its marketing strategies to get position on the market. The study aims to determine the effect partially between ; brand image, a halal label and advertising on customer loyalty. The population is archipelago Natural PT consumer in Keadawung sub district Sragen regency in 2019. The sample was take by puposive random samplingbof 100 respondents. Data collection tecniquel use quitionanaires, after that has been tasted using instrument namely validity and reabibility. Classic asummtion test, namely normaly, multicolonearity, heterosdastisity, and autocorrelation. Hyphotesis testing uses multiple linear regression, t test, f test of model accuraly and coeffisient of determinan.The inquiry of the brand image variable is valid, the inqury of the variable halal label is valid, the inqury of the variable advertising is valid, and the inqury of variable customer loyalty is valid also. The multicolonearity test no multicolonearity, hetereskedastisicity test no heterskedasticity, the autocorrelation test no autocorrelation, and normacility test is normacility. Research of result is: “brand image, halal label and advertising there are a significant effect on customer loyalty moreskin cosmetic product in Kedawung sub district Sragen regency”.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of the Work Environment and Work Discipline on Employee Performance in the Public Relations and Protocol Section of the Regional Secretariat of Ponorogo Regency. Research this uses descriptive and quantitative analysis methods. Retrieval of data in this study using census techniques, where all employees in the Public Relations and Protocol Section of Ponorogo Regency Regional Secretariat, amounting to 30 employees, were made the subject of this study. The technique of collecting data using a questionnaire. The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression and is continued by testing R square and testing hypotheses partially and simultaneously with t test and F test. From the analysis of multiple linear regression tests conducted, the results show that the Work Environment and Work Discipline have an influence on employee performance. Based on the results of t test (partial) and F test (Simultaneous) shows that the Work Environment and Work Discipline have a significant and positive influence on employee performance, where the work environment has a greater influence than work discipline. This explains that if the work environment can be created well and supported also by high employee discipline in carrying out tasks, it will be able to improve employee performance in the Public Relations and Protocol Section of Ponorogo Regency Regional Secretariat.

Abstract

Organizational performance is largely determined by the performance of human resources that contribute to it. The high work performance of employees is the achievement achieved by the employee at a certain level. Employee performance is not just a coincidence, but many factors influence it. Several factors affect employee performance, namely employee placement, individual characteristics, and work stress. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of employee placement, individual characteristics, and work stress on performance of Non Civil Servant Employees at The Regional General Hospital (RSUD) Dr. Harjono S Ponorogo Regency. Data collection in the form of answers to the questionnaire as primary data and documentation as secondary data. The number of research samples as many as 80 employees with a sampling method using random sampling. Data analysis methods used are validity and reliability test, classic assumption test, hypothesis test, F test, and coefficient of determination test. The results of multiple linear regression calculations using the t test showed that the placement of employees and individual characteristics significantly influence the performance of Non Civil Servant Hospital Dr. Harjono S Ponorogo Regency. This is indicated by the significant probability value of each variable < 0.05. While work stress does not have a significant effect on the performance of Non Civil Servants Hospital Dr. Harjono S Regency Ponorogo. This is indicated by the significant probability value > 0.05.
