Abstract

Parahita Diagnostic Center is a laboratorium company in  Dharmawangsa number 66 and 70 Surabaya. Parahita has applied infromation technology which integrated and centralized to increase the customer satisfaction and service quality that is called Parahita Information Systems (PARIS). However, the problem in the application of PARIS is no transaction data saving overall and some time difference result between the output and input in the application. So far, the root of the problem is unrecognized.                Information System Audit which refers to COBIT 4.1 audit standard is applied to overcome the problem. COBIT 4.1 audit applies ISACA audit steps. The steps are preparation, planning, implementation and report. The types of audit are financial and customer perspectives. The financial perspective consist of two aims of business, eight aims of TI and twenty processes of TI. The customer perspective consists of four aims of business, thirteen aims of TI and twenty three processes of TI.                The result of information system audit application has 3,63 in financial perspective. It can be called as Defined which means information system activities in the company as standard work procedures and communicate through formal activities. In addition, it is found the invention and reccomandation for improvement and development system.

Abstract

Installation Management Information Systems unit in Haji General Hospital (RSU Haji Surabaya) to handling of the processes that one of them is the installation of outpatient information system. This system handles a public patient and cooperation with third parties. Activity in the process include patient registration processes, patient service action, use of health / medicine, history of patient examination, details of the cost of patient care. In managing the process, use some application modules that implement the concept of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), where the implementation of the application is primarily an outpatient installations have not been audited to ensure IT alignment with business goals. To measure how far the alignment between business processes, applications, and the company's business strategy is necessary to do an audit information system with standard CobiT 4.1. Because the calculation of COBIT there that can represent the maturity level of a company. While service quality has a great influence for the installation of outpatient care, the audit focused on the customer perspective of the Balanced Scorecard. The result of this audit stated that the installation process maturity level is at its outpatient-defining process which signifies that the organization has a formal and written standard procedure, but there was no supervision to perform the procedure, allowing the occurrence of many irregularities .. Abstract

Koperasi Sumber Rejeki Surabaya is the type of Credit Unions which aims to provide storage services and loan capital for the community and surrounding surabaya area. All this time transaction in Koperasi Sumber Rejeki Surabaya done manually. With these processes have a problems such as piling files, recording the activity of deposit and loan transactions to be slow and spend a lot of time and susceptible to errors in preparing reports. Therefore we need tools that can simplify the process of savings and loans. With these problems Koperasi Sumber Rejeki Surabaya wanted to create an application that can backup deposit and loan transaction documents, storing data and displays all deposit and loan transaction documents, assist employees in managing deposits and loans well and useful for its users. Applications savings and credit cooperatives can improve employee performance so that they can save time and speed up the work. With the application of savings and loan is expected all problems can be overcome and cooperatives can improve the performance of cooperative employees so as to save time and speed up the work.

Abstract

PT. SETRA SARI Branch of Surabaya is a company operates in cleaning service, pest control, Man Power Supply services. PT SETRA SARI branch of Surabaya have some problems in the payroll system. The problem is low validation according to data recording employee present. Because generate manually. Another problem is calculation and management of employees payroll. To solve these problems, then this research offer an information system based on web application that can be used to record employee present data, and to calculated also manage employees payroll in integrated system.  This information system can help PT.SETRA SARI Surabaya Branch can solve record employee present data, and to calculated also manage employees salary in integrated system.Keywords: payroll, information systems, information systems payroll

Abstract

Dinas Kesehatan Tentara (DKT) Tuban is a Army Health is hospital provide by the Indonesian Army that also serve to public people. There are many  problems on DKT Tuban such as validation on medical record that happen effect by unintegrated medical record from registration until a month of patiens, patiens visit list, financial reports. Refers on that problem,this research offer design and build an outpatient administration application on DKT Tuban. This application discusses about patient registration, medical action, recording the disease, prescription drugs, payment, a month of patiens, patiens visit list, and financial reports that integration in one system. This application can be create some reports: reports outpatient, patiens visit list, financial reports, statical and graphical monthly reports, a mount of  visit list each policlinic dayly. Keywords: medical record, administration, outpatient, policlinic, registration

Abstract

CV Smart Solution Indonesia (SSI) is a company focused on the provision of facilities and infrastructure of archives and archival processing services. Business processes company currently runs from sales manuals offer services over the media to the customer. A problem that often occurs in CV Smart Solution Indonesia at this time, the Project Manager often forget about the order that informed sales because theinformation only through the spiel. So the existing order can’tdirectly in the process. Project Manager of the difficulty in knowing the progress of the project because of the many projects that are being worked on. So a lot of tenants could not be completed on time. This problem resulted in the large number of complaints from customers so that the image of the SSI be bad and lost customers. The difficulty of knowing the progress of this project occur resulting from the recording of progress of project work is still done manually. The solutionis to use the administration application project "digitalization of documents" that functions to provide information about the progress of the project as well as the entire per project being worked on.

