Abstract

Mojokerto is one of the leading regions in East Java Province This of course has consequences for growth in all fields, especially industry and housing. So that it will have an influence either directly or indirectly on the growth of other supporting facilities growth in various fields leads to increased demand for water due  to climate change, several springs in Mojokerto district have decreased by 60% from their original condition. This study aims to predict future water needs with the influence of changes in population, the effect of increasing the number of industries and facilities, both commercial and non-commercial using a dynamic system so that it can be used as a basis for water resource management decisions. In analyzing a complex system that works with real conditions, it is very risky and costly, therefore we need a model that can represent the conditions of the existing system. The stages in the research are as follows: 1. Secondary data collection in the study area which includes: Population data, data on the number of public facilities, data on the number of hotel rooms, data on the number of hospital rooms, data on rice fields, data on the number of livestock, data on the area of tourism and data on the number of markets; (2) Data Analysis; (3) System Dynamic Analysis;(4)Simulation of water demand prediction in the study area;(5) Model validation with the structure validation test and the AVE and AME validation tests. The simulation model for the prediction of water demand in Mojekerto Regency based on a dynamic system is declared valid because it has fulfilled the structure test and validation test both AVE and AME From the results of the scenario simulation applied, it was able to save water by 30% for domestic water needs and 92% for non-domestic water needs. It is necessary to make a model to determine the availability of existing water resources so that a model of water resources balance in Mojokerto Regency is compiled.

Abstract

Food security is one of the targets of the Sustainable Development Goals that must be achieved by 2030. One of the problems faced in achieving this target is the decrease in the function of irrigation infrastructure by ± 70%, resulting in the reduced water supply to agricultural land. The purpose of this research is to recalculate the operational and maintenance needs of the Mrican Irrigation Area by the applicable regulations and the current conditions of the study area for the needs of the 2021 budget year. The research was conducted in the Mrican Irrigation Area with an area of ​​30,341 ha located in 3 districts, namely Kediri, Nganjuk and, Jombang. The result of optimization calculation of personnel for operational activities and maintenance of irrigation networks in the Mrican Irrigation Area is 577 people. The length of the carrier line is 366 km and the drainage is 248 km long. The number of waterworks is as many as 966 units. The results of calculations and analyzes that have been carried out, it is found that the amount of the Operational and Maintenance Real Needs of Mrican Irrigation Area for the irrigation operational management component is Rp. 6,329,767,232, the component of surface irrigation operation costs Rp. 31,490,208,724, and the maintenance component of the surface irrigation network is Rp. 22,685,844,371. The total cost of the Operational and Maintenance Real Needs of Mrican Irrigation Area is Rp. 60,505,820,327.

Abstract

Abstrak  Konstruksi merupakan salah satu industri yang memberikan kontribusi secara signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi suatu negara. Sebuah proyek konstruksi dikatakan berhasil apabila dalam pelaksanaannya memenuhi tiga komponen yakni biaya, waktu, dan mutu. Komponen biaya digunakan untuk studi kelayakan dan pemilihan desain yang optimal dalam sebuah proyek konstruksi. Ketidak akuratan dalam menganalisa biaya konstruksi dapat memberikan efek negatif pada seluruh proses konstruksi dan semua pihak yang terlibat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa dinamika harga bahan pada proyek konstruksi. Tahapan metode yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini yaitu dengan mengidentifikasi hubungan sebab akibat antar variabel dalam menganalisa harga bahan. Dari hasil simulasi diperoleh analisa secara grafis melalui keluaran model. Validasi model dilakukan dengan membandingkan base model dengan sebuah skenario. Hasil perhitungan analisa sensitivitas dari perbandingan memperoleh nilai mean comparison ≤ 5% dan variasi amplitudo error variance ≤ 30% yang mengindikasikan kevalidan model yang diusulkan. Dengan keakurasian tersebut diharapkan dapat mengakomodasi segala kemungkinan adanya penyimpangan yang akan terjadi dimasa depan termasuk faktor resiko, sehingga dapat menciptakan sistem yang sesuai dengan kinerja yang diinginkan dan sumber daya yang digunakan lebih efektif serta efisien dalam rangka mencapai sasaran proyek. Kata-kata Kunci: Harga bahan, dinamik, proyek konstruksi. Abstract  Construction is an industry that contributes significantly to a country's economic growth. A construction project is said to be successful if it fulfills three components, namely cost, time and quality. The cost component is used for a feasibility study and the optimal design selection in a construction project. Inaccuracy in analyzing construction costs can have a negative effect on the entire construction process and all parties involved. This study aims to analyze the dynamics of material prices in construction projects. The method used in this research is to identify the causal relationship between variables in analyzing the price of materials. From the simulation results obtained graphical analysis through the model output. Model validation is done by comparing the base model with a scenario. The results of the calculation of the sensitivity analysis from the comparison obtained a mean comparison value of ≤ 5% and the amplitude variation value of the variance error ≤ 30% which indicates the validity of the proposed model. With this accuracy it is expected to be able to accommodate all possible deviations that will occur in the future including risk factors, so as to create a system that is in accordance with the desired performance and the resources used more effectively and efficiently in order to achieve project goals. Abstract

