Abstract

Abstract: In managing a food court generally apply the concept of self-service to the customer, that is order and pay over the counter or cashier. For booth renters, income calculations performed every day manually when the food court closed. It takes a long time and caused frequent occurrence of miscalculation that led to losses and a decrease in turnover for managers and tenants outlets. Facing these problems, food court manager making design and implementation an information systems of the food court at the shopping center smart Surabaya. The food court will apply the touch-screen technology and a smart card in the application to facilitate buyer transactions. For a rent system, food court manager will apply the accounting system every day. Tenants pay rent in accordance with the revenue received each day. With the application of information systems food court at a shopping mall Smart Surabaya has to be used in accordance with management's desire food court manager. The use of touch screen technology and a smart card has been successful in an application. Besides the need for management information and reporting food court have been met. Key words: Smart Card, Food Court, Touch Screen, Rent.

Abstract

Installation Management Information Systems unit in Haji General Hospital (RSU Haji Surabaya) to handling of the processes that one of them is the installation of outpatient information system. This system handles a public patient and cooperation with third parties. Activity in the process include patient registration processes, patient service action, use of health / medicine, history of patient examination, details of the cost of patient care. In managing the process, use some application modules that implement the concept of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), where the implementation of the application is primarily an outpatient installations have not been audited to ensure IT alignment with business goals. To measure how far the alignment between business processes, applications, and the company's business strategy is necessary to do an audit information system with standard CobiT 4.1. Because the calculation of COBIT there that can represent the maturity level of a company. While service quality has a great influence for the installation of outpatient care, the audit focused on the customer perspective of the Balanced Scorecard. The result of this audit stated that the installation process maturity level is at its outpatient-defining process which signifies that the organization has a formal and written standard procedure, but there was no supervision to perform the procedure, allowing the occurrence of many irregularities .. Key words: outpatient installation, CobiT, maturity level, the Balanced Scorecard.

Abstract

Planning is the beginning of an activity. One of the activities of planning is to estimate the potential of hydropower in electricity generation planning. Because there is still any facility or information system tools that can assist in the calculation, calculations performed with the help of Excel tools. Planners must design and create a formula, the formula used manual input, print all the data and combine the print is to be able to meet the desired report. Gumbel method used in calculating the maximum rainfall perperiode, while for Melchior, Weduwen, and Hasper method used in the calculation of the maximum flood discharge perperiode. Alternative power generated is calculated based on water availability. The calculation is done to assist in the analysis of power plant construction location. PT. BIG Surabaya is a multi-company that has the department include Banquet and Restaurant, T-Bar, Office Park, and Regency. PT. BIG Surabaya in the development of his company faced several problems in the payroll system. Analysis and design of payroll information system at PT. BIG Surabaya can give a result of employee payroll information system design and to help devise a system for the accurate calculation of employee payroll. With the use of computerized systems is expected to address the problem in the PT. BIG Surabaya, which can help speed up the calculation of payroll and tax calculations in PT. BIG Surabaya. Abstract

Abstract: IT Marketing & Trading (M&T) PT. Pertamina (Persero) Marketing Operation Region V Surabaya is part of the operational functions of the Corporate Shared Services (CSS) PT. Pertamina (Persero) in the field of Information Technology (IT). Based on the survey results of the services performed by CSS PT. Pertamina (Persero) in the business units and subsidiaries in 2012, primarily for IT M&T PT. Pertamina (Persero) Marketing Operation Region V Surabaya showed a gap between the perceived to the service user expectations with the value -0.73 and -0.68 in the 1st and 2nd semester of 2012. The survey results showed that the quality of IT service management is sufficient but necessary anticipatory efforts to prevent a worse condition.To identify the factors contributing to the gap between perceived services to the user expectations of IT M&T PT. Pertamina (Persero) Marketing Operation Region V Surabaya, it is necessary to audit the management of IT services based on ITSM standard, namely the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL). Results of IT service management audits that have been conducted show that the cause of the gap is the management has not fully ensure compliance with service management procedures established by the company. The findings and recommendations of the audit can be used to improve the operational performance of service.

Abstract

Material of construction is one of the limited resources in a construction project and also one of the main functions of construction activities whose value is between 25-40% can even reach 60% of the project budget. Therefore, material control process should be conducted in line with the implementation of the project. Control is done in order to keep the project running within the time limit, cost, and performance that specified in the plan. Good plan without accompanied with very good control may not produce a good output of the project in terms of cost, schedule and performance.To control the project material procurement, Procurement Division at TJ Construction & Engineering have difficulty to controlling material procurement planning in accordance with the conditions that exist in the project. In addition, procurement of material handling control system which is still to be checked one by one for each type of material raises new issues, namely the difficulty of determining the type and amount of material to be submitted to the procurement process as well as the difficulty of monitoring the status of the supply and use of the material during the implementation process the project.Material procurement control information system web-based project will be able to support the decision makers in TJ Construction & Engineering to address the problems that exist in the material procurement process. With more controlled material procurement, the goals and objectives of the final project has been set previously will be achieved as planned.
