Abstract

The analysis of this research is whether the work environment and work facilities have an effecthas a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Representative Council OfficeRegional People of West Sumatra Province. The method that I use in this research isquantitative method with the help of the SPSS 22.0 program. This study uses analysismultiple linear regression. The population in this study were all House of Representatives employeesRegional People of West Sumatra Province, and Sample A total of 89 respondents. primary datausing the Questionnaire. This study shows that the work environment has a positive effectand significant to the performance of employees of the Regional Representatives Council of Sumatra ProvinceWest. tested and acceptable based on the t-count value of Variable X1 3.258 t-table 1.663 andsign value (0.002 < 0.005) The magnitude of the influence of the work environment (X1) on performanceemployees (Y) of 0.191 units. Work facilities have a positive effect on employee performance.tested and acceptable based on t-count (5.480) t-table (1.663) and sign (0.00) < 0.05.the magnitude of the influence of work facilities (X2) on performance (Y) is 0.445. which meanevery time there is a good work facility it will increase performance by 0.445 units. R² valueis 0.467 which indicates that the independent variable (X1,X2) explains the effectto the dependent variable namely Employee Performance of 0.467 or 46.7%. conclusion onIn this study, the work environment and work facilities have a positive and significant effecton the performance of employees at the Regional People's Representative Council office of Sumatra ProvinceWest.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of price, social media, and product quality on purchasing decisions in Furniture Furniture in Padang City. This research uses a quantitative method with a sample of 91 respondents, which are selected using the purposive sampling technique. Data was obtained through a questionnaire and analyzed using validity tests, reliability tests, descriptive analysis, classical assumption tests, and multiple linear regressions. The results of the research are: 1) The price variable is in the good category, which shows that consumers consider the price of Kamang Furniture quite appropriate and still acceptable. 2) Social media variables are also in the good category, which means that social media has played a role in providing information and influencing consumer perception. 3) The product quality variable is in the sufficient category, so the product quality still needs to be improved, especially in terms of design, durability, and features. 4) The purchase decision variable is in the sufficient category, which shows that the level of consumer purchase decision is not optimal and needs to be improved through more effective marketing strategies

Abstract

Pendampingan wirausaha muda diberikan kepada generasi milenial dan generasi Z yang tinggal di Nagari Kubang Putih Kabupaten Agam. Tujuan pendampingan ini untuk mempersiapkan unit usaha bagi wirausaha muda dan menciptakan lapangan kerja baru bagi penduduk di Kabupaten Agam Provinsi Sumatera Barat. Klasifikasi unit usaha yang akan mendapatkan pendampingan adalah unit usaha mikro, kecil dan menengah (UMKM). Kegiatan pendampingan akan dilakukan dengan cara offline. Pendampingan offline dilakukan degan cara cross check dan mentoring unit usaha yang dijalankan wirausaha muda. Pendampingan wirausaha secara offline ini berhasil memberikan manfaat ekonomi berupa: 1) menciptakan unit bisnis baru; 2) pemahaman konsep manajamen usaha; 3) tambahan pendapatan dari profit usaha; 4) menumbuhkan motivasi dan rasa percaya diri; 5) menciptakan lapangan kerja baru.

Abstract

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of personality, organizational culture, and work-life balance on employee job satisfaction at PT. Sumatera Jaya Agro Lestari (Pt. Sjal) Sei Lesung Estate. This research is quantitative. Research Design and Methodology: Quantitative research is research that can be explained numerically and calculated using specific formulas, based on percentages and other statistical calculations. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 45 respondents using a total sampling technique, where all members of the population were sampled. The data sources in this study were primary and secondary data. Instrument testing (validity and reliability tests), classical assumption tests (normality tests, multicollinearity tests, and heteroscedasticity tests), multiple linear regression, and hypothesis testing (t-tests) were used using SPSS. Findings and Discussion: The results showed that personality had a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction, organizational culture had a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction, and work-life balance had a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction Implications: The findings suggest that PT Sumatera Jaya Agro Lestari should strengthen a positive organizational culture, support employees’ work-life balance, and improve personal development programs to enhance employee job satisfaction.
