Abstract

RSU Haji Surabaya is a government-owned hospital in East Java province. Asset management performed by one of the installation of the Installation Management Information Systems (MIS-RS) and software (Software) is used Healthy Plus application which has been operating for the last 1 year. In managing the assets of RSU Haji there are several obstacles, namely: there are many outsiders who were not authorized to be in and out of the processing room information on data center space, loss of data, manipulation of data from unauthorized access, viruses, data theft, unauthorized access to the application. So that these constraints will not recur or become, the RSU Haji Surabaya need to conduct an audit to determine current conditions compared with conditions should be. The standard used is ISO 27002:2005 with the scope of clause 8 (eight), 9 (nine), 11 (eleven), and 12 (twelve). From the implementation of information systems audit, the resulting value of 1.75 Maturity Level are included in the initial category, which means much of the existing information system security on the SIM-RS Installation not in accordance with the ISO 27002 standard procedures. The study also produce recommendations for process improvement and information systems can be used to enhance the security of information on RSU Haji Surabaya. Abstract

An investor need investment requirements planning, cost requirements planning, revenue planning, and determine the appropriateness of an investment before  start cultivation milkfish  intensively. Because investors during these often fail in establishing cultivation milkfish  intensively in Sidayu, Gresik regency. There are currently no applications for investor to make investment requirements planning, cost requirements planning, calculation of income planning, calculation of return on investment, determining the feasibility of investment, and monitoring the evaluation of implementation calculation planning of cultivation milkfish  intensively. One solution to overcome these obstacles is to make the application feasibility analysis of investment and monitoring of cultivation milkfish intensively web-based. This system built to analyze the feasibility of investment and monitoring the cultivation milkfish intensively use key performance indicator (KPI) event which make the user to know whether the evaluation of implementation of the results of calculations performed already reach the target.” Keywords : Application feasibility analysis of investment, Monitoring, KPI, Milkfish.

Abstract

Abstract: In managing a food court generally apply the concept of self-service to the customer, that is order and pay over the counter or cashier. For booth renters, income calculations performed every day manually when the food court closed. It takes a long time and caused frequent occurrence of miscalculation that led to losses and a decrease in turnover for managers and tenants outlets. Facing these problems, food court manager making design and implementation an information systems of the food court at the shopping center smart Surabaya. The food court will apply the touch-screen technology and a smart card in the application to facilitate buyer transactions. For a rent system, food court manager will apply the accounting system every day. Tenants pay rent in accordance with the revenue received each day. With the application of information systems food court at a shopping mall Smart Surabaya has to be used in accordance with management´s desire food court manager. The use of touch screen technology and a smart card has been successful in an application. Besides the need for management information and reporting food court have been met. Abstract: The problem that occurred was at the time of demand for goods, which requests approval is done by signing the request form, so it requires the presence of the person concerned, but that happens the person concerned does not always be in place, as well as the absence of a reporting system requests the purchase of goods, supplies requests and stock supplies in warehouses that serve as a reference in the purchase of goods and supplies data summary of all the divisions that still have to be calculated again by the division of General Administration. In the research phase using System Development Life Cycle. The trials of the system and user involving several divisions, based on the results of such trials demand for information systems web-based purchases in STMIK STIKOM Surabaya able to produce design information systems that can manage the demand for the purchase of goods with a digital signature as the authentication approval as well as part of General Administration to determine report goods purchase request, request supplies, stock supplies in warehouses and supplies data summary of all the divisions.

Abstract

PT.AJBS is a company that works in providing items/machinery for industrial purposes. PT.AJBS has many product lines Therefore, implementing a new and capable information system is a must. The new system need to have modules such as invetory, transaction, customer & supplier data and accounting journal. These modules need to be integratedto the new system, called Integrated Trading System. In addition, information security management is important because company's information is an important asset for the company. PT.AJBS need to audit their current information security system to find out the level of security PT.AJBS has. ISO 27002 is the standard that PT.AJBS has to be met when auditing. ISO 27002 standard is chosen because of its flexibility. It can be tailored according to the company's needs, company's visions, company's security system requirement, business processes, human resource needa and the structure of the organization, as well as information security system management. The result of maturity level 2.49 is produced from the implementation of information security system audit. The result is categorized to level 2, which is repeatable. This research also produces reccomendations for PT.AJBS such as better information system processes and improvement in level of information security Keywords: audit, information security, ISO 27002
