Abstract

Digital marketing is a medium that is used as a platform to build a brand image of a product and also supports the sales function of target consumers. To increase sales, it is necessary to apply one strategy, namely ENDORSMENT. There is a relationship between digital marketing, endorsement promotion and product quality purchasing decisions on SUTR Heritage brand clothing. This research was conducted at SUTR Heritage UMKM which aims to determine whether there is an influence of digital marketing, endorsement promotion and product quality on purchasing decisions. The type of research used is quantitative research, the number of samples used by consumers or followers on Instagram with a total of 50 respondents. The technique used is the Multiple Linear Regression Analysis method, after passing the classical assumption test using the SPSS program. From the results of the study obtained multiple linear regression equation Y=8.686 + (-0.027) X1 + 0.356 X2 + 0.250 X3 + 3.012. The results of the t-test are significant values ​​of digital marketing variables 0.875, endorsement promotions 0.012, and product quality 0.097 which means that digital marketing and product quality have no effect, while endorsement promotion variables affect purchasing decisions. The results of the f test get a value of 0.000 (0.000 <0.05) which means that the languages ​​of the 3 variables (X) have a simultaneous effect on the variable (Y). The value of the coefficient of determination is 0.324, which means that it simultaneously has a positive and significant effect on the purchasing decision variables. There is a simultaneous influence between the digital marketing variables, endorsement promotions, and product quality on the purchasing decision variables of 32.4%.

Abstract

Tujuan dari pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah sosialisasi capacity building, dimana agar dapat membantu para fasilitator menambah pengetahuan dan meningkatkan pemahaman dalam melakukan kegiatan sebagai fasilitator di bank sampah. Dimana khususnya fasilitator agar dalam memberdayakan kelompoknya dapat maksimal, dan memudahkan dalam pengelolaan sampah guna bisa membantu meringankan tiap keluarga bisa membayar Pajak Bumi dan bangunan setiap tahunya. Fasilitator yang terdapat di Kota Mojokerto sebanyak 40 orang, dimana mereka dalam bekerja dengan sistem sosial dan tidak dibayar. Didalam kegiatan capacity building ini adanya pelatihan dan permainan game dimana peserta bisa menarik suatu pelajaran mempunyai pemahaman dan kemampuan baru dalam membina hubungan, meningkatkan semangat,mengayomi anggota dan meningkatkan perolehan dalam pengumpulan sampah, sergingga bisa membantu meringankan pengeluaran biaya tiap keluarga.

Abstract

Semua perusahaan go public diwajibkan untuk menyampaikan laporan keuangan yang disusun sesuai dengan standar akuntansi keuangan dan telah diaudit oleh akuntan publik yang terdaftar di Otoritas Jasa Keuangan.. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh ukuran perusahaan dan profitabilitas terhadap timelines melalui Good Corporate Government Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan Perbankan yang dipublikasikan di Bursa Efek Indonesia dengan sampel sebanyak 23 perusahaan perbankan dari tahun 2015-2019. Penelitian ini menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS) Masing – masing hipotesis tersebut dianalisis menggunakan software Smart PLS 3.0 untuk menguji hubungan antar variabel. Hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan, maka disimpulkan hal sebagai berikut : Profitabilitas berpengaruh terhadap Good Corporate Government dengan mendapatkan dukungan arah pengaruh yang positif di dalam penelitian ini. Ukuran Perusahaan berpengaruh terhadap Good Corporate Government dengan mendapatkan dukungan arah pengaruh yang positif dalam penelitian ini. Profitabilitas berpengaruh terhadap Timeliness dengan mendapatkan dukungan arah pengaruh yang positif di dalam penelitian ini.Ukuran Perusahaan berpengaruh terhadap Timeline” dengan mendapatkan dukungan arah pengaruh yang negatif di dalam penelitian ini. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out the form of counseling on the COVID-19 pandemic to the Orphan Orphanage (PAY), a description of the attention paid to preventing the spread of the Orphan Orphanage (PAY) virus and to describe the supporting factors for the Orphan Orphanage (PAY) in the spread of the covid 19 virus. The research method used in this study is a direct home service method, where the Orphan Orphanage (PAY) will be visited by Advisors and Students in the hope of providing counseling and ways to deal with the spread of the covid virus and delivering basic food assistance to improve prosperity and is expected to provide self-motivation for the children of the Mojokerto City Orphan Orphanage (PAY). Based on the home care research method, it was carried out in socializing the dangers of covid through 3M health program counseling and the use of these tools by practicing in front of the students and administrators, while handling the spread of the virus involved all students and administrators assisted by students in cleaning the area and place at the orphanage. The orphans and the use of 3M traps in the area. Meanwhile, during this pandemic, the Orphan Orphanage is also a distributor of formula drugs that increase immunity to maintain health and fortify themselves from the covid 19 virus who are members of the Muhammadiyah Covid 19 Command Center community in East Java and there is also bee honey cultivation as the management of the orphanage's own children as honey distributors. Abstract

