Abstract

Abstract. This study aims to determine the effect of service quality, price, product diversity, shop atmosphere, and location on consumer buying interest in the Wonosobo traditional market. The sampling technique used was the purposive sampling technique of 96 respondents. The data collection technique used a questionnaire. The results of this study were collected through a questionnaire which was processed and analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this research data indicate that service quality has no and insignificant effect on consumer purchase interest, the price has no and insignificant effect on consumer purchase interest, product diversity has a positive and significant effect on consumer purchase interest, store atmosphere has a positive and significant effect on consumer purchase interest. and location has a positive and significant effect on consumer buying interest. Abstraksi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan, harga, keberagaman produk, suasana toko dan lokasi terhadap minat beli konsuemn di pasar tradisional Wonosobo. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik purposive sampling sebanyak 96 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian ini dikumpulkan melalui kuisoner yang diproses dan dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil data penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa kualitas pelayanan tidak berpengaruh dan tidak signifikan terhadap minat beli konsumen, harga tidak berpengaruh dan tidak signifikan terhadap minat beli konsumen, keberagaman produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli konsumen, suasana toko berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli konsumen dan lokasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli konsumen.

Abstract

This paper aims to awaken the consciousness of the government and its people towards the importance of the noble values of Pancasila to be implemented in each aspect of life in a nation-state. The dichotomous inspection and public service in Immigration Border Control has undergone inexhaustible which, eventually, putting border controllers into a dilemma when the roles and responsibilities of border control officials as a document examiner or public servant are separated. Many immigration officials in the border are losing the public service spirit and, at the same time, bringing down the sacred meaning of public service. This phenomenon has contributed to the misbehavior and bad decision making which directly impacts the society as service users. Pancasila, as Indonesian ideology, becomes the anti-thesis of positivist/modernist paradigm. It is expected that the spirit of public service by TEGAS will be an alternative solution in the midst of increasingly high public demand for a better border control management.

Abstract

At the time of the implementation of LATJAPURA conducted by the Immigration Polytechnic cadets throughout Indonesia, it became commonplace for every cadet to participate in the implementation of socialization activities held at the immigration office where the cadets actively participated in LATJAPURA. The implementation of this LATJAPURA activity provides an opportunity for the Immigration Polytechnic Cadets to perform community service as a tangible form of contributing to the Indonesian people. One form of community service carried out by the Immigration Polytechnic Taruna in the city of Pematang Siantar is the socialization of Eazy Passport. The purpose of this socialization is to introduce the latest services of the Immigration Office Class II TPI Pematang Siantar in the form of Eazy passports and service innovations to provide convenience to applicants for immigration services. In addition, this activity is also to introduce the Immigration Polytechnic service bond school to the public to increase the existence of the Immigration Polytechnic in Pematang Siantar City.

Abstract

The opening of access to national borders in globalization era in the context of global level cooperation has caused many foreign citizens to migrate to other countries. Thus, various threats of crime and criminal acts are a challenge that must be given more attention, because state borders also involve state sovereignty and the security of a country. Likewise with Indonesia which borders many countries, making Indonesia vulnerable to the problem of illegal immigrants entering the territory of the country. Illegal immigrants are a definite threat because they have the potential to commit crimes, drug trafficking, people smuggling, prostitution, and even other crimes.Indonesia has various kinds of institutions that have the authority to guard borders, such as the Police, the Indonesian National Army, Immigration, and the Maritime Security Agency of the Republic of Indonesia, in practice these border control agencies carry out their respective duties and functions, and until 2020 various collaborations have been carried out. between these institutions in carrying out their duties, however, cases of illegal immigrants are still widely found and occur on the Indonesian border, so that the urgency to strengthen the integration between the border supervisors to maximize supervision of the Indonesian border does indeed exist and must be realized immediately.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the juridical background in Indonesia that the Crime of Corruption is a Transnational Crime based on the United Nations Against Transnational Organized Crime (UNTOC) and the United Nations Against Corruption (UNCAC) as outlined in Law Number 7 of 2006 which is a commitment government to combat the Corruption Crime. By using the normative-empirical research method, the importance of synergy and the responsibility of agencies dealing with Corruption in collaboration with the Directorate General of Immigration in reporting decisions, requests and orders to prevent corrupt suspects from escaping outside the territory of the Republic of Indonesia as prevention is regulated in Article 91 of Law Number 6 Year 2011 concerning Immigration.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan, harga, keberagaman produk, suasana toko dan lokasi terhadap minat beli konsuemn di pasar tradisional Wonosobo. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik purposive sampling sebanyak 96 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian ini dikumpulkan melalui kuisoner yang diproses dan dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil data penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa kualitas pelayanan tidak berpengaruh dan tidak signifikan terhadap minat beli konsumen, harga tidak berpengaruh dan tidak signifikan terhadap minat beli konsumen, keberagaman produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli konsumen, suasana toko berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli konsumen dan lokasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli konsumen.

