Abstract

The purpose of this study is to explore how the determinants of competitive advantage and its impact to brand equity for cosmetics industry in Jakarta. The result of the research conducted with 400 respondents and 16 research variables which concluded that the determinants of competitive advantage are very significant on cosmetic industries and impact as well to brand equity indicators from cosmetic customers’ perspective. Also the study concludes that there is an influence of brand equity on the competitive advantage for cosmetics industries in Jakarta. Keywords: competitive advantage, brand equity, consumer, cosmetics.

Abstract

Employee performances are measured by comparing them with the predetermined standards that have been set by the company. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership style, work environment and remuneration on employee performances at KPP Madya Jakarta Utara. The research method used is saturated sampling technique by collecting data through questionnaires distributed to 110 (one hundred and ten) respondents, which is the total number of employees of the KPP Madya Jakarta Utara. The measuring instruments in this research are outer model and inner model. The tool used is Smart PLS. The results of the study indicate that leadership style has a positive and significant impact on employee performances, work environment has a positive and significant impact on employee performances and remuneration has a positive and significant impact on employee performances.

Abstract

The authors are interested in examining the effect of service quality, price perception, and facilities on patient satisfaction at Stephanie Dental. The sample in this study were patients Stephanie Dental. Collecting data with a questionnaire and determining the sample by random sampling. The measuring tools used are validity test, reliability test, arithmetic mean, percentage analysis, scale range, classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis and interaction test using SPSS 25 application. The results of this study show the quality of service, price perception and facilities significant effect on patient satisfaction andrespondents were satisfied. The results of the interaction test between service-price perception, service-facility and facility-price perception on customer satisfaction indicate that these three variables have no interaction with patient satisfaction.

Abstract

Banyaknya produk skincare yang ada di pasar mengakibatkan persaingan antar brand skincare di Indonesia. Strategi pemasaran dalam meningkatkan penjualan pun harus dipikirkan agar dapat mempengaruhi keputusan konsumen dalam membeli suatu produk skincare. Kepercayaan dan penggunaan media sosial juga dapat menjadi faktor dalam memperngaruhi keputusan konsumen dalam memilih barang/produk yang bagus. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh celebrity endorser dan brand image skincre dari Korea terhadapat keputusan pembelian dan kepuasan konsumen dengan menggunakan sosial media seperti Instagram. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 149 responden sebagai sempel, akan tetapi hanya 133 responden yang dapat digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Populasi dalam penelitian ini merupakan followers instagram yang melakukan pembelian skincare karena menyukai celebrity brand Korea tersebut. Pengambilan sampel ini dapat berdasarkan dari metode purposive sampling. Data skunder di ambil degan studi kepustakaan, seperti jurnal, makalah, e-book, majalah, dan lainnya. Data primer yang terkumpul kemudian dianalisis dengan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan Software SPSS 25. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa celebrity endorser dapat berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Hasil ini dapat digunakan sebagai strategi dalam meningkatkan image brand dengan menggunakan celebrity endorses yang berpengaruh dan dapat menarik perhatian konsumen yang biasanya di tampilkan di Instagram sebagai media promosi brand – brand skincare dari korea.

Abstract

Indonesia's internet boom (212.9 million users) fueled e-commerce growth, with Shopee leading the market (158 million visitors). This study explored factors influencing purchase decisions in Jakarta's Shopee live shopping. Live streams offered product visualization, seller interaction, and promotions. We investigated how visual merchandising, creative promotions, and price impacted buying decisions through a survey of 462 respondents. The research found that creative promotions and price significantly influenced purchases, while visual merchandising had no effect.

Abstract

This research aims to analys the power of employee engagement, digital transformation, and talent management on employee performance. The population of this research is employees of the Mercure Jakarta Kota hotel. The sampling technique used is a completely filled of sample. So the total sample is 110 employees of the Mercure Jakarta Kota hotel. The research uses a quantitative approach with multiple linear regressions. The data that has been collected is calculated using the SPSS version 26 statistical program. The research results show that partially and simultaneously employee engagement, digital transformation, and talent management have a positive and important impact on the performance of Mercure Jakarta Kota hotel employees.

Abstract

The research investigates the factors contributing to employee job satisfaction at PT BDI, where a survey in 2022 revealed that 57% of employees were dissatisfied, highlighting issues in work motivation, career development, and organizational culture. The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of work motivation, career development and organizational culture on PT BDI employee job satisfaction. The research method is a quantitative research method where obtained sample are 67 PT BDI employees. The sampling technique is based on saturated sampling using the questionnaire method. The analysis method uses Multiple Regression Analysis with the SPSS version 22 program. The conclusion of this study is that Work Motivation have a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction, Organizational Culture have a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction, meanwhile Career Development has a positive but not significant effect on PT BDI employee Job Satisfaction.

Abstract

Online shopping is increasingly important to modern consumers, with Live Streaming as a marketing innovation on e-commerce platforms such as Shopee. This feature allows sellers to demonstrate products live, increase interaction, and provide a unique shopping experience. This study uses a questionnaire to Shopee Live users and analyzes the data with the t test and f test through SPSS to evaluate the effect of Brand Image, Customer Loyalty, and Live Streaming Host on purchasing decisions. The results show that all three factors significantly influence purchasing decisions, with a positive Brand Image increasing consumer trust and Customer Loyalty encouraging emotional commitment. In addition, professional and interactive hosts also play an important role in building trust and a pleasant atmosphere for consumers. The findings provide insights for marketers in designing more effective marketing strategies in the digital age.

Abstract

Dinamika industri jasa transportasi online mengalami evolusi signifikan, diiringi dengan perubahan perilaku konsumen yang semakin mengutamakan kemudahan dan efisiensi. Gojek, perusahaan rintisan asal Indonesia, telah berhasil merevolusi sektor ini dengan menawarkan berbagai layanan yang terintegrasi melalui satu platform. Riset ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap pengaruh citra merek, harga, dan kualitas layanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Data dikumpulkan secara langsung melalui penyebaran kuesioner (melalui Google Form) di wilayah Jabodetabek. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan rumus Cochran, menghasilkan total responden sebanyak 385 orang. Data yang telah dihimpun kemudian dianalisis dengan software SPSS versi 26. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa citra merek, harga, dan kualitas layanan masing-masing memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap tingkat kepuasan pelanggan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of product quality, product design, and promotion on consumer purchasing decisions for pet furniture in Jakarta. The background of this research is driven by the increasing trend of pet humanization, where pets are no longer considered mere companions but are treated as family members, leading to higher demand for premium and aesthetically pleasing products. The research employs a quantitative causal design with data collected through online and offline questionnaires distributed to pet owners who have purchased furniture or accessories for their pets. Purposive sampling was used to ensure the selection of respondents with relevant experience, resulting in 220 valid responses. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS Statistics 27. The findings reveal that product quality, product design, and promotion each have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions. Product quality emerged as the most dominant factor, followed by product design and promotion. These results highlight the importance of providing durable, safe, and premium-quality furniture while integrating innovative design that aligns with modern interior trends and effective promotional strategies, particularly through digital platforms. The implications of this study suggest that businesses in the pet furniture industry should focus on improving product standards, developing designs that combine functionality with aesthetics, and optimizing promotional efforts to meet consumer expectations and enhance competitiveness in the growing Indonesian pet market.
