Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Inventory on Sales Volume at PT. Bilah Baja Makmur Abadi Medan, determine the effect of Product Quality on Sales Volume at PT. Bilah Baja Makmur Abadi Medan, determine the effect of Inventory and Product Quality on Sales Volume at PT. Bilah Baja Makmur Abadi Medan. The population in this study are customers of PT. Bilah Baja Makmur Abadi Medan totaling 2.515 respondents. The technique of determining the number of samples used in this study is Slovin formula and totaling 96 respondents. The results of the research analysis show that Inventory and Product Quality partially have a positive and significant effect on Sales Volume at PT. Bilah Baja Makmur Abadi Medan. The results showed that Inventory and Product Quality simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on Sales Volume at PT. Bilah Baja Makmur Abadi Medan. The results of this study are supported by the value of R square (R2) which means Inventory and Product Quality have an effect on Sales Volume at PT. Bilah Baja Makmur Abadi Medan. While the remaining is effected by other factors originating from outside this research model such as people, process and physical evidence.

Abstract

Knowledge of financial management is very important in supporting economic functions, especially improving community welfare, especially in families. Education on wise knowledge of managing loans for Mission Batak Church mothers is a Community Service Activity that aims to provide benefits for families in planning, managing financial resources more optimally and effectively, especially those derived from loans so as to improve family welfare. In addition, through education on wise knowledge of managing financial loans can provide information on access to financial institutions that are expected to make decisions on effective investment and financial planning to improve people's lives. Education on loan management is correlated with poverty so that increased knowledge of loan management is expected to make better financial decisions so that family or personal financial planning becomes more optimal and family welfare can be achieved.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menilai dampak dari tingkat empati dan daya tanggap terhadap keputusan orang tua dalam memilih Sekolah PAUD Maitreyawira sebagai tempat pendidikan anak mereka. Populasi penelitian mencakup semua orang tua peserta didik yang mendaftarkan anak-anak mereka di PAUD Sekolah Maitreyawira periode 2022. Melalui penggunaan rumus Slovin dengan tingkat kesalahan 5%, diperoleh sampel sebanyak 192 responden. Hasil analisis penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat empati dan daya tanggap memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara individual terhadap keputusan memilih Sekolah PAUD Maitreyawira. Selain itu, hasil analisis juga menunjukkan bahwa secara bersama-sama, tingkat empati dan daya tanggap juga memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan memilih Sekolah PAUD Maitreyawira. Hal ini diperkuat oleh nilai R square (R2), yang menandakan bahwa tingkat empati dan daya tanggap memiliki pengaruh yang berarti terhadap keputusan memilih Sekolah PAUD Maitreyawira.   Kata kunci: Empati, Daya Tanggap, Keputusan Memilih.   Abstract: This study aims to assess the impact of empathy and responsiveness on parents' decisions in choosing Maitreyawira PAUD School as their child's place of education. The study Population included all parents of students who enrolled their children in PAUD Sekolah Maitreyawira for the period 2022. Through the use of the Slovin formula with an error rate of 5%, a sample of 192 respondents was obtained. The results of the research analysis showed that the level of empathy and responsiveness had a positive and significant influence individually on the decision to choose Maitreyawira ECCE School. In addition, the results of the analysis also show that together, the level of empathy and responsiveness also has a positive and significant influence on the decision to choose Maitreyawira ECCE School. This is reinforced by the R square (R2) value, which indicates that the level of empathy and responsiveness has a significant influence on the decision to choose Maitreyawira PAUD School.   Keywords: Empathy, Responsiveness, Choosing Decisions.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat oleh Tim Dosen Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi Eka Prasetya ini bertujuan untuk memperkenalkan teknik knitting sebagai salah satu bentuk ekonomi kreatif kepada Komunitas Rajuters Medan. Teknik knitting dipilih karena potensinya dalam menghasilkan produk kreatif berkualitas tinggi dengan nilai estetika dan komersial yang signifikan. Pelatihan dilaksanakan selama dua bulan dengan pertemuan sekali seminggu, mencakup pengenalan alat, jenis-jenis benang, teknik dasar knitting (knit dan purl), serta proyek pembuatan syal. Peserta yang terdiri dari ibu-ibu dengan latar belakang hobi merajut crochet berhasil menguasai teknik knitting dan menyelesaikan proyek akhir berupa syal. Kegiatan ini tidak hanya meningkatkan keterampilan peserta, tetapi juga membuka peluang wirausaha dan memberikan manfaat kesehatan melalui aktivitas merajut. Diharapkan hasil dari kegiatan ini dapat mendorong pengembangan ekonomi kreatif di Indonesia melalui seni rajutan handmade yang bernilai tinggi.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how much digital marketing and green product influence the purchase decision at Mcdonald's Pancing. The research methodology used is a quantitative descriptive method. The population in this study is consumers of Mcdonald's Pancing. The technique for determining the number of samples used in this study is the Hair formula. The results of the analysis provide the equation Purchase Decision = 10.831 + 0.580 Digital Marketing + 0.654 Green Product + e. The results of t test on this study show that the variables of digital marketing and green product also partially have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions at Mcdonald's Pancing. The results of the F test also show that the independent variables (digital marketing and green product) simultaneously affect the bound variable (purchase decision). The result of the determination coefficient (R2) test showed that 56.8% of the consumer satisfaction variables were influenced by digital marketing and green products while the remaining 43.2% were influenced by other variables.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dengan tema "Wirausaha Kreatif: Inovasi Tanpa Batas" bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman siswa SMKN 2 Rantau Prapat mengenai kewirausahaan berbasis teknologi. Program ini dirancang untuk membekali siswa dengan keterampilan bisnis, strategi pemasaran digital, serta pemanfaatan teknologi dalam dunia usaha. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi sesi pelatihan, diskusi interaktif, dan praktik langsung dalam merancang ide bisnis. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa siswa memiliki antusiasme tinggi dalam memahami konsep kewirausahaan dan menunjukkan peningkatan minat untuk mengembangkan usaha berbasis keterampilan mereka. Evaluasi program mengindikasikan keberhasilan dalam meningkatkan kepercayaan diri siswa dalam merintis usaha serta memperkuat hubungan antara dunia pendidikan tinggi dan sekolah kejuruan. Dengan keberhasilan ini, diharapkan kegiatan serupa dapat dikembangkan lebih lanjut untuk memberikan dampak yang lebih luas dalam mendukung generasi muda menjadi wirausahawan inovatif dan mandiri.

