Abstract

Kepuasan Komputasi pengguna akhir adalah evaluasi keseluruhan dari sistem informasi yang digunakan oleh pengguna sistem sehubungan dengan pengalaman pengguna sistem informasi. Pengalaman pengguna sistem informasi diukur untuk mengetahui apakah sistem informasi yang digunakan efektif dan sesuai keinginan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan mahasiswa dalam menggunakan sistem e-learning di Program Studi Manajemen STMB Multi Smart sehingga dapat melakukan perbaikan-perbaikan demi memaksimalkan proses belajar mengajar. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 160 mahasiswa program studi manajemen. Dari populasi tersebut, 115 responden memperoleh indeks kepuasan pengguna e-learning. Dari hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa mayoritas responden (57,4%) merasa puas dan 31,3% responden menyatakan sangat puas dalam menggunakan sistem e-learning. Dari hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa sistem e-learning telah mampu memenuhi kebutuhan siswa dalam proses pembelajaran online. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of entrepreneurial education, family environment, and income expectations on interest in entrepreneurship at the Multi Smart Business Management College. The population and sample in the study were 54 students who had completed entrepreneurship courses. Data collection using questionnaires and data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of partial and simultaneous data analysis of entrepreneurship education, family environment, and income expectations have a significant effect on students' interest in entrepreneurship. The most dominant variable or which is considered to have a major influence in increasing a student's interest in entrepreneurship is entrepreneurship education

Abstract

Since generation Z dominates North Sumatra province and Medan City has the largest number of residents in North Sumatra province, we want to find out the level of employee loyalty from generation Z Medan City. The data was taken primarily and was distributed to 385 respondents of employees from generation Z Medan City using nonprobability sampling techniques. Data is processed using technical descriptive statistical analysis. The results showed that there are still many employees of Generation Z Medan City who have never changed jobs (44.94%) and the most working period is 1 year - 3 years (41.56%). The level of employee loyalty from generation Z Medan City is in a high category class from the aspects of obedience and submission, responsibility, devotion, and honesty. This is likely influenced by the characteristics of generation Z, the increasing unemployment rate in North Sumatra Province, and the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. Generation Z women employees are more loyal than men employees, which may be caused by job stability or labor chaos.

Abstract

Penelitian dilaksanakan bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh dari efikasi diri dan lingkungan keluarga terhadap keberhasilan usaha pada pengusaha Asia Mega Mas Medan. Metode penelitian menggunakan deskriptif kuantitatif. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang akan diukur dengan menggunakan skala likert. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda, pengujian parsial dan simultan serta koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian secara parsial maupun simultan menunjukkan bahwa efikasi diri dan lingkungan keluarga memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap keberhasilan usaha. Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh yang diberikan oleh pengatahuan dan karakter wirausaha terhadap minat berwirausaha pada siswa siswi SMA Perguruan Buddhis Bodhicitta Medan. Metode penelitian yang akan digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif, sedangkan metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner yang kemudian akan diukur dengan skala likert. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda, pengujian parsial, pengujian simultan dan pengujian koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan secara parsial maupun simultan variabel pengetahuan kewirausahaan dan karakter wirausaha memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap minat berwirausaha pada siswa siswi SMA perguruan Buddhis Bodhicitta Medan.

