Abstract

Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kuantitatif melalui pendekatan survey. Metode pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah metode purposive sampling. Dengan populasi 6000 pasien dengan kriteria 5x berkunjung didapatkan 120 pasien. Berdasarkan penentuan sampel menggunakan rumus slovin didapatkan jumlah responden sebesar 92 responden dengan tingkat kesalahan sebesar 5. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan validitas adalah hasil nilai tabel r product moment = 0,1726, menyatakan bahwa jika rhitung ˃ rtabel maka peryataan tersebut adalah valid. Dari uji Reliabilitas diketahui bahwa nilai koefisien alpha ≥ 0,6 maka instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini dinyatakan reliable. Dari hasil uji t menggunakan batas signifikansi 0,05 diketahui nilai thitung 6,368 dan 5,567 dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,000. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima. Dari uji f diketahui fhitung sebesar 66,215 ˃ ftabel dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,000 ˂ 0,05 menunjukkan bahwa kualitas dan kepuasan berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis strategi pengelolaan arus kas yang diterapkan oleh UMKM McDji Piscok Blitar dalam menjaga stabilitas keuangan dan kelangsungan operasional. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan studi kasus untuk menganalisis strategi pengelolaan arus kas pada UMKM McDji Piscok Blitar, dengan pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan analisis dokumen. Triangulasi sumber diterapkan untuk memastikan validitas data, meskipun hasilnya terbatas pada sektor makanan ringan dan tidak dapat digeneralisasi ke semua UMKM. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa McDji Piscok Blitar berhasil menerapkan strategi pengelolaan arus kas yang efektif, seperti peningkatan likuiditas melalui teknologi pembayaran, pengelolaan utang yang bijak, dan efisiensi persediaan dengan sistem Just-in-Time (JIT). Strategi-strategi ini mempercepat perputaran kas dan mengurangi risiko keterlambatan pembayaran, mendukung kestabilan keuangan usaha. Pengelolaan pembayaran pelanggan yang fleksibel juga berperan penting dalam menjaga kelangsungan operasional meskipun menghadapi tantangan pasar.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine and analyze the influence of financial literacy, parent's income, and emotional intelligence on financial behavior among students at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Esa Unggul University. This research is causal associative research and the type of data used is quantitative data. The population of this research is active students from the Faculty of Economics and Business, Esa Unggul University. The research sample consisted of 100 people. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results of this study show that partially analyzing the influence of financial literacy, parent's income, and emotional intelligence has positive and significant effect on financial behavior.  The results of the simultaneous analysis show that financial literacy, parent's income, and emotional intelligence have positive and significant effect on financial behavior among students at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Esa Unggul University.

Abstract

Poverty is one of the problems that often occurs in Indonesia. Therefore, through the Unit Pengelola Kegiatan (UPK), the government made a Simpan Pinjam Perempuan (SPP) program in revolving funds provided without any collateral, so the risk that often occurs is bad credit arrears. This causes a decrease in assets or a deficit and an increasing number of bad debts, so good management and control are needed to reduce the number of complex or uncollectible receivables. The purpose of this paper is to identify and analyze the role of management and control applied by the UPK Ponggok District, Blitar Regency, in minimizing bad debts. This research is qualitative research with data collection methods with interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicate that (1) Receivable management applied by the UPK Ponggok Subdistrict, Blitar Regency is quite good, especially in credit standards, credit requirements, and applied receivable collection policies, but in the receivables management applied there is no receivables measurement ratio policy. (2) The control of receivables that was implemented did not go well because there were still various irregularities and discrepancies between the implementation and the applicable Standard Operating Procedure.

Abstract

Conflict within an organisation is inevitable and, if not managed strategically, can hinder the smooth running of work processes and weaken long-term financial stability. In modern organisations' demands for operational efficiency and financial resilience, appropriate conflict resolution strategies are essential to human resource management (HRM) practices. This study aims to identify the theoretical relationship between conflict resolution strategies, organisational efficiency, and financial stability and to develop an integrative conceptual model based on a literature review as a foundation for future empirical research. This study employs a systematic literature review method with a descriptive qualitative approach. The research begins with identifying key terms, which are then traced through various scientific databases such as Scopus, ScienceDirect, SpringerLink, SAGE Journals, Google Scholar, and MDPI. Articles were selected based on strict inclusion criteria, namely originating from reputable scientific journals, having undergone peer review, including an active DOI, and substantially discussing the main variables in the study. The articles used were selected purposively to ensure their theoretical and methodological contributions to the conceptual framework developed. Analysis was conducted using a thematic and narrative content approach. The study results indicate that collaborative conflict resolution strategies can improve organisational efficiency through enhanced communication and team synergy while reducing destructive conflicts. This efficiency strengthens the organisational cost structure and supports long-term financial stability. These findings provide a theoretical foundation for developing more adaptive and integrative managerial models in response to contemporary organisational dynamics.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of training and motivation on the performance of cadres in Maron village, Srengat district, Blitar district. This type of research uses quantitative descriptive using research instruments and quantitative data analysis. Data was collected by using field studies and literature studies. The population in this study were all existing cadres with a total of 35 respondents and the sample of this study used that population. The data analysis method used in this research is validity test, reliability test and multiple linear regression analysis with t test, F test and coefficient of determination (R^2). The results of this study indicate that simultaneously there is a significant influence between training and incentives on the performance of cadres in Maron Village, Srengat District, Blitar Regency with a calculated F value of 13,000 with a sig of 0.000. The results of this study indicate that there is an influence between the provision of training and motivation on the performance of cadres in the village of Maron, Kec. Srengat Kab. Blitar. The conclusion of this study is that both training and motivation variables have an influence on cadre performance

