Abstract

A computer network system is defined as a collection of several independent computers connected to each other. This connection allows these computers to share information and programs with each other (Putuasduki, 2021). SOHO stands for Small Office, Home Office. SOHO is a hybrid apartment between residential and commercial space, where people can work and live in the same building. SOHO apartments are typically loft style, meaning they have high ceilings. High ceilings lend themselves well to building a mezzanine, an elevated area accessible by stairs that can be used as a bedroom or desk. (Armee et al., 2022). Mikrotik is a software-based operating system that turns a computer into a network router (Gamaliel and Arliyanto, 2022). This operating system is ideal for managing computer networks, such as building large or small computer network systems. (Putra et al., 2020). Gajah Putih University Faculty of Engineering always needs a very large network connection. In addition, many students use an internet connection. Difficulties in optimizing network use and equalizing bandwidth between students and faculties, internet network problems and difficulties in monitoring network users at the Gajah Putih Faculty of Engineering and students still asking for web searches off campus are the biggest problems. this lesson. For that we need a learning environment that can support the learning process in the field of computer networks. This study discusses learning media to build computer networks in small offices and home offices by using a proxy server, starting from the basic concept of computer networks so that the network can function properly. Network Development Life Cycle Model (NDLC). Flow Network Development Lifecycle Diagram Continuous process analysis is a step by step process that describes the journey of data or documents through ongoing processes in all research locations. The network topology that was operated at the Faculty of Engineering, University of Gajah Putih before using a proxy server is shown in Figure 2. Meanwhile, the network topology that was operated before using a proxy server in the laboratory of the Faculty of Engineering, University of Gajah Putih can be determined from the results of research and design of the home office network of the Faculty of Engineering, Gajah Putih University Using a proxy allows it to be concluded that with the help of the home office network of the Faculty of Technology, University of Gajah Putih using a proxy server technically students can easily access the internet for free and the signal in the university building can be easily closed. The security system used in this wireless network (base station) is implemented on the server. Therefore, if you want to use the Internet, the user must enter a username and password. This network uses a DHCP server so that the server distributes IP addresses as wide as possible resulting in long loading times when many users are active. Sharing Internet bandwidth with a proxy server enables efficient use of Internet bandwidth. By using a proxy server with Winbox, IT administrators can perform network configuration more easily.

Abstract

Abstrak - Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggabungkan fleksibilitas infrastruktur Cloud Computing dengan ketangkasan metodologi Scrum dalam proses pengembangan perangkat lunak. Masalah utama yang diangkat adalah ketidakstabilan performa tim dan kompleksitas dalam pengelolaan sumber daya pada infrastruktur tradisional. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, data mentah diolah melalui teknik normalisasi Min-Max dan Z-Score untuk menciptakan parameter evaluasi yang objektif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sinergi ini meningkatkan produktivitas tim sebesar 25% dengan rata-rata uptime sistem mencapai 99,8%. Selain itu, model prediktif yang dikembangkan menggunakan Python berhasil mencapai tingkat akurasi sebesar 88% dalam memproyeksikan keberhasilan Sprint. Hal ini memungkinkan pengambilan keputusan berbasis data (data-driven) untuk mitigasi risiko teknis secara proaktif. Kesimpulannya, penggabungan ekosistem cloud dan kerangka kerja Scrum tidak hanya mempercepat siklus rilis produk, tetapi juga memastikan transparansi dan stabilitas kualitas perangkat lunak yang dikembangkan. Dokumentasi seluruh proses dan kode program disediakan melalui repositori terbuka untuk mendukung pengembangan riset di masa depan.Kata kunci : Cloud Computing; Metodologi Scrum; Normalisasi Data; Model Prediktif; Abstract - This study seeks to integrate the adaptable nature of Cloud Computing infrastructure with the agile characteristics of Scrum methodologies in the software development process. The core issue addressed involves performance instability within teams and complexities in managing resources within traditional infrastructure setups. Employing a quantitative research approach, raw data is processed through Min-Max and Z-Score normalization techniques to establish objective evaluation parameters. The research findings indicate that this synergy enhances team productivity by 25%, with the average system uptime reaching 99.8%. Furthermore, a predictive model developed using Python achieved an accuracy rate of 88% in forecasting Sprint success. This enables data-driven decision-making for the proactive mitigation of technical risks. In conclusion, the fusion of cloud ecosystems and the Scrum framework not only accelerates product release cycles but also ensures transparency and stability in the quality of the software developed. Documentation of the entire process and program code is provided through an open repository to support future research development.Keywords: Cloud Computing; Scrum Methodology; Data Normalization; Predictive Model;

Abstract

Background. The use of media in education is becoming increasingly important, especially in the current digital era. The Canva application has become a popular tool among teachers for creating interesting and informative learning materials. With a variety of visual features and ease of use, Canva allows teachers to create learning materials that suit students’ needs. Purpose. The purpose of this research is to evaluate the influence of the Canva application in improving elementary school student achievement in West Sumatra and to understand teachers’ perceptions of its use Canva in learning. Method. This research uses a quantitative survey via Google Form which is distributed via WhatsApp groups to PGSD students in West Sumatra who use Canva as a learning medium. Research ethics were maintained by ensuring data confidentiality and voluntary participation. A total of 30 respondents. Results. This study explores the influence of the Canva application in improving the achievement of elementary school students in West Sumatra by collecting data from 30 respondents and six questions. From the analysis results, the majority of respondents actively use Canva as a learning medium, with most using this application every day or several times a week. The results of the analysis also show that the use of Canva in learning is considered effective in improving students’ understanding of learning materials, with the majority of respondents reporting an increase in student achievement after using learning materials created with Canva. Conclusion. Canva positively impacts elementary student achievement in West Sumatra by offering an intuitive user experience for teachers, enhancing student understanding, and boosting overall learning quality.