Abstract

The evaluation of the implementation moodle-based Hybrid Learning applications has not carry out at a private computer college (PTSK) in Surabaya. This leads the difficulty to make decisions regarding application development because the success factors and weaknesses of the Hybrid Learning application are currently unknown. This study proposes the DeLone and McLean method to evaluate the implementation of Hybrid Learning applications in PTSK through six variables, namely: system quality, information quality, service quality, use, user satisfaction, and net benefits. As the Delone and McLean Model has multiple dimensions, data processing has been utilized by Structural Equation Modeling which could be able to confirm the certain model. In addition, this model can verify the effect of a variable on other variables. The primary data used was collected by questionnaire and processed using AMOS and SPSS software applications. The results of this study show the success level of implementing the Hybrid Learning application in PTSK has a great score that was defined by the six factors on the model.  Nevertheless, the Service Quality factor needs rectification in order to enhance User Satisfaction and Use factor for users to obtain the maximum Net Benefit. Keywords: Success Level; Application; Hybrid Learning; DeLone and McLean, Structural Equation Modeling   Abstrak. Belum adanya evaluasi penerapan aplikasi hybrid learning berbasis moodle pada Perguruan Tinggi Swasta bidang Komputer (PTSK) di Surabaya menyebabkan sulitnya pengambilan keputusan terkait pengembangan aplikasi tersebut. Hal ini karena tidak diketahui faktor penentu kesuksesan serta kekurangan aplikasi hybrid learning yang diterapkan.  Penelitian ini mengusulkan metode DeLone dan McLean  untuk mengevaluasi penerapan aplikasi hybrid learning di PTSK di Surabaya melalui enam faktor: system quality, information quality, service quality, use, user satisfaction, dan net benefit. Metode Structural Equation Modeling digunakan untuk mengonfirmasi ketepatan model dan menguji pengaruh suatu variabel terhadap variabel lain. Data primer  yang digunakan dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan diolah dengan perangkat lunak AMOS dan SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tingkat kesuksesan penerapan aplikasi hybrid learning di PTSK dinilai baik, ditunjukkan dengan nilai baik pada keenam faktor pada model. Namun demikian, perlu perbaikan pada faktor Service Quality untuk meningkatkan User Satisfaction, dan faktor Use agar pengguna merasakan Net Benefit secara maksimal.Kata Kunci: Tingkat Kesuksesan; Aplikasi; Hybrid Learning; DeLone dan McLean, Structural Equation Modeling

Abstract

Along with the increasing volume and area of business, PT. XYZ implements an Integrated Trading Information System which is abbreviated Sipeter. Information leakage issues, data loss, system hangs, and so on can cause Sipeter security risks.  If this is allowed, Sipeter is threatened with not being able to fulfill the aspects of confidentiality, integrity, and availability of data. In this study, Sipeter security analysis was carried out using the ISO 27002 standard in articles 8 to 14. Findings and evidence data were obtained through interviews and field observations to related departments. The results of this study showed that the approach of PT. XYZ's security at Sipeter is inconsistent and security controls are carried out informally. Which is indicated by Sipeter's maturity level is 1.55 or Initial level. PT. XYZ needs to be consistent in managing Sipeter security, develop information system security standards and be disciplined in documenting various incidents related to Sipeter to minimize the risk of data loss, information leakage and misuse, as well as internal chaos that is detrimental to the business continuity of PT. XYZ menerapkan Sistem Informasi Perdagangan Terintegrasi yang disingkat Sipeter. Permasalahan kebocoran informasi, kehilangan data, sistem hang, dan lain sebagainya dapat menimbulkan risiko keamanan Sipeter. Apabila hal tersebut dibiarkan maka Sipeter terancam tidak dapat memenuhi aspek kerahasiaan, integritas dan ketersediaan data. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan analisis keamanan Sipeter menggunakan standar ISO 27002 pada klausul 8 sampai  dengan klausul 14. Data  temuan dan bukti diperoleh melalui wawancara dan observasi lapangan ke bagian terkait. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan  pendekatan PT. XYZ  terhadap keamanan Sipeter tidak konsisten dan kontrol keamanan dilakukan secara informal. Yang ditunjukan dengan maturity level Sipeter adalah 1.55 atau level Initial.  PT. XYZ perlu  konsisten dalam memanaj keamanan Sipeter, menyusun standar keamanan sistem informasi  dan disiplin dalam pendokumentasian berbagai kejadian terkait Sipeter untuk meminimalisir risiko kehilangan data, kebocoran dan penyalahgunaan informasi, serta kekacauan internal yang merugikan bisnis PT. XYZ.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the problems that arise in the financial departement of Perkebunan Nusantara XI Corp associated with the use of information systems in its operational activities. The use of current information systems have the purpose of facilitating the operations of finance in order to save the cost of operational expenses. But their current information systems lead to swelling operating costs and investments is not reached. This research aims to create a site planning information system needs on the financial department of Perkebunan Nusantara XI  Corp corresponding to the operations of the financial department. In completing the objectives of this study will be used method of Ward and Peppard. In the method of Ward and Peppard  to do financial business analysis and information technology systems before planning information system requirements for the finance department. The results of this study form part of the financial application portfolio that can be built within one year two months.

Abstract

Dalam upaya mengivestigasi dampak yang diberikan oleh marketing mix 7p, citra universitas, serta word of mouth (WOM) pada putusan dan minat selaku mediasi riset ini diselenggarakan. Konvergen validiti, diskriminan validiti, reliabilitas komposit dan eksamen R-square digunakan untuk pengukuran. SmartPLS versi 3 adalah perangkat lunak yang dipakai serta 113 sampel beserta kriteria yang telah disepakati. Produk, harga, promosi, orang, WOM serta minat berdampak pesat pada putusan. Bukti fisik, proses serta reputasi perguruan tinggi berdampak tidak pesat pada putusan dan tempat berdampak tidak definit putusan. Berikutnya, bukti fisik dan WOM berdampak pesat pada putusan di mana minat berperan selaku mediasi. Lebih lanjut, produk, harga, tempat, promosi, orang, serta reputasi berdampak tidak pesat pada putusan di mana minat berperan selaku mediasi dan proses berdampak tidak definit pada putusan di mana minat berperan selaku mediasi.