Abstract

This research aim to identify the factors affecting obligation rank on manufacturing corporations. The factors investigated in this research include coverage ratio, liquidity ratio, solvability ratio, productivity ratio, and business risk. The population in this research is all manufacturing corporations registered in BEI, with the first criteria is the corporation has been registered for 5 years, and the second criteria is the corporation has published obligations continously for 5 years. Eight corporations meet those criterias and become the research sample. Data analysis on this research use double regression analysis. The result shows that from five variable researched, only one influence the obligation rank, which is business risk. This result contributes to both theory and praticioners.

Abstract

This community service program aimed to enhance the business capacity of the Lestari Farmers Group in Tegalrejo Village, Selopuro District, Blitar Regency, through the implementation of vacuum-packed silage technology. The group, consisting of 36 ruminant livestock farmers, faced key challenges, including limited knowledge of grass-based feed management, suboptimal utilization of excess forage during the rainy season, and traditional business practices. The intervention methods included socialization, technical training on corn stover silage production, vacuum-packaging technology, business management mentoring, market development, and program evaluation for sustainability. The results demonstrated significant improvements: silage production capacity increased from zero to 1,000 kg/month within two months, feed loss was reduced by 30%, and silage quality improved with an optimal pH of 3–4. In terms of management, 100% of group members adopted basic bookkeeping and standardized operational procedures. Digitally enhanced marketing through social media and e-commerce expanded market reach compared to conventional methods, increasing silage pack sales revenue by Rp. 500,000. The program not only boosted income and production efficiency but also established a new value-added business unit specializing in packaged corn stover silage. This integrated model of appropriate technology adoption coupled with management training proved effective and can be replicated for similar livestock farmer groups.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether location and facilities affect customer loyalty at MOOI Caffe located in Wlingi, Blitar Regency.The results of this research with the t test show that with a significance value of 0.008 which means this value is smaller than 0.05, this shows that H1 is accepted, meaning that location has a significant effect on customer loyalty. The significance value is 0.389 which means that this value is greater than 0.05, so it indicates that H2 is not accepted, meaning that the facility does not have a significant effect on customer loyalty. The significance value is 0.000 which means that this value is smaller than 0.05 then indicates. In testing with F test, the significance value is 0.000 which is less than 0.05 and the calculated F value of 37.844 is greater than F table 3.09, so it shows together the variables of location and facilities affect customer loyalty at MOOI Caffe

Abstract

Tujuan: Resepsionis merupakan bagian dari front office yang memegang peran penting dalam menunjang operasional instansi karena menjadi pihak pertama yang berinteraksi langsung dengan tamu. Keberhasilan pelayanan yang diberikan oleh instansi sering kali bergantung pada kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan oleh resepsionis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji peran resepsionis dalam meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan serta upaya yang dilakukan agar pelayanan tersebut sesuai dengan standar operasional prosedur (SOP) yang berlaku di Dinas Pendidikan Kota Blitar. Metode Penelitian: Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, dan studi pustaka yang dilakukan secara langsung di lokasi penelitian. Hasil dan Pembahasan: Hasil pengamatan menunjukkan bahwa keberadaan resepsionis memiliki kontribusi signifikan dalam menciptakan pelayanan yang efektif, ramah, dan profesional. Resepsionis tidak hanya menjalankan tugas administratif, tetapi juga berperan sebagai representasi citra instansi dan penghubung komunikasi antara tamu dan staf internal. Implikasi: Resepsionis memiliki peran strategis dalam membentuk kesan pertama dan terakhir tamu terhadap instansi serta menunjang kelancaran kegiatan operasional di lingkungan Dinas Pendidikan Kota Blitar.
