Abstract

The purpose of this program is to develop appropriate technology (TTG)for Small Businesses in livestock crickets (ternak Jangkrik) in Pakisrejovillage, Srengat, Blitar, to minimize mortality and facilitate the mixing ofcrickets feed. The expected outcome of this program is the availability ofappropriate technologies (TTG)as a tool to minimize of the death crickets andthe availability of mixing feed machine to increase the profits and welfare offarmers crickets as partners of this program. The method used in this programwas initiated in coordination with partners to determine the necessary tools,after getting a deal then, planning and procurement TTG grinding machine feedand the engine temperature control box, then handover tools to partners.further provided training for use and maintenance tools, marketingmanagement, financial management and training in alternative processingfood-based nutrient-rich cricket and proteins, and therefore to increase salesturnover do mentoring. The results of these activities is the availability of oneset of feed grinding machine useful for softening food little crickets, milling ofcorn, soybeans, and other sentrat to mix food crickets. In addition to theactivities we purchased feed grinding machine and 21 engine temperaturecontrol box crickets useful to regulate the temperature of the box kept warm tomaintain temperature it will not too cold or not too warm which to reduce thedead of the crickets so that reduce farmers lose. After initially observed that thedeath rate of crickets in the winter season usually reach 40% but after usingthis technology to decrease become only about 3-5%.Keyword: livestock crickets, Appropriate Technology, and Business management

Abstract

Kelompok Tani Elok Mekar Sari di kota Surabaya memiliki potensi besar dalam meningkatkan produktivitas usaha di bidang pertanian perkotaan melalui pemberdayaan warga masyarakat yang tinggal di wilayah RW 08 Keluarahan Semolowaru. Akan tetapi, adanya pandemi Covid-19 menyebabkan penurunan berbagai aktivitas Kelompok Tani Elok Mekar Sari yang berakibat pada penurunan kinerja dengan berbagai prestasi yang telah diraih selama ini. Hal ini disebabkan para anggota kelompok tani ini belum memahami penggunaan aplikasi yang dapat digunakan untuk berkegiatan secara daring. Berdasarkan hal tersebut maka tujuan dari pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan keterampilan pemanfaatan Zoom Meeting Platform kepada anggota Kelompok Tani Elok Mekar Sari melalui pelatihan yang diselenggarakan secara luring maupun daring sebagai upaya peningkatan kinerja Kelompok Tani Elok Mekar Sari. Hasil dari kegiatan pelatihan ini yaitu peningkatan kinerja Kelompok Tani Elok Mekar Sari melalui peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan para anggota untuk tetap melaksanakan berbagai aktivitas baik internal maupun eksternal secara daring melalui pemanfaatan Zoom Meeting Platform di masa pandemi Covid-19 tanpa melanggar protokol kesehatan yang ditetapkan pemerintah.

Abstract

Abstract: PT. SUCOFINDO need to perform asset management computers and peripherals to support the operations of the company. Problems faced today, there is no maintenance scheduling, asset registries are still using Microsoft Excel and are not archived properly. The other problem is the removal of assets not managed properly, the process of calculating and reporting improper asset asset slow. So that difficult to know who will be an asset and has passed its economic life. One solution to solve the problem is with the desktop application asset management computers and peripherals. This application is used to manage, plan, and monitor assets and computer peripherals, ranging from the procurement, receipt, maintenance, removal, shrinkage, until removal. Asset depreciation method used is straight-line method. From the implementation and subsequent evaluation has been done, the system has been created to have a maintenance schedule. In addition, removal of the item can be properly managed and asset depreciation calculation process can be done properly, and can provide asset reports quickly and accurately, which can be used by decision makers to plan the provision of an asset in the future of computers and peripherals. Abstract

PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia III (Persero) is a state-owned company that runs the business as a provider of port service facilities (traffic activities of vessels and goods) in the whole territory of the port management. Traffic from ship visits in 2013 grew. , 46% from 2012. This increase pushed the management to afford competitive by developing and building an infrastructure that can support the smooth business operations. In doing development and infrastructure development are the risks that may occur with regard to cost, time and quality of the project, where the company should be able to manage the risk of the project management of information technology, however PT Pelabuhan Indonesia III does not currently have Standard Operation and Procedure ( SOP) to identify risks in any information technology project being run. The absence of standard SOP in identifying the risks of project procurement lead Sub-Directorate of Risk Management and Quality have difficulty in overcoming the risk that the information technology project is being executed.The purpose of this research is to design a risk management document that projects that focus on procurement refers to the ISO 31000 framework in the form of Standard Operation Procedure (SOP) and Work Instructions (IK) is used to manage the risk of the procurement of information technology projects. Abstract

Information Capital Readliness (ICR) is one of bound performance in technology and information sector at PT Pembangkit Jawa Bali Unit Pembangkit Gresik which is functioned in supporting company’s strategy. Information security is an important thing of ICR’s performance, because the information resulted must have confidentially, integrity, and availability to support the business process. In ICR, there is assessment of bound performance which supports directness of the business process.Nowadays, ICR cannot fulfill the requirements of bound performance yet because there is no good processing yet in planning information security. A solution to figure out that issue is making a good management in planning information security management system or SMKI based on standard ISO/IEC 27001:2005 which will result management in planning information security of ICR. Scope of the information security management system  in the ICR include infrastructure and application.The result of this planning information security management system can be concluded into document of planning information security management system which contains risk assessment report with server’s high value of risk level is 35.52 and asset fyber optic cable’s low value of risk level is 11.2, policy, procedure, work instruction and other related documents. Those documents are used in handling planning process of ICR’s information security, so the requirements of bound performance can be fulfilled.

