Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis integrasi pendidikan berbasis lingkungan dengan nilai-nilai Islam sebagai upaya meningkatkan etika dan literasi lingkungan. Pemecahan masalah dengan isu-isu sosio-konteks telah memperkuat keterlibatan siswa dalam isu-isu lingkungan, dan keterlibatan mereka pada akhirnya mampu meningkatkan pemahaman mereka tentang masalah lingkungan. Nilai-nilai Islam yang terintegrasi dengan ilmu diyakini dapat mempengaruhi pola pikir dan persepsi siswa. Etika dan kepekaan terhadap lingkungan dimulai dari cara mereka memandang dan bertindak terhadap lingkungan. Konsep pendidikan lingkungan yang efektif dapat memperkuat literasi lingkungan dan kesiapan berperilaku baik terhadap lingkungan. Pembelajaran berbasis masalah adalah pembelajaran yang menggunakan masalah sebagai titik awal pembelajaran. Pembelajaran ini telah mengarahkan siswa untuk mencari dan menentukan sumber yang relevan dengan pengetahuan. Abstract: Integrating Education, Environment, and Islamic Values as Effort to Improve Environmental Ethics and Literacy. This study aims to analyze the integration of environmental-based education with Islamic values to improve ethics and environmental literacy. Problem-solving with socio-context issues has strengthened students' engagement in environmental issues, and their involvement is finally able to improve their understanding of environmental problems. Islamic values which integrated with knowledge are believed to influence students' mindset and perception. Ethics and sensitivity to the environment begin with the way they view and act on the environment. An effective environmental educational concept can strengthen environmental literacy and readiness to behave well concerning the environment. Problem-based learning is learning using the problem as a starting point for learning. This learning has directed students to seek and determine relevant sources with knowledge.Kata Kunci: Pendidikan; Nilai-nilai Islam; Literasi Lingkungan

Abstract

The issue of Bid'ah is a discussion that has often been debated among Muslims since ancient times until today. This is because there is still a vagueness of the concept of Bid'ah itself, the vagueness causes confusion in its application, giving rise to disputes among Muslims. The Qur'an as the most important source of concepts in Islam has basically drawn the concept of Bid'ah, especially found in QS. Al-Hadid [57]: 27. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to explore the concept of Bid'ah contained in the Qur'an. This research begins by analysing the word 'bid'ah' based on its root word, then defining the terminology of Bid'ah according to the scholars as a reference concept, and finally examining the interpretations of the scholars on the verse that discusses the concept of Bid'ah. The results of this study indicate that the exploration of the concept of Bid'ah based on QS. al-Hadid [57]: 27 illustrates the classification of the concept of Bid'ah which refers to its meaning in language, therefore in this verse, the Bid'ah performed by the perpetrators of Rahbaniyyah is actually considered praiseworthy with the reward (ajr), while the censure (dzamm) refers to those who do not maintain the practice as it should be. In conclusion, the Qur'an recognises the existence of good Bid'ah, as long as it does not contradict the religious texts.

Abstract

The increasing divorce rate among Polri personnel presents a critical challenge affecting individual well-being and institutional performance. As an advisory body within the Polri institution, the Badan Pembantu Penasehat Perkawinan, Perceraian, dan Rujuk (BP4R) is crucial in providing marital counseling and mediation services to support family stability. This study examines the effectiveness of BP4R in resolving family conflicts among Polri personnel through an Islamic law framework. Employing a qualitative approach with a descriptive-analytical design, data were collected through in-depth interviews, field observations, and document analysis at Polres Bolaang Mongondow Selatan. Findings indicate that BP4R's impact is constrained by limited training for its personnel, inadequate awareness among Polri members about its services, and cultural barriers that hinder open discussions about marital conflicts. To enhance BP4R’s role, this study proposes three key strategies: intensive training in Islamic law-based mediation, digitalization of counseling services, and multidisciplinary collaboration with religious leaders and psychologists. These recommendations aim to strengthen BP4R’s capacity to promote marital harmony, reduce divorce rates, and ensure Polri personnel's and their families well-being. The study contributes practical insights for institutional policy-making and theoretical perspectives on integrating Islamic law into family conflict resolution.
