Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis apakah selama pembelajaran daring yang dilakukan di Kota Bekasi dilaksanakan dengan mengedepankan prinsip pembelajaran yang ramah anak serta kendala-kendala apa saja yang dihadapi siswa selama proses pembelajaran daring. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Proses pengumpulan data dilakukan selama 1 semeter penuh. Observasi l, wawancara dan tes menjadi instrument utama dalam penelitian ini. Sumber data terdiri dari sumber primer dan sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Triangulasi data menjadi komponen penting dalam penelitian ini. Teknik analisis data menggunakan interactive model (Data collection, data display, data reduction dan conclusion drawing). Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa proses pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia khususnya dalam keterampilan membaca puisi belum sepenuhnya berbasis konsep ramah anak. beberapa kesulitan yang dihadapi oleh peserta didik diantaranya: kendala teknis mengenai pembelajaran daring, kurangnya keterampilan teknis dalam berbicara, kepercayaan diri yang rendah, penghayatan dan artikulasi yang rendah. Dalam upaya mengatasi kendala dan masalah tersebut perlu dilakukan upaya-upaya perbaikan. Adapun kendala Covid-19 menjadi sebuah tantangan baik bagi guru dan siswa untuk melakukan proses pembelajaran yang lebih interaktif. Temuan dalam penelitian ini yaitu terdapat 15% siswa tidak memiliki sarpras pendukung, baik itu HP maupun laptop. Sehingga untuk proses pembelajaran harus bergantung pada teman kelas dengan jarak rumah terdekat. Bahkan beberapa kali siswa tidak mengikuti kelas daring secara sinkronus karena masalah tersebut

Abstract

Continuing Professional Development Program has not received a good response. Elementary school teachers are still not optimal in carrying out research, self-development, creating innovative works, and scientific publications. This study evaluates the professional development program in terms of the principal's role in improving the professional competence of teachers; and to evaluate the process of continuous professional development in improving the professional competence of educators. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach with a case study design. The subject of this research is the principal and the teacher who teaches at the school. The results showed: 1) that the majority of teachers did not have a structured plan; 2) Implementation of class action research is still low; 3) The development of innovation works to support learning is still low; 4) Implementation of self-development by attending scientific activities on a medium scale; 5) Implementation of scientific paper publications is still very low; 6) Policy support is needed to hold continuous professional development training programs on an ongoing basis; 7) the role of the principal is needed in supervising teacher performance and improving professional competence. In contrast to previous research, this research raises the problems faced by schools with the evaluation of the professional development program and shows the impact and also solutions that can be taken by schools in an effort to improve school quality.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the learning difficulties experienced by class IA students at SDN Teluk Pucung VI Kota Bekasi in the initial reading material. This study is aimed to determine the ability of students for beginning reading and the types of difficulties faced by students in beginning reading. The method used in this research is a qualitative research with a case study approach. The data collection techniques used are field observation, indept interviews, and documentation. The model analysis and interpretation of data using interactive model proposed by Miles and Hubermen, namely: data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that 6 students were able to read the beginning but still had difficulty, and 1 student could not read the beginning. The types of difficulties experienced by students include (1) difficulty distinguishing similar letters, (3) not being able to understand sound symbols, (3) having a deficiency in visual memory, (4) having a lot of reading errors, and (5) not being able to read fluent reading. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the students of class SDN Teluk Pucung VI Kota Bekasi still have difficulty reading the beginning. Collaboration between teacher and parents are needed for the sake of the students in the future time

Abstract

Memberikan motivasi dan penyegaran kepada para guru dalam menulis karya ilmiah melalui Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) adalah salah satu upaya mengembangkan kompetensi pedagogik guru. Beberapa masalah penulisan karya ilmiah seperti PTK menjadi kebutuhan yang belum terurai dan terselesaikan oleh guru-guru di SDN Teluk Pucung Kota Bekasi. Berbagai masalah: belum terampilnya guru dalam mengoperasikan media komputer ataupun laptop; banyaknya tugas mengajar sebagai pendidik dan pengajar yang cukup menguras waktu, tenaga dan pikiran, dan kegamangan dalam melakukan penelitian menjadi problem utama untuk dapat melaksanakan PTK. Hasilnya para peserta workshop, guru sangat termotivasi untuk mengimplementasikan PTK dengan cara berkolaborasi antar guru atau teman sejawat. Pelaksanaan workshop lanjutan dengan tema PTK masih sangat diperlukan oleh para guru SD agar tradisi meneliti dan menulis PTK menjadi wahana untuk mengembangkan kompetensi pedagogik dan membudayakan penelitian.

Abstract

Community empowerment as a government partner in dealing with health issues is expected to improve public health in society. Today many communities are formed in an effort to address health issues. One of the communities that is currently in the spotlight of the general public is the ketofastosis Indonesia community (KFI). KFI was initiated and introduced to the public by Nur Agus Prasetyo. The community was formed in 2016. The large role of the community present in this online media also gives its own meaning to the members who are members of it. The formation of meanings between one individual and another is certainly different because each human being has a unique character. The problem of this study is what does warrior means for the perpetrators of Ketofastosis? The purpose of this study is to know the meaning of warrior for the perpetrators of Ketofastosis. The study used virtual ethnographic research methods and used the research subjects of two groups on social media whats app and instagram. The results of this study concluded the term warrior has two meanings for KFLS actors, namely beginner warrior and warrior mentor. Beginner warriors are KFLS actors who tend to ask and confirm whether the activities or food they consume are in accordance with procedures or not. This beginner warrior behavior in interacting shows that communication is a process by which individuals coordinate their behavior with a shared interpretive scheme. Warrior mentors are motivating people, forming a comfortable atmosphere and environment for budding warriors who still have doubts and fears in undergoing KFLS.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the need in education, especially Bhayangkara University, Greater Jakarta, for quality human resources to improve the quality of education. The performance of PGSD lecturers still needs to be optimal in terms of improvement, even though the demand for superior human resources is necessary for the university's goal of becoming exceptional. Attention to lecturer performance is the aim of this research, where the application of 3 Miles Stone Improvement strategic management is a solution to improve the performance of PGSD lecturers, especially in sustainable professional competence. This research is qualitative research with a case study method. Data was collected using interview instruments, observation guidelines, and document review guidelines. This research consists of 2 stages: the implementation of the 3-mile stone improvement model to improve lecturer performance, and the second stage is follow-up in the form of evaluation of the implementation and modification of the model or program therein. The research results reveal that implementing the model increases lecturer performance, seen from 1-semester running, and a 50% increase in performance, seen from the achievement of the lecturer certification process and promotion of lecturer academic positions.