The construction industry has a very important role to the growth of a country. The unique characteristics and dynamic nature of the construction industry lead to a dangerous condition and prone to accidents. The death rate due to accidents in the construction industry in 2015 increased by 4% compared to 2014. The number of occupational accidents in Indonesia from year to year experienced a trend of an increase of 5%. Unsafe behavior of workers was the main cause of 88% of accidents in the construction site, 10% due to unsafe conditions, and 2% due to the unavoidable things. In addition, the complexity of construction equipment and unsafe environment significantly determined the type of accident and severity of injuries. This study aims to propose the probability model to predict the construction worker accidents in construction projects. To improve the accuracy of the assessment of workplace accidents, Bayesian Belief Networks used as a study analysis to represent the relationship among unsafe factors such as unsafe behavior factors, unsafe environment and unsafe equipment that lead to accidents. The data was collected through project site survey, questionnaire, and interview to OSH Managers in ten construction projects. The validation is done by applying the model on four case of a high rise building. This finding shows both the probability and accurate prediction of work accidents with APE mean is 4,564 that is useful to assist the practitioners and all stakeholders especially those directly involved in construction industry and to get some recommendations steps and preventive actions in order to minimize the occurrence of fatal work accidents and improve occupational safety and health (OSH) as well as to contribute knowledge about the factors that influence the occurrence of accidents.

Abstract

Lahan pertanian yang sangat luas di daerah mitra mengakibatkan melimpahnya limbah pertanian khususnya sekam padi. Penggunaan limbah sekam padi pada jumlah tertentu, cenderung dapat meningkatkan kuat tekan. Semakin mahalnya tanah liat sebagai bahan baku pembuatan batu bata menjadi salah satu permasalahan yang dialami oleh mitra saat ini. Selain itu permasalahan lain yaitu kurangnya pengetahuan dan keahlian dalam teknologi bahan bangunan yang berpengaruh terhadap kualitas batu bata yang diproduksi. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan melakukan pendampingan pada mitra kelompok pengrajin batu bata Desa Domas dalam peningkatan kualitas batu bata melalui penggunaan limbah sekam padi. Kegiatan pendampingan dilakukan dengan melaksanakan penyuluhan teknologi bahan bangunan limbah sekam padi sebagai pengganti tanah liat dan pelatihan penggunaan limbah sekam padi dalam meningkatkan kualitas batu bata yang diproduksi. Manfaat yang diperoleh masyarakat dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah meningkatnya keterampilan dan pengetahuan dalam memproduksi batu bata yang memanfaatkan limbah sekam padi sebagai pengganti tanah liat, meningkatnya kualitas batu bata yang dihasilkan, dan penghematan alokasi biaya produksi.

Abstract

Dalam industri konstruksi, komponen biaya merupakan hal penting yang perlu dipertimbangkan. Estimasi biaya konstruksi yang tidak akurat menyebabkan keterlambatan penyelesaian proyek, pembengkakan biaya, dan menurunnya kualitas. Penggunaan material dan sumber daya yang dibutuhkan tidak dapat diprediksi pada tahap perencanaan karena tidak tersedianya data pendukung shop drawing  dan bill of quantity.  Penelitian ini memberikan solusi dengan melakukan estimasi biaya berbasis analisa regresi pada kebutuhan tenaga kerja dalam sebuah proyek konstruksi. Analisa regresi yang dibentuk akan menghasilkan formulasi model yang diharapkan dapat memberikan rekomendasi dan membantu para kontraktor maupun owner dalam memprediksi biaya pekerjaan dengan akurat, tidak bias, stabil dan tepat waktu.

