Abstract

Of the various types of e-wallet payments available, DANA is one of the fast growing payment applications in Indonesia. Within three a half month only it got half million users. What are the cause factors? Why do users like it? This study aimed to analyze quantitatively what factors influence consumers in using the DANA. It used confirmatory factor analysis model to test the model. It’s expected to contribute on e-wallet payment business strategy. The sampling technique used in this study was to use a questionnaire. The respondents are 100 who had used the DANA payment application. The obtained data were processed using the CFA factor analysis method (confirmatory analysis factor). The results show that there are three main factors that influence the choice of DANA payment applications including convenience, compatibility, and knowledge.

Abstract

Employee performance is a process which is used by an organization to evaluate and judge the work performance of the employees. There are two variables that have been used to review the performance of employee in PT. Amita Bara Sejahtera, which are salary and work motivation. This research goal is to observe the influences of salary and work motivation effect partially and simultaneously towards work performance, to observe the dominant variable between salary and work motivation towards performance, and observing another factor that influence the work performance of the employees in PT. Amita Bara Sejahtera. Data collecting used questionnaire with judgment sampling to 50 employees with some criteria. The result of analysis using multiple linier regression is that salary and work motivation are positively influenced the performance of employee in both partially and simultaneously.

Abstract

This study aims to find the relationship that exists between gender and personality as well asthe supervisor leadership styles in PT Multi Citra Abadi Manado. The study is a quantitativeresearch and uses questionnaire as data collection instrument. The population consists of 700employees who work at PT Multi Citra Abadi Manado and the sample was 56 supervisors ofPT Multi Citra Abadi Manado. The study used descriptive and statistical analysis. Descriptiveanalysis was done by using cross tabulation while the statistical analysis by using correlationanalysis. Hypothesis test was done by using chi-square test and regression analysis. The resultshows that there is a relationship between gender and personality, and it is also indicated thatthere is a relationship between gender and leadership style. The study shows the relationshipbetween supervisor personality and leadership style in PT Multi Citra Abadi Manado. Basedon the research, being open is considered a value of personality that should be increased forcustomers in global era.