Abstract

Muhammadiyah 4 Elementary School Surabaya library need satisfactory service for the convenience of visitors to the library. However, business processes that occur there are still underway manual so that the existing data is not integrated with each other. Additionally librarian often difficulties in data searches both when borrowing, repayment and checking on the sanctions. And also with the members and visitors of the library have difficulty in finding the availability and location of collection.To solve these problems, then created a web-based library design of information systems that integrate existing data so that the information collection can be obtained quickly and accurately. The system is able to improve service in terms of borrowing, repayment, reservation, recommendation and search the collection. It also can accelerate the performance of the library and can provide accurate reports to the librarian.From the implementation of web-based library information system is implemented, it can be concluded that the system can ease the librarian to perform control on borrowing, reservation, booking, recommendation and preparation of reports. Besides members can to search information, booking and nomination of the collection. And based on the results implementation of the system of the questionnaire given to the 5 respondents, indicate that the display system, ease of navigation and precision process assessed either by the user with an average yield of 3.3 sequentially; 2.8 and 3.

Abstract

PT. SUCOFINDO is one of the state-owned company engaged in the inspection, supervision, assessment and testing of the first in Indonesia. At this time for assessment of performance at PT. SUCOFINDO guided by the Ministerial Decree No. KEP-100 / MBU / 2002 which consisted of an assessment of financial and non-financial aspects however, the company still difficulties in applying the guidelines of this Decree, as long as the company's performance measurement is focused on the financial aspect alone, for measurement of non-financial aspects are difficulties in implementing data collection operations, due to the lack of parts that run it. As a result, less measurable results reflect the achievement of actual results of company performance. In addition, assessment of performance running now is end-system or system will end by issuing a single value, the system is not able to provide details of assessment that contains information about the condition of the company now. Therefore, it is expected by the information system of performance appraisal can help PT. SUCOFINDO in assessing the performance and non-financial aspects of finance in accordance with Government requirements listed in the Ministry of State-Owned Enterprises

Abstract

PT. Geo Given Visi Mandiri (PT. GGVM) is an innovative company that is engaged in the field of human resources services. PT. GGVM offer the provision of manpower to a sales force of the company. PT. GGVM has a vision to be the best as providers of employment services company to provide services and qualified human resources to the client.Training is one of the means to improve the competence of the workforce. At the PT. Geo Given Visi Mandiri, the training has not run optimally because the existing training planning is done without any training needs analysis in advance. This can result in a mismatch between the needs of competence in performing a job with competence possessed by today's workforce.Based on the results of the test and evaluation of training needs analysis application, indicating that the application can help PT. Geo Given Visi Mandiri in terms of manpower assessment, planning training needs, and provide reports in accordance with the company's needs.

Abstract

Stikom Surabaya has 240 employees which consist of official teaching, official doesn't teaching, prodi lecturers, lecturers non prodi, and regular employees. Human Resource Department in Stikom Surabaya (PSDM) is one of supporting factor to improve quality in Stikom Surabaya. Therefore PSDM makes performance appraisal for employees to assess how well their perfomance and it can be reference for next evaluation. However, there is a problem in that process, specifically the sending process evaluation form is inefficiency so it caused PSDM can't monitored directly which department haven't done the evaluation.Information System Web-based Employee Performance Appraisal in PSDM Stikom Surabaya with Graphic Rating Scales (GRS) method made to solve that problem.Performance appraisal with GRS method is using five scales which have been categorized, that scale is used to make conclusion for result in performance appraisal.Result from testing which has been done is Information System Performance Appraisal with Graphic Rating Scales method was compliance with expected demand and it can be used for user. Information System Performance Appraisal has exactly result with manual calculations from excel and it has report for performance appraisal result. Abstract

Parahita Diagnostic Center (PDC) is a company engaged in the field of public health service, particularly in the field of laboratory. PDC using technology that is integrated and centralized called Parahita Information System (PARIS) for running and supporting existing business processes. Implementation of the (PARIS) has some problems: frequent occurrence of malicious code attacks, misuse by unauthorized parties, and lack of maintenance on the system. Existing obstacles which lead to some risk of data loss, misuse of data and information, failures in data processing and the performance of the system becomes impaired. In order to determine the cause of problems that may occur, PDC need to conduct a Information System Security Audit using the standard ISO 27002: 2005 as the best security. This audit process using ISACA developed stage and calculations of maturity model using CMMI. The scope used is clause 10, clause 12, clause 13, clause 14 and clause 15 which is adapted to the problem. The results obtained from the information system security audit is the level of maturity of 3,11 that is defined. It shows that most of the information systems security process already have rules and conducted on a regular basis. This research also produced recommendations which are used to improve the process of information systems owned by the PDC.
