Abstract

Regional Water Company (PDAM) Surabaya is an engaged  instantion in the field of public service. One of the company's mission is to provide superior service to its customers. Thus the analysis of customer satisfaction becomes important to know whether a given service in accordance with the wishes of the customer. There is the problem based on the analysis of customer satisfaction. It is how to analyze customer satisfaction and generate a report that will be used as a repair and improvement of customer service quality. Analysis of customer satisfaction application is the solution to these problems, where the application can perform in the process of surveying, data analysis, and reporting of analytical results. Customers can fill a questionnaire online, after that the data collected will be analyzed by using a characteristics calculation system, satisfaction index, and the importance of performance analysis. the analysis results will be a reported  and will be used by  the management of PDAM Surabaya  as an evaluation of service quality.

Abstract

The company's market Area (PDPS) is a company engaged in community service in place of fulfillment order, the means, and the infrastructure of traditional market in the city of Surabaya and the duties and responsibilities of a sub section of the administrative regulations based on SOP/TTU/01. Based on the four functions of SOP/TTU/01, in it there are processes that are currently experiencing difficulty in running it. This is due to the absence of the system (applications) that can help the performance of administrative sub division officer. The difficulty lies in the process of storage (tape/record keeping and archiving), search, retraction, distribution and provision of the code number. As for the duties and responsibilities of a sub section of the administrative regulations based on SOP/TTU/01. Based on the four functions of SOP/TTU/01, in it there are processes that are currently experiencing difficulty in running it. Abstract

Abstract: PDAM Surabaya is a company engaged in the field of public service. The company has a Kelola SDM, one of the tasks is to manage human resources and organizational development, especially the development of the organization, which will be carried out by a performance assessment to determine the level of productivity of an employee each year. In order to assess the performance of employees, Organization and Human Resources Development Section felt that such valuation is way less optimal and objective because of the persistence of assessor subjectivity in assessing employee performance. The current performance of appraisal process there is a problem of how to assess employee performance in accordance with objective reality. To assess the performance objectively, PDAM Surabaya need a performance appraisal system that can reduce the number of assessor subjectivity by using 360 Degree and using the competency reference as a guideline for the assessment. Application of performance assessment on PDAM Surabaya employees that have been made will be expected to reduce the subjectivity of the assessor in assessing the employee performance. The report can be taken into consideration and as an input for organizational and human resource development manager in reward for employees which have excellent performance.

Abstract

PT. Tunggal Djaja Indah (PT. TDI) is a leading paint manufacturer in Indonesia. ISO 9001 which has obtained by PT. TDI  is a proof of the seriousness of the company. Current training process in PT. TDI is using a form that called a skill map. The assessment of training needs using skill map is force the head of department to fill the competency by themselves. It makes the result of the training needs is not align to meet company’s standard.To solve this problem, we need a solution that can identify training needs that are categorized by knowledge, skill, and attitude based on companys’ standard. The way to solve it is make a training needs analysis (TNA) application based on competency.Based on the results of the training needs analysis application, the application can help stakeholders to identify training needs based on the competencies that are categorized by the level of knowledge, skill, and attitude. so it can help to reduce the gap between the competence of employees with competencies expected by the company.

Abstract

Dinas Kesehatan (Dinkes) Kota Surabaya is a Surabaya Government institution who has responsibility in medical of Surabaya people. Dinkes kota Surabaya has a section in controling and eradicating of communicable desease where its role  is preventing and overcoming city communicable desease. And the one of communicable desease is Tuberculosis. Tuberculosis is a communicable desease was caused by microbacterium tuberculosa where it was more infected the lungs than any organs of the body. On the progress of controling tuberculosis, Dinkes Kota Surabaya had the problem in monitoring and eveluation proses where it was caused by the presentation form today still unrealtime than it takes a lot of time to find out the changing.Based on the problem was said, it was known that  Dinkes Kota Surabaya need information system which can be monitoring and evaluating realtime.And based on the test result and evaluation, information system that was created can be monitoring and evaluating realtime, then Dinkes kota Surabaya can act quickly if it got puskesmas in minimum line indikator.

Abstract

Surabaya City Department of Education is the government agencies engaged in the field of education. Field workforce is part of the Department of Education Surabaya handling and placement needs of educators and non-educators to all public schools in the city of Surabaya. The main constraints faced by the Surabaya City Department of Education today is the process of placing an uneven educators based on the subjects required by each school.These constraints lead to uneven educators, resulting in accumulation of educators in some schools. To overcome these obstacles, the required application of Decision Support System Design Placement Educator Profile Matching Method Using. Selection of profile matching method because the method has been shown to result in recommendations for placement in Biereun PTT.Based on the testing that has been done, the application can generate recommendations that will occupy school teacher placement options based on matching of perangkingan owned by each teacher. This application can help Surabaya City Department of Education, particularly the field of workforce to meet the needs of compulsory teaching required and equalization competent educators in each school according to need

Abstract

The company Solar Market Area (PDPS) is a company engaged in the field of community service in the city of Surabaya. In the process of its business, coupled with PDPS administrative staffing processes. Document management administration process is divided into six staffing processes. In those processes, currently experiencing difficulty in managing documents. This is because the process of shipping, receiving, storage, search, and document approval is done manually. It also results in the process of pengirimanan, search, and document storage became longer, the difficulty in providing additional information, security, and permissions settings for the document.

Abstract

Damian Lawoleba is private hospital located in Lawoleba East Nusa Tenggara province. One of the most of their effort to achieve competitive advantage is make   health service quality improvement with  strategy of IS/IT. But in the other hand Damian Lawoleba Hospital is not inpmlementing their IS/IT strategy yet for some of their services. To avoid cost of development of the IS/IT strategy, its need to develop Strategic Planning of Information Systems and Tecnology. Ward and Peppard method is used in the development of Strategic Planning of Information Systems in Damian Lawoleba Hospital. In Preparation Stage, is by doing internal and external analysis for developing business strategy. From  this business strategy it will get diversification and horizontal integration strategy.the business strategy will be output of document such as Business IS Strategy, IT Strategy, Management IS/IT Strategy, Future Portofolio Application, and Road map Application that will be used by Damian Lawoleba Hospital as basis for developing information systems and technology.

Rejeki Glass Shop is one of the stores located in Jl . P.B. Sudirman 186 , Banyuwangi . Rejeki Glass Shop is a store that sells one of the important ingredients in the construction of a building is glass . Glass itself is very diverse , ranging from kind to the thickness of the glass .The problem arises when the order of glass pieces found in large numbers . Order in bulk piece of glass is glass for the windows of the building or the tank . In the cutting process , often resulting inaccuracy in analyzing the pattern. As a result the rest of the glass produced less minimal . It can only be known when calculating and describing the specific , from the patterns to be cut . After the comparison is known that there ineffective and inefficiencies cutting .
