The objective of this research was to describe the improvement of the creative thinking ability of prospective elementary school teachers through project-oriented ReadAnswer-Discuss-Explain-and Create (RADEC) project-oriented learning model. The researcher applied the mixing method consisting of descriptive qualitative research. The design of this research was pre-experiment one group pre-test post-test design subjects. The instrument of the research consisted of the test, observation sheet, interview, and field notes. The result of the research showed that the students' creative thinking ability increased significantly. The aspect of fluency increased by 40.1%, flexibility 43.81%, originality 37%, and elaboration increased by 45.04%. Therefore, it can be concluded that the RADEC project-oriented learning model can significantly improve the students' creative thinking ability

Jenis penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Pada pendekatan kualitatif, peneliti mengamati fenomena yang terjadi di lapangan yang menghasilkan data deskriptif berupa kata tertulis atau lisan serta perilaku yang diamati dari siswa. Sedangkan pada pendekatan kuantitatif, peneliti melakukan pengolahan terhadap nilai hasil belajar siswa. Penelitian ini akan menguraikan peningkatan hasil belajar IPS siswa dengan menggunakan Mind Map di kelas V SD Negeri 01 Bukik Limbuku. Dalam melakukan penelitian, peneliti akan berkolaborasi dengan guru teman sejawat. Sementara untuk data dalam penelitian ini berupa data kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Data kualitatif diperoleh dari proses belajar mengajar yang dilakukan guru. Sedangkan data kuantitatif diperoleh dari hasil belajar siswa dari sejauh mana siswa dapat memahami masalah sosial yang ada di daerahnya. Berdasarkan data awal terkait dengan minat peserta didik, pembelajaran PKn di SD Negeri 01 Bukik Limbuku masih bersifat monoton dan kurang menarik. Sehingga setiap pelajaran berlangsung peserta didik jadi kurang tertarik dan kurang berminat dalam mengikuti pelajarannya. Hal ini antara lain disebabkan dalam proses pembelajaran PKn guru masih mendominasi proses pembelajaran.

Reading literacy is the main key on develop knowledge. Reading literacy in elementary schools was developed through the implementation of the school literacy movement. The literacy activities are carried out as evidence of the implementation of the school literacy movement. This study aims to describe the implementation of reading literacy activity and read aloud in elementary schools. The research method used was descriptive qualitative through data collection based on a questionnaire and documentation study at ten elementary schools in Majalengka. The results show that literacy activities have been implemented in primary schools, although they have not been routinely carried out. Reading literacy methods used include read aloud, review, alphabetical methods, and reading comprehension. There are schools that have used read aloud as an effort to increase the reading literacy of elementary school students. Generally teachers in schools do not yet know the read aloud and its implementation. Training is needed for teachers to developing literacy activities in primary schools, so that could optimizing literacy activities through the use of various reading strategies.

This research was conducted to determine the increase in concept mastery of primary school students' teaching material through the use of media kits of science for kids. The research method used was quasi-experimental research using the matching only pretest and posttest control group design. The learning process uses the media kit of science for kids and the traditional learning media is used as a comparison. Learning takes place during four meetings, each learning process is carried out observing the implementation of learning activities. Research subjects were 55 students consisting of 28 students using the media kit of science for kids and 27 students with traditional learning media. The research instrument uses multiple choice tests for concept mastery. The data analysis technique used n-gain mean data and non-parametric test t test. The value of n-gain in class with kit of science for kids media is 0.47 while in class with traditional learning media is 0.26. The results showed that increased understanding of the material using the kit of science for kids was higher than students who received traditional learning media.

Pengabdian masyarakat yang dilaksanakan dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya peringkat literasi Indonesia dan rendahnya kemampuan membaca peserta didik Indonesia di dunia Internasional berdasarkan data yang dirilis oleh World’s Most Literate Nations, dan Progres in International Reading Literacy Study. Sebagai bentuk nyata kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat maka dilaksanakan sebuah kegiatan training yang bertujuan untuk menumbukan motivasi diri pada peserta didik dalam meningkatkan minat dan kemampuan membaca. Kegiatan ini bertema ”Self Motivation Sebagai Upaya untuk Mengembangkan Life Skill dan Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar pada Anak Usia Sekolah Dasar” di Teluk Pucung Bekasi, yang berdasarkan observasi pendahuluan didapatkan masih kurang dalam literasi. Metode kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) ini menggunakan metode ceramah dan pelatihan ini sekaligus menjadi media bagi dosen di program studi pendidikan dasar untuk mensosialisasikan dan mendesiminasikan hasil-hasil penelitian dalam bidang literasi untuk lebih dapat diaplikasikan secara langsung di sekolah dasar mitra. Hasil dari pelaksanaan PkM ini didapatkan adanya respon motivasi belajar yang semakin baik, yang ditunjukan oleh peningkatan nilai yang diperoleh dari hasil pre test dan post test dalam pemahaman konsep sains. Dampak positif dari pelatihan dengan mengoptimalkan digital literasi ini mendorong berkembangnya kecakapan hidup peserta didik dalam mengembangkan potensi diri dan lebih bijak dalam menggunakan media digital. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan digital literasi yang tepat dan ditanamkan sejak usia sekolah dasar, dapat memunculkan keterampilan hidup dan meningkatkan self motivation pada peserta didik yang akan meningkatkan hasil belajar.