Pemberdayaan bazar UMKM (Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah) telah terbukti memberikan kontribusi bagi perekonomian masyarakat. Permasalahan pada UMKM adalah keterbatasan modal kerja, kapasitas sumber daya manusia yang sangat rendah dan minimnya penguasaan pada ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi yang secara umum berdampak pada prospek usaha. Maka dari itu, tujuan dari pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah membantu para pelaku UMKM untuk berkolaborasi pada bazar kewirausahaan agar dapat bersinergi dan berkomunikasi dengan masyarakat maupun sesama pelaku usaha untuk mengetahui permintaan produk dan bagaimana cara mempromosikan suatu produk agar dapat terjual baik dipasaran. Selanjutnya, membangun relasi dan jejaring social dengan pelaku UMKM lainnya untuk memperluas pasar dan dapat meningkatkan omzet penjualan. Dengan berkolaborasi dan meningkatnya omzet penjualan, pelaku UMKM dapat berperan dalam pembangunan dan pertumbuhan ekonomi.

Abstract

Karyawan adalah aset sumber daya utama dari suatu organisasi yang memainkan peran strategis. Pencapaian tujuan perusahaan akan terwujud jika tersedia karyawan yang berkualitas. Quality of Work Life (QWL), kepuasan kerja, dan komitmen organisasi merupakan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Quality of Work Life (QWL) terhadap kinerja karyawan, dengan kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasi sebagai variabel intervening. Sampel dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari 72 responden dari PT. Bank X (Persero), dengan teknik pengambilan sampel adalah purposive sampling. Data primer yang digunakan, dengan teknik pengumpulan data berdasarkan pendekatan survey (kuesioner). Teknik analisis regresi linier digunakan dalam program SPSS 20 untuk analisis data. Berdasarkan hasil temuan, lingkungan kerja (Quality of Work Life) berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasi secara parsial merupakan variabel mediasi dalam hubungan antara lingkungan kerja (Quality of Work Life) dan kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to provide knowledge to SMA 12 Surabaya students about carrying out financial transactions on social media wisely and safely. According to Paais and Apituley (2023) the success of an individual is not only determined by his academic abilities (hard skills), but is also determined by soft skills, a skill needed so that an individual is able to manage his own emotions (intrapersonal skills) and is able to manage emotions when building relationships with others (interpersonal skills). The key to the formation of hard skills and soft skills is resources that are able and willing to change to become better. Student resources play an important role in financial transactions on social media. Some of the problems that exist include students' lack of knowledge about the dangers of making online transactions, and no knowledge about safe online transactions due to lack of information. Therefore, this activity aims to provide additional knowledge and insight about all buying and selling activities via social media, why transactions are made online, payment methods that can be used, and risks that can arise due to online transactions so that students can maximize their soft skills and hard skills. to maintain safe online transactions. Based on the results of the pre-test and post-test, there were 9 students in the "Poor" understanding category and only 1 student after that, in the "Enough" category before that there were 22 students and after that there were 6 students, in the "Good" category before that there were 8 students and after that showed an increase of 32 students. Thus, further community activities are needed regarding wider use of social media so that students can further develop their soft skills and hard skills.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of company attractiveness, reputation and online recruitment on interest in applying for work using the Tik-Tok application. The population used is GENERATION Y AND Z Muslims aged between 15 and 41 years who use the Tik-Tok application. From the results of these calculations, a sample of 96 people were obtained as respondents. The research was carried out using multiple linear regression analysis tests. Based on the test results, it can be concluded: Company attractiveness has a positive influence on interest in applying for work, company reputation has a positive influence on interest in applying for work, online recruitment has a positive influence on interest in applying for work.

Abstract

This research investigates the interplay between Perceived Organizational Support (POS), Organizational Identification (OI), Unethical Pro-Organizational Behavior (UPB), and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) among healthcare professionals at RSU Dr. Iskak, Tulungagung. Employing a quantitative methodology with Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) using SmartPLS 4.0, data from 150 employees were analyzed to determine the direct and indirect effects of POS on workplace behaviors. The results indicate that POS significantly affects both UPB and OCB, with OI serving as a key mediating factor. Employees with a strong perception of organizational support tend to develop a heightened sense of identification with their organization, which in turn promotes discretionary behaviors, both constructive and ethically questionable. The study highlights that OI positively influences UPB, suggesting that employees with deep organizational attachment may justify unethical actions in pursuit of organizational objectives. Simultaneously, the positive indirect impact of OI on OCB affirms that a strong identification with the organization encourages voluntary prosocial behaviors. These findings emphasize the dual effects of organizational identification, reinforcing the necessity for organizations to cultivate employee commitment while instilling ethical leadership and well-defined behavioral standards. The practical implications suggest that healthcare institutions must establish clear ethical guidelines and reinforce leadership practices that support ethical conduct while fostering organizational loyalty.
