Abstract

Predicting the factors that influence the selection of hotels by tourists is a difficult task as some variables affect it. Therefore, the ability of hospitality businesses to control their hotel preferences requires a comprehensive understanding of both tangible (physical facilities, equipment, staff and communication equipment) and intangibles (employee service skills and skills, safety levels, materials that can attract and influence visitor choice). This quantity study explores the influence of hotel attributes and socio-demographic traveller on the selection of hotels in the metropolitan city of Bali to help hotels that have an analytical understanding of hotel attributes that influence hotel choice. With a modified survey built from a previous study, data from 322 travelers was taken from seven carefully selected hotels in the study area through probability sampling. Analysis of the data showed that 67 percent of adopted hotel attributes were critical in the selection of hotels for tourists. The average hotel attributes are safety/safety (3.41), live music/live entertainment (3.35), sustainable power plants (3.21), hotel cleaning (3.17), quality in-room amenities (3.16), free internet service (3.11) and employee behavior (3.10), as interpreted by respondents. Multiple Regression Analysis (MRA) results to test the influence of socio-demographic characteristics of hotel selection respondents at 0.05 showed that religion, popular residence as travelers and respondents' income influenced their preference for hotel attributes. By comparison, the gender, age, marital status, occupation and educational achievement of respondents had no effect on their hotel attributes. One of the main recommendations of the study is that hospitality businesses should evaluate travellers' opinions about their hotel attributes regularly. This is important for the satisfaction of the guests. In turn, increased guest satisfaction, which is important for business in this highly competitive market, and other advantages of offering suitable services to guests can be achieved..

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the marketplace, marketing communication, and paving product innovation in increasing UD customer satisfaction. Rizka Jaya Abadi Mojosari-Mojokerto. The type of data used in this study uses qualitative data analysis involving 20 informants and the method used in this study uses interview analysis methods. The population in this study are all consumers paving products of UD. Rizka Jaya Abadi Mojosari-Mojokerto. The results of this study indicate that the informants agree that UD. Rizka Jaya Abadi is able to establish good relationships with consumers, informants are satisfied with the products offered and sold by UD. Rizka Jaya Abadi. UD. Rizka Jaya Abadi can increase customer satisfaction through the marketplace or by direct purchases with good marketing communications and product innovations that are diverse and not monotonous

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out the form of counseling on the COVID-19 pandemic to the Orphan Orphanage (PAY), a description of the attention paid to preventing the spread of the Orphan Orphanage (PAY) virus and to describe the supporting factors for the Orphan Orphanage (PAY) in the spread of the covid 19 virus. The research method used in this study is a direct home service method, where the Orphan Orphanage (PAY) will be visited by Advisors and Students in the hope of providing counseling and ways to deal with the spread of the covid virus and delivering basic food assistance to improve prosperity and is expected to provide self-motivation for the children of the Mojokerto City Orphan Orphanage (PAY). Based on the home care research method, it was carried out in socializing the dangers of covid through 3M health program counseling and the use of these tools by practicing in front of the students and administrators, while handling the spread of the virus involved all students and administrators assisted by students in cleaning the area and place at the orphanage. The orphans and the use of 3M traps in the area. Meanwhile, during this pandemic, the Orphan Orphanage is also a distributor of formula drugs that increase immunity to maintain health and fortify themselves from the covid 19 virus who are members of the Muhammadiyah Covid 19 Command Center community in East Java and there is also bee honey cultivation as the management of the orphanage's own children as honey distributors. In this KKN activity, they provided counseling about Covid-19, and welfare motivation in the form of providing basic food items in addition to donations to the Mojokerto City Orphan Orphanage (PAY).