Abstract

Abstrak: Pembangunan Pondok Bersalin Desa (Polindes) sangat diperlukan untuk peningkatan pelayanan kesehatan ibu dan anak di desa Meluntur Glagah Lamongan, karena keberadaan ruang polindes yang sangat tidak memadai untuk pelayanan kesehatan kepada masyarakat. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk mendampingi para perangkat desa dalam mendesain dan mengawasi pelaksanaan pembangunan gedung polindes agar sesuai dengan standar mutu, biaya, dan waktu sehingga tercipta bangunan yang aman dan nyaman. Metode yang diterapkan dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini meliputi survey kondisi existing lahan, mendesain konstruksi, melakukan perhitungan analisa harga satuan pekerjaan sesuai HSPK Kabupaten Lamongan tahun 2020, perhitungan RAB, pembuatan time schedule pekerjaan dan analisa waktu biaya. Hasil dari pendampingan ini yaitu berupa dokumen perencanaan dan pelaksanaan pembangunan polindes serta pendampingan pengawasan pekerjaan konstruksinya. Proses pengerjaan pembangunan hingga bulan Mei 2021 belum selesai 100% karena terlambatnya proses pencairan Dana Desa tahap pertama tahun 2021, tetapi Gedung polindes sudah bisa dimanfaatkan untuk pelayanan Kesehatan, seperti proses vaksinasi covid-19. Hasil dari kegiatan ini berupa dokumen perencanaan.Abstract: The construction of the Village Maternity Boarding (Polindes) is needed to improve maternal and child health services in the village of Meluntur Glagah Lamongan, because the existence of the polindes room is very inadequate for health services to the community. This service aims to assist village officials in designing and supervising the implementation of the construction of the polindes building in accordance with quality, cost, and time standards so as to create a safe and comfortable building. The methods applied in this service activity include surveying the existing condition of the land, designing construction, calculating the unit price analysis of work according to the Lamongan Regency HSPK in 2020, calculating the RAB, making a work time schedule and time cost analysis. The results of this assistance are in the form of planning and implementation documents for polindes construction as well as engagement in supervising the construction stage. The construction work process until May 2021 has not been 100% completed due to the time overrun in the disbursement of the first phase of Village Funds in 2021, but the polindes building can already be used for health services, such as the covid 19 vaccination process.

Abstract

Gempa merupakan peristiwa alam yang disebabkan pergerakan lempeng bumi yang tidak bisa diketahui kuat gempa dan kapan terjadi gempa tersebut. Gempa memberikan dampak bagi manusia berupa kematian, luka-luka serta kerusakan bangunan dan fasilitas umum. Negara indonesia khususnya Kota Jakarta merupakan daerah dengan intensitas gempa tinggi, maka bangunan dapat mengalami kerusakan ringan, sedang bahkan hancur akibat getaran gempa bumi. Kurva respons spectrum gempa di dapat dengan program SAP 2000. Tahap desain dan tahap evaluasi suatu struktur bangunan menggunakan progam SAP 2000. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kinerja struktur bangunan apabila terkena gempa. Berdasarkan analisis respons spectrum yang mengacu pada perencanaan gempa SNI 1726-2012, bahwa data bangunan didapat nilai S1 = 0,3823 g, Ss = 0,7086 g, SDS = 0,624 g, dan SD1 = 0,459 g. Tinjauan displacement dari hasil analisis, didapat simpangan antar lantai paling besar yaitu 5,847 mm dan tidak melebihi simpangan yang diizinkan yaitu 53,846 mm dan simpangan antar tingkat dinyatakan aman.Kata Kunci: Gempa, SAP 2000, Response Spectrum, Displacement

Abstract

The Mambaul Ulum Islamic boarding school was established in 1958 with the aim of fostering students to become the next generation capable of upholding Islamic teachings in the future, tapping students who are able to play an active role in various fields of life in the midst of society and creating santri who independent, physically and mentally healthy and serving the community for the welfare of the afterlife. To achieve this goal, representative educational facilities are needed to support the learning, teaching, and mentoring process of the students. Supporting facilities that should not be neglected are bathing, washing, and toilet facilities. These facilities must be designed in accordance with applicable standards so that students can avoid diseases that can hinder their learning activities. This community service aims to assist Islamic boarding schools in designing and overseeing the implementation of bathroom renovations in accordance with existing construction standards. So that a clean, safe and comfortable boarding environment is created to facilitate the learning process of the students. The result of this assistance is a planning document for renovating the bathroom of the Mambaul Ulum Islamic boarding school and assistance in supervising its construction work.

Abstract

This study examines the factors that influence the application of the activity-based costing (ABC) method in construction projects. This research adopts a quantitative approach by developing a case study model. The study tested the model on a sample of 24 hydromechanical and gate works, weirs, irrigation networks, river protection, dams and ponds, coastal protection, swamp infrastructure, groundwater infrastructure, and raw water infrastructure. Primary data collected from field surveys. This study found that the proportion of indirect costs, competitive pressures in price and quality, and product diversification significantly influence a company's decision to apply the ABC method. There were found to be implications for managerial practice and public policy. It is hoped that this research will be useful in meeting the planning needs that are currently being addressed.
