Abstract

Pharmacutical service for outpatient that held by pharmacist have not fulfilled the indicator standard of quality service related to quening, waiting time for receiving medicine, the availability of medicine and officers attitude. The research question according to the research problem is how is the pharmacist’ work attitude in doing pharmaceutical service in Region Public Hospital of Mataram City. This study is  a qualitative research by phenomenological approach to  understand the meaning of pharmacist’s work attitude in doing pharmaceutical service in the Region Public Hospital of Mataram City. There were two qualified and competent key informants provided explanation of work attitude meaning of pharmacist’s in terms of outpatient. The study results showed that the pharmacist’s work attitude on outpatient was reflected by four themes, namely : organization commitment, work satisfaction, team work involvement and the perceived organization support. Key words  : Phenomenology, the meaning of work attitude, pharmacist

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the Electronic Word of Mouth variable and destination image on the interest of tourists visiting Senggigi beach. This type of research is an associative research with a quantitative approach. The population in this study is archipelago tourists who have visited Senggigi beach with a total sample of 100 respondents. The analysis showed that the Electronic Word of Mouth variable (EWOM) influenced the interest of tourists visiting Senggigi Beach and the destination image variable influenced the interest of tourists visiting Senggigi Beach.Keywords:Electronic Word of Mouth (EWOM), Destination Image, Revisiting Interest.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat yang dilaksanakan oleh Tim PKM Universitas Mataram pada tanggal 8 Agustus 2024 di Desa Sajang bertujuan untuk mengembangkan dan memanfaatkan limbah kulit kopi sebagai pestisida nabati. Dalam konteks pertanian yang semakin berfokus pada keberlanjutan, penggunaan pestisida nabati menjadi alternatif yang menarik untuk mengurangi ketergantungan pada pestisida kimia yang berpotensi merusak lingkungan dan kesehatan manusia. Kegiatan ini meliputi sosialisasi dan pelatihan kepada petani setempat mengenai cara pembuatan pestisida nabati dari limbah kulit kopi, yang kaya akan senyawa aktif yang dapat mengendalikan hama. Penelitian sebelumnya menunjukkan bahwa bahan-bahan alami seperti limbah pertanian dapat digunakan untuk menghasilkan pestisida yang efektif dan ramah lingkungan. Selain itu, pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan petani dalam memanfaatkan sumber daya lokal, sehingga mereka dapat mengurangi biaya produksi dan meningkatkan hasil pertanian mereka. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa masyarakat Desa Sajang sangat antusias dan responsif terhadap pelatihan yang diberikan. Sebagian besar peserta berhasil memahami dan mampu mempraktikkan pembuatan pestisida nabati dari limbah kulit kopi, yang diharapkan dapat meningkatkan produktivitas pertanian mereka dan mengurangi dampak negatif dari penggunaan pestisida kimia. Dengan demikian, kegiatan ini tidak hanya memberikan manfaat langsung bagi petani, tetapi juga berkontribusi pada upaya pelestarian lingkungan melalui pengurangan limbah dan penggunaan bahan-bahan alami dalam pertanian

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence Value Co-Creation, Destination Image, and Flexibility of Tour Packages on tourists' visiting decisions in the Bonjeruk Tourism Village, with Tourist Preferences as a moderating variable. The approach used in this research is quantitative, where data is collected through distributing Likert scale questionnaires online to tourists who have visited the Bonjeruk Tourism Village, using the technique purposive sampling. The collected data is then analyzed using statistical calculations to test the relationship between variables. The research results show that Value Co-Creation And Destination Image has a significant positive influence on tourists' visiting decisions. Although Tour Package Flexibility can be considered an added value, this variable does not show a significant influence on visiting decisions, which may be due to the dominance of other factors such as tourist attraction and destination image. In addition, Tourist Preferences have been proven to moderate the influence Destination Image on the decision to visit, but did not have a significant effect in moderating the relationship between Value Co-Creation and Flexibility of Tour Packages on visiting decisions. This finding proves and provides novelty to previous research Destination Image proven to have a significant positive influence on tourists' visiting decisions, both directly and after being moderated by Tourist Preferences. Meanwhile, though Value Co-Creation has a positive role, Tourist Preferences are not able to moderate its influence on visiting decisions. This research also provides a practical contribution where the results of this research can be used by tourism village managers as a reference for designing more effective marketing strategies

Abstract

Alat pemasak sirup aren dengan sisem on-off dirancang untuk mengendalikan suhu pemasakan nira. Debit gas LPG dilakukan teknik by passuntuk menjaga nyala api kompor pemasakan mengecil apabila settingan suhu pemasakan tercapai. Selama proses pemasakan, pemantauan total padatan terlarut (TPT) nira aren dilakukan sampai mencapai kadar TPT 67 oBrix. Hasil uji coba pembuatan sirup aren dengan teknologi pemasakan nira aren suhu terkendali dapat dilakukan dengan melakukan pengaturan suhu 107oC untuk mencapai kualitas sirup aren yang bagus dengan nilai mutu TPT 69 oBrix dan viskositas 740 mPas. Alat pemaskaan ini dijadikan model instrumen utama dalam pengembangan pengolahan nira aren di KTH Giri Madia, Lombok Barat.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Tourist Experience and Destination Image on Revisit Interests. The type of research used in this research is associative research with a quantitative approach. The data collection method used is a survey sample using primary data collected directly from respondents using questionnaires. The population in this study were respondents aged over 17 years, and had made at least one visit, with a sample of 60 (sixty) respondents. Sampling using non-probability sampling with purposive sampling method, namely the determination of the sample with certain considerations. The data analysis tool used is Multiple Linear Regression using SPSS version 2.8. The results of data analysis show that: (1) Tourist experience has a positive and significant effect on revisit interest 0.032 < 0.05. (2) Destination image has a positive and significant effect on revisit interest 0.019 < 0.05.

Abstract

The Farming in Sigerongan village is highly intensive, potentially leading to chemical residues such as pesticides and fertilizers, which pose a problem for the biological, physical, and chemical balance of the soil and the environment. Sigerongan village, with its "Sumber Hidup" Farmers Group, is a popular destination for local tourism, necessitating the development of a farming system that is both economically valuable and environmentally friendly. Shallot farming offers an alternative for developing agrotourism through the use of local resources such as rice mulch and organic fertilizer. Researchers have collected several superior shallot varieties and utilized mulch and manure to increase the productivity of small plots. To achieve this goal, direct extension activities and demonstration plots (action research) have been conducted with farmers. The training method used is adult education (POD) using participatory techniques. These activities aim to improve the skills and knowledge of partner farmers. The results of the activity showed that the development of shallot agrotourism based on local resources has been carried out in the "Sumber Hidup" farmer group in Sigerongan village. Partner farmers have been very responsive to the community service activities. The technological transformation process of using rice straw mulch and cow manure in shallot cultivation has been implemented. Partner farmers are expected to experience behavioral changes in knowledge, skills, and attitudes to develop shallot agrotourism. 3. The chemical-free shallot cultivation technique that has been developed has the potential to promote agrotourism in Sigerongan village.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of brand image and product quality on purchasing decisions for Kopina Sajang. This type of research is quantitative research with a casual associative approach. The sample used in this study was 100 people. The data collection method used is a survey sample. the measurement scale uses a Likert scale measurement scale. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression which is analysed using SPSS 20 For Windows. The results showed that there was a positive and significant influence between brand image and purchasing decisions for Kopina Sajang. There is a positive and significant influence between product quality and purchasing decisions for Kopina Sajang. This means that the higher the brand image and product quality, the more purchasing decisions for sajang coffee will increase.