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk memberikan gambaran pengembangan program ecopreneurship secara eksplisit pada siswa autis sebagai upaya preventif menghadapi era disruptif, sehingga tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui internalisasi nilai-nilai ecopreneurship yang dialami siswa autis dalam melaksanakan program pembelajaran di SD Inklusif. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus yang dilakukan di SDN Cibabat Mandiri 2 Kota Cimahi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah dua siswa autis sebagai informan data primer yang ditunjang dengan informasi dari orthopedagog, guru kelas, dan guru ekstrakurikuler. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan dapat diketahui bahwa siswa autis dapat mengikuti kegiatan pembelajaran intrakurikuler maupun ekstrakurikuler yang terintegrasi dengan nilai-nilai ecopreneurship walaupun dengan keterbatasan secara emosional. Nilai-nilai ecopreneurship yang paling dominan muncul pada siswa autis adalah nilai kedisiplinan, kreativitas, dan tanggungjawab. Secara motorik mereka terampil dalam memanfaatkan barang bekas menjadi barang-barang yang memiliki nilai jual. Oleh karena itu, siswa autis dianggap mampu melaksanakan prinsip green behaviour sebagai unsur fundamental dalam membangun konsep ecopreneurship. Hasil Penelitian ini menjadi temuan baru dan dapat dijadikan referensi bagi SD Inklusif dalam memberikan gambaran internalisasi nilai-nilai ecopreneurship pada siswa autis sebagai upaya antisipatif menghadapi era disruptif.

This study objectives to designate the English learning of elementary school (SD) students in the Al-Multazam boarding school. English as a foreign language is taught to teach the basics of English. Curriculum design to formulate students who have Rudimentary English skills. The type of research used in this investigation is qualitative research. Data collection methods used are: observation, interviews and documentation. From observations and interviews, it is decided that students' English learning in boarding schools is still very unpretentious. The teachers have not encountered the educational levels and qualifications, especially English. Learning English is not only carried out formally (face to face) but language programs: vocabulary delivery, morning conversation, and performances in student activities are a form of intensive language learning at the Al-Multazam boarding school. Evaluation of learning for English is carried out with an oral and written examination model every semester as a form of mentality and academic assessment of Al-Multazam students' language skills

Because of the numerous issues that arise in the language learning process in the classroom and the lack of interest among prospective teachers in conducting classroom action research, this task is complete. And, the teacher still does not understand the concept and is skilled at writing good scientific articles. This activity aims to provide understanding to teachers, make teachers proficient in writing proposals, and increase the motivation of teachers to conduct classroom action research. The location of the activity is Bhayangkara University, Greater Jakarta. The number of participants is 100 people. The model used is mentoring or counseling on basic concepts and training in proposal writing and analyzed with a qualitative descriptive approach. The activity method is a presentation in which prospective elementary school teachers compile scientific articles and present them to the other participants. The observations showed positive things. Namely, the teachers were enthusiastic in participating in the activities and their desire to practice them in learning activities. In addition, participants can produce sample proposals. The participants are looking forward to follow-up activities

This study aims to determine the early perception of fifth grade of students about STEM (Science Technology Engineering Mathematics). The method used in this research is descriptive-qualitative method with the participant amounted to 34 fifth graders in one of elementary school in Bandung city. The instrument used in this study is a questionnaire of students' perceptions about STEM which amounted to 49 items. The results of data analysis collected showed that the students' early perception of STEM was quite high with an average of 78%, which 66% in terms of interest, 63% in terms of difficulty, 80% in terms of ability, 69% in terms of readiness, 76% in terms of influence, 78% in terms of career and 75% in terms of benefit. This is because students' much interest in STEM subjects such as Science and Mathematics is much greater even though it has not become the main choice subject. Therefore, it is necessary to do further research related STEM implementation in learning process at elementary school which is to see student perception after applied this approach.

This research aims to design media for learning student’s conception on fraction headed for elementary level through mobile game. The indicators of conception related in this research were indicators definite on additions and subtraction. Research and development design research has already been pleased to collect data from third-grade elementary students in one of school in Cirebon Regency (25 participants: 8-10 years old). The instrument which is developed formed test with the expert judgement process. The result shows that every factual of conception have been developed and described. Design can be applied to make easier for students to comprehend conceptions. To summarize, the mobile game is able to define the 3th-grade elementary students’s conception on fractions.