Abstract

Abstract: Community service is one of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education which is carried out as a form of contribution from academics, namely lecturers and students, to community development, which can be done through providing training in creative economic practices to improve people's skills which can be used as a basis for becoming MSMEs. The contribution of MSMEs to Indonesia's Gross Domestic Product (GDP) is quite large, therefore it is very important to have creativity and skills that can be used as capital in starting a business. Utilizing the local wisdom of an area into creative products with economic value is very necessary to create new businesses. Fortified Rice Milk is a creative product that can be made using rice as raw material. Pematang Johar Village is one of the villages in the city of Medan that produces rice. This workshop on making fortified rice milk aims to provide training that can improve the skills of housewives in Pematang Johar village as capital in starting a business.Keyword: fortified milk; rice; creative economy, MSMEs Abstrak: Pengabdian kepada masyarakat adalah salah satu dari Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi yang dilakukan sebagai bentuk kontribusi akademisi yaitu dosen dan mahasiswa untuk pengembangan masyarakat yang bisa dilakukan lewat pemberian pelatihan praktik ekonomi kreatif untuk meningkatkan keterampilan masyarakat yang bisa dijadikan dasar untuk menjadi pelaku UMKM. Kontribusi UMKM terhadap Produk Domestik Bruto (PDB) Indonesia cukup besar karena itu penting sekali untuk memiliki kreatifitas dan keterampilan yang dapat dijadikan sebagai modal dalam merintis usaha. Pemanfaatan kearifan lokal suatu daerah menjadi produk kreatif yang bernilai ekonomis sangat diperlukan untuk mewujudkan usaha baru. Susu Beras Fortifikasi merupakan salah satu produk kreatif yang dapat dibuat menggunakan bahan baku beras. Desa Pematang Johar adalah salah satu desa di kota Medan yang menghasilkan beras. Workshop pembuatan susu beras fortifikasi ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pelatihan yang dapat meningkatkan keterampilan ibu rumah tangga di desa Pematang Johar sebagai modal dalam merintis usaha.Kata kunci: susu fortifikasi; beras; ekonomi kreatif, UMKM