Abstract

This research discusses about upgrading Aplikasi Pendaftaran Antrian Paspor Online (APAPO) and take an example at South Jakarta Immigration Office. The problems discussed are regarding APAPO who has not yet been optimized, it caused APAPO is not integrated on the system of SPRI application in every immigration office. Ought to the presence of APAPO it can be helpful for immigration officer to providing service. The purposes of this research are to know the workflow of system in the APAPO currently and find the best way to efficiencies of immigration officer in doing the service for the applicant passport in the immigration office. The research is classified qualitative by analizing problems using PDCA theory which includes, Plan, Do, Check, and Action. The results of this research are proven that APAPO has still not been integrated with the system of SPRI application in every immigration office. Therefore, to efficiency immigration officer in order to give a service author provide a recommendation in the form of data flow diagram for upgrading moreover to integration between APAPO and SPRI application with webservice method.

Abstract

This article aims to show that Local culture can be used as an alternative regulation in establishing a foreigner monitoring task force. The Foreigner Supervision Task Force "Bali Becik" is a unit formed by the Directorate General of Immigration based on the Local culture of the Balinese people. The Nusantara paradigm combined with the ability of artificial intelligence in viewing a phenomenon is the research method in this article. The results show that the "Bali Becik" Task Force is a task force formed based on the Local culture of Balinese culture which is part of the Nusantara paradigm. The value of the Local culture of "Bali Becik" which comes from the philosophy of Tri Hita Karana, which is the Balinese philosophy of harmony between humans, nature, and the gods. The task force aims to create a harmonious environment for both tourists and locals by cracking down on illegal activities and promoting responsible tourism

Abstract

Informasi dan teknologi membuat masyarakat semakin sadar akan kebutuhannya, termasuk kebutuhan akan pelayanan publik yang berkualitas. Dalam mengimplementasikan peningkatan kualitas pelayanan publik, tidak terlepas dari kontribusi kinerja pegawai. Beberapa penelitian yang telah dilakukan menempatkan motivasi dan kompetisi sebagai faktor yang mempengaruhi kualitas kinerja pegawai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui lebih dalam apakah terdapat pengaruh antara motivasi dan kompetensi khususnya pada kantor imigrasi sebagai garda terdepan dalam menjalankan tugas dan fungsi keimigrasian. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah sampling jenuh dan teknik pengumpulan data dengan menyebarkan kuesioner melalui Google Form. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa motivasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Kantor Imigrasi Kelas II Non TPI Sukabumi dengan memberikan kontribusi sebesar 21,29%. Koefisien regresi yang bernilai positif ini berarti bahwa semakin tinggi motivasi maka akan semakin tinggi pula kinerja. Kemudian kompetensi juga berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Kantor Imigrasi Kelas II Non TPI Sukabumi dengan memberikan kontribusi sebesar 55,88%. Koefisien regresi yang bernilai positif ini berarti bahwa semakin tinggi kompetensi akan membuat kinerja semakin baik.  Motivasi dan kompetensi berpengaruh signifikan secara simultan terhadap kinerja pegawai Kantor Imigrasi Kelas II Non TPI Sukabumi. Oleh karena itu, motivasi dan kompetensi memiliki peran penting dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Semakin tinggi motivasi dan kompetensi akan meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Motivasi dan kompetensi memberikan kontribusi sebesar 77,17% terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

In the current era, the relentless advancement of information technology necessitates efficient information acquisition, which relies on proper data processing. To address the challenges in data organization, data mining emerges as a pivotal solution. This study aims to delve into various methodologies for data grouping. Employing a survey approach, the research scrutinizes journals published from 2020 to 2024. The findings illuminate prevalent techniques, algorithms, and software tools utilized in similar research domains. Notably, the study reveals that the predominant approach entails clustering via K-Means leveraging RapidMiner. This insight underscores the significance of employing robust methodologies and tools to streamline data processing and analysis in the contemporary information landscape. By elucidating the prevalent techniques and tools, this study contributes to enhancing understanding and fostering advancements in data mining practices, thereby facilitating more efficient data utilization and decision-making processes.
