Abstract

This socialization aims to introduce the Immigration Polytechnic to the people of Southeast Sulawesi through a Podcast held in collaboration with the Immigration Office Class I TPI Kendari under the name of the IKEPO program (Imigrasi Kendari Podcast). This podcast is broadcast live on Facebook, Instagram and YouTube and is part of a series of Immigration Polytechnic Latjapura 2021. Hopefully, the information provided by Immigration Polytechnic Students can increase public awareness about Immigration, especially Immigration Polytechnic and attract students in Southeast Sulawesi to continue their education at Immigration Polytechnic.

Abstract

1st Class Cirebon Immigration Office have developed various information systems to support the immigration services in the region. The problem arise from having various information systems is the possibility of data redundancy, ineffective, and duplicated data during the interdivisional data input process. Dependency of interdivisional data in immigration service demand the immigration office to create the data integration system, integration data means data from each divisions will be integrated/collected in one integrated database based on one time entry data process. This research aims to develop an innovation of interdivisional data integration design at 1st Class Cirebon Immigration Office. Data integration aims to increase the service effectiveness by reduce the data entry volume in the service process and increase data validity. The data is taken by descriptive qualitative method, and integration system designed using Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method. In this project “Inter- Division Data Integration Apps in the 1st Class Cirebon Immigration Office” the web-based application has been successfully created. The one time entry data-concept connected each divisions menu on the application and integrated one another by the real-time, this application will surely simplify and accelerate the inter-division data recapitulation process especially for the monthly- report making process. This web-based application can make the working flow more efficient, effective, can reduce the data redundance, and increase the validity of data.

Abstract

Talent management is an HR management system that includes the stages of acquisition, development, retention, and placement of employees who are prioritized based on the highest potential and performance (high potential and high performance) through an assessment mechanism. Talent management complements and supports the implementation of a merit system, both in the institutional and national scope. This literature research wants to describe how the career pattern of Apparatus Human Resources is designed in such a way, especially using talent management. This research is able to become a comprehensive reference for the state civil apparatus (ASN).

Abstract

This article aims to show that Local culture can be used as an alternative regulation in establishing a foreigner monitoring task force. The Foreigner Supervision Task Force "Bali Becik" is a unit formed by the Directorate General of Immigration based on the Local culture of the Balinese people. The Nusantara paradigm combined with the ability of artificial intelligence in viewing a phenomenon is the research method in this article. The results show that the "Bali Becik" Task Force is a task force formed based on the Local culture of Balinese culture which is part of the Nusantara paradigm. The value of the Local culture of "Bali Becik" which comes from the philosophy of Tri Hita Karana, which is the Balinese philosophy of harmony between humans, nature, and the gods. The task force aims to create a harmonious environment for both tourists and locals by cracking down on illegal activities and promoting responsible tourism
