Abstract

Motivation has a very big role in learning outcomes. Motivation can foster student interest in learning. Students who have high learning motivation tend to have a positive attitude to succeed. The research objective was to see the relationship between exposure to pornography through internet social media on learning motivation Probability taking technique. The research design used was a free description of the cross sectional design. Collecting data using a research instrument in the form of a questionnaire that has been tested for validity with the results obtained r table of 0.25. The analysis used was the frequency distribution and chi-square statistical test. The results of the study concluded that there was no relationship between exposure to pornography through social media on learning motivation p value = 0.896. For further researchers, the results of this study can be used as a medium of information and increase knowledge about exposure to pornography through social media on learning motivation.

Abstract

Abstract Harvesting activities have a risk of work accidents due to workers not complying with the use of facilities and infrastructure used when carrying out activities at work. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that influence the incidence of work accidents on coconut harvesting workers in Parit I, Sungai Salak Village. This research is a quantitative research using a correlation research design that uses a Cross Sectional approach. The population in this study were all coconut harvesting workers in Parit 1 Sungai Salak Village, Tempuling District, Indragiri Hilir Regency, Riau, which amounted to 42 respondents. The data obtained were analyzed by univariate and bivariate. The results of this study found that 23 respondents (64.3%) who experienced work accidents, based on age as many as 24 respondents (57.1%) had a risk age of 34 years, based on years of service it was found that 26 respondents (61.9%) ) workers who are at risk 6 years, have high school education, namely 16 respondents (38.1%). do not use personal protective equipment while working, namely 37 respondents (88.1%). The results obtained are three factors that have no effect, including age, P value 0.347 > 0.05, working period factor, P value 0.746 > 0.05, personal protective equipment use factor P value 1,000 > 0.05, which means There is no correlation between the use of personal protective equipment and the incidence of work accidents. Abstract

ABSTRAK Peningkatan kasus Covid-19 yang tidak kunjung selesai menarik perahatian banyak pihak di dunia. Lansia memiliki risiko paling tinggi tertular Covid-19 yang disebabkan oleh penurunan fungsi kognitif dan fisik yang dialami saat tubuh sudah memasuki fase lanjut usia. Pengetahuan sendiri merupakan salah satu contoh penurunan fungsi kognitif pada lansia. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara pengetahuan terhadap sikap pada lansia terkait pencegahan Covid-19. Penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah seluruh lansia di Kelurahan Rantau Panjang Kota Pekanbaru dengan stratified random sampling sebanyak 67 orang. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuesioner skala gutmen untuk pengetahuan dan peneliti menggunakan kuesioner skala likert untuk sikap lansia, kuesioner yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu kuesioner yang telah valid Hasil uji validitas dari kuesioner pengetahuan adalah 0,074, Sedangkan untuk uji reabilitas dengan Cronbach’s Alpa sebesar 0,770, yang artinya kuesioner ini reable untuk digunakan sebagai instrument penelitian. nilai validitas kuesioner sikap <0,05, Sedangkan uji reabilitas pada penelitian ini sebesar 0,40-0,60 yang artinya kuesioner ini memiliki tingkat reabilitas yang baik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sebanyak 46 orang (68,70%) berada pada tingkat pengetahuan yang tinggi, sedangkan sebanyak 40 orang (64,20%) memiliki sikap positif dalam pencegahan Covid-19. Berdasarkan hasil uji statistic Chi Square didapatkan nilai p value 0,03<0,05 yang artinya terdapat hubungan antara pengetahuan terhadap sikap lansia tentang pencegahan Covid-19 dengan nilai OR 3,71. Peneliti merekomendasikan untuk melakukan penelitian terkait variabel tentang hubungan dukungan sosial terhadap perilaku lansia dalam pencegahan Covid-19.

Abstract

Penyakit Tidak Menular (PTM) seperti hipertensi, hiperglikemia, hiperkolesterolemia, dan hiperurisemia merupakan penyebab utama kesakitan dan kematian di dunia, termasuk di Indonesia. Karakteristik PTM yang bersifat progresif dan sering tanpa gejala menyebabkan banyak individu tidak menyadari kondisi kesehatannya. Oleh karena itu, deteksi dini dan edukasi kesehatan menjadi strategi penting dalam menekan beban PTM. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran dan pengetahuan masyarakat tentang PTM serta melakukan deteksi dini melalui pemeriksaan sederhana meliputi tekanan darah, kadar gula darah, kolesterol, dan asam urat. Metode yang digunakan adalah edukasi kesehatan, sesi tanya jawab, serta skrining kesehatan yang dilaksanakan pada 7–8 Desember 2024 di Mall Ciputra Pekanbaru. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar masyarakat mulai menyadari pentingnya pemeriksaan kesehatan rutin sebagai upaya pencegahan PTM. Namun, preferensi terhadap pengobatan tradisional masih cukup kuat, terutama pada kelompok lansia, yang dipengaruhi oleh pengalaman pribadi dan kepercayaan yang telah terbentuk lama. Sebaliknya, kelompok usia muda lebih terbuka terhadap pengobatan modern. Simpulan, kombinasi edukasi kesehatan dan pemeriksaan sederhana terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan kesadaran dan mendukung deteksi dini PTM di masyarakat.

Abstract

The problem with KUBE Dalang Collection's partners is that waste management in Pekanbaru City has not been implemented optimally, where 20% of people are smart about utilizing waste banks in Pekanbaru City. Besides that, the partners also experience the low ability of the existing KUBE groups to carry out the waste bank creative production process, Not yet maximized the craft production process for all KUBE groups under the guidance of Dalang Collection, Insufficient number of KUBE groups carrying out the waste bank creative product production process and 4 .There is still no platform used in order to increase sales and marketing of products produced in the KUBE group. The purpose of the activities carried out is to increase the production and marketing capabilities of the Joint Business Group (KUBE) Dalang Collection Garbage Bank with an approach based on Digital Affiliate Marketing. The Program Activities carried out include: 1). Bridging Program, Mapping the Supply of Waste Raw Materials and Waste Bank Production Training, 2). Community Empowerment-Based New KUBE Group Decentralization Program and 3). Marketing Improvement Program through the Development of the “BASADA” Digital Affiliate Marketing Platform. Outcomes achieved from the activities carried out include: 1). There has been an increase in the ability of the KUBE Dalang Collection community in the field of production and marketing where there are 10 KUBE products, 2). There are 5 KUBE groups that are members of affiliate marketing, and 3) There is a Web-based BASADA application product used by partners in marketing KUBE products
