Abstract

In every organization, the performance shown by employees is a determining factor for the success of the organization. This study aims to identify the determinants of employee performance, by looking at the role of job characteristics, employee competence, and work environment. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey as a data collection tool. The population of this study were employees of the Welfare Bureau of West Java Province, with a total of 76 respondents. The data obtained were analyzed by multiple regression analysis through SPSS software. The results of this study indicate that the performance of employees of the Welfare Bureau of West Java Province is influenced by job characteristics, employee competence, and their work environment. This research can be input for decision makers in the Welfare Bureau of West Java Province to consider factors that can improve employee performance

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to understand and analyze how employee skills and knowledge relate to the work of employees at the Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) Office in West Java Province. The methodology used in this research is descriptive methodology by utilizing quantitative thresholds. The population in this study was 153 people consisting of all employees at the Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) Office of West Java Province with a sample taken from the slovin formula of 61 people. The average score for Performance Allowance is 79.00%, Competence is 79.05%, and Employee Performance is 80.59% of the ideal score so that it is categorized as Good/strong. The research findings show that the variable work benefits and competencies have an influence on employee performance. The magnitude of the influence of the Performance Allowances and Competency variables on Employee Performance is indicated by the magnitude of the coefficient of determination R2 = 0.720 or 72.00%, while external influences or errors are 28%. With a percentage coefficient of determination greater than 70%, the model is included in the Strong category.

Abstract

The research objective is to evaluate the implementation of E-Samsat as a tool to build trust and increase taxpayer compliance in paying motor vehicle taxes. The research method is a causal study with a questionnaire as a data collection tool. The affordable sample in this study is motor vehicle taxpayers who use E-Samsat in Bandung Regency, as many as 227. Inferential analysis to test the relationship of variables using covariant SEM with SPSS tools 25 The results show that using E-Samsat positively relates to trust and compliance taxpayers in paying motor vehicle tax. E-Samsat can increase the trust and compliance of taxpayers in paying motor vehicle taxes. E-Samsat can be an effective solution to increase taxpayer trust and compliance in paying motor vehicle taxes. The practical implication of this research is that the government and tax agencies can increase the use of E-Samsat to build trust and increase taxpayer compliance in paying motor vehicle taxes. This research can also be the basis for further research on the use of technology in improving tax compliance and public financial management.

Abstract

The main problem in this study is the capitation policy in the JKN era through BPJS in the Cimahi Tengah Health Center, Cimahi City in particular, and Indonesia in general, the quality of health services and employee performance have not met expectations. This is caused by the implementation of policies that have not been optimal and knowledge about this capitation policy has not been understood. This study aims to determine the effect of capitation policy implementation and performance on improving the quality of health services in the Cimahi Tengah Community Health Center, Cimahi City. The method in this study is to use a descriptive analysis method, namely by describing each variable and testing both variables with a quantitative (statistical) approach which is then analyzed and compared with existing theories and problems to draw conclusions. Based on the findings in this study, the provision of capitation policies, both material and non-material, needs to be fulfilled so that employees can achieve performance that is in line with organizational expectations. For this reason, it is necessary for the leadership to pay attention to the implementation and application of the capitation system built to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