Abstract

This research aims to elucidate the simultaneous and partial effects of Market Orientation and Product Innovation on Business Competitiveness at Seiko Boutique Sun Plaza Medan. Business competitiveness significantly influences a company's ability, as well as an industry's capability, to produce goods and services, resulting in improved income and sustainable employment amidst global competition. The study employs a quantitative research approach, utilizing primary data collected through a questionnaire distributed to 97 visitors. Data processing utilizes SPSS, and the analytical tool employed is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The results of hypothesis testing indicate that Market Orientation has a positive and significant impact on Business Competitiveness at Seiko Boutique Sun Plaza Medan, as evidenced by the calculated tvalue (3.659) > ttable (1.985) at a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. Similarly, the hypothesis testing results show that Product Innovation has a positive and significant influence on Business Competitiveness at Seiko Boutique Sun Plaza Medan, with a calculated tvalue (3.192) > ttable (1.985) at a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. Simultaneously, the hypothesis testing reveals that both Market Orientation and Product Innovation have a positive and significant impact on Business Competitiveness at Seiko Boutique Sun Plaza Medan, supported by an Fvalue (40.220) > Ftable (3.093) with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menjelaskan pengaruh dari variabel Citra Merek, Dan Persepsi Konsumen secara simultan dan parsial terhadap Pembelian Produk Kosmetik Di Kampus stmb multismart Medan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah model kuantitatif, dengan menggunakan kuesioner sebagai alat pengumpul data yang disebarkan kepada 88 konsumen produk Kosmetik Wardah Di Kota Medan. Analisa data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda yang dibantu dengan komputer program SPSS for Windows. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda, pengujian parsial dan simultan serta koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian secara parsial maupun simultan menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh citra merek dan persepsi konsumen  memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap pembelian kosmetik.

Abstract

This research was conducted in PT. Autostar Mandiri Teknotama Medan with the aim of analyzing the influence of business location, business capital and digital marketing partially and simultaneously on business income.The research population is 65 consumers who come and buy four-wheeled vehicle spare parts products from the company. The research sample uses a saturated sample so the total sample is 65 respondents. The type of data used is primary data and the data source uses secondary data. Data collection techniques use questionnaires, observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques are descriptive statistics, data quality testing, classical assumption testing, multiple regression analysis, hypothesis testing and coefficient of determination using the SPSS program. The research results show that business capital and digital marketing partially have a positive and significant effect on business income in the company, while business location does not have a significant effect on business income. Simultaneously, business location, business capital and digital income have a significant effect on business income.There is a very strong correlation between business location, business capital and digital marketing on company business income. Business income in the company can be explained by business location, business capital and digital marketing at 67.4% and the remaining 32.6% can be explained by other variables that were not studied such as distribution, price, service, marketing communications and so on.

Abstract

This study aims to assess the impact of motivation and work experience on employee productivity at the Regional Office VI of the State Civil Service Agency of Medan City. Motivation and work experience are considered crucial factors that can affect individual performance in an organization. The method used in this study is quantitative with data collection through questionnaires distributed to 81 employees in the office. The collected data were then analyzed using multiple regression analysis techniques to identify the relationship between motivation variables, work experience, and work productivity. The results of the study revealed that both variables, namely motivation and work experience, have a positive influence on work productivity. High motivation encourages employees to work more efficiently, as well as the work experience variable. With relevant work experience, employee productivity at the Regional Office VI of the State Civil Service Agency of Medan City can be increased. The results of this study also provide insight for leaders in designing human resource development strategies that can increase productivity with a focus on increasing motivation and work experience. The suggestions presented in this study are the need for ongoing training and award programs that can increase motivation and utilize work experience to achieve more optimal results.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan analisis dan menguji pengaruh dari literasi keuangan, dan financial technology terhadap peningkatan kinerja UKM. Metoden penelitian yang dilakukan yaitu dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan melakukan pembagian angket kuesioner kepada para responden. Responden pada penelitian ini berjumlah 98 UKM pada  berbagai sektor. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan analisis data dengan bantuan program SPSS, maka diperoleh hasil bahwa literasi keuangan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan UKM. Dengan persamaan regresi pada variabel Literasi Keuangan (X1) pada penelitian ini sebesar 0,789 dan pengaruhnya secara positif.  Financial technology berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan UKM. Dengan persamaan regresi sebesar 0,789, dan pengaruhnya secara postif. Nilai adjusted R Square yaitu sebesar 0,292 atau 29,2, %, ini membuktikan bahwa Variabel Literasi Keuangan (X1), dan Variabel Financial Technology memiliki pengaruh terhadap Variabel Kinerja Keuangan UKM (Y) dan sisanya 70,8% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak di teliti pada penelitian ini.
