Abstract

This study discusses the lack of bad behavior and ethics of students such as truancy, late entry to school, neglect of homework (homework), not wearing a full uniform, physical violence, harassment, fights between students are factors that cause the problem of lack of discipline in students in the school environment. The objectives of this research are (1) to find out how to educate students' character of discipline and peace-loving (2) to know Islamic religious education in realizing discipline and peace-loving character education, (3) to know the inhibiting and supporting factors of discipline and peace-loving character education. The method used in this study is qualitative descriptive with data collection in the form of observations, interviews, and documentation. And the data analysis used is data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawn. research shows that (1) Educating students for discipline and peace-loving, especially forming discipline and peace-loving in students, has been done such as reading the Quran in the morning, istighosahan on Friday, and praying in congregation. The form of a peace-loving personality includes caring for others, mutual respect and tolerance, being friends with anyone regardless of race and ethnicity, (2) Islamic religious education in realizing discipline and peace-loving character education is basically Islamic religious education is very closely related to discipline and peace-loving character education through moral teachings and habits and compliance with regulations, (3) inhibiting and supporting factors for discipline and peace-loving character education, Factors inhibiting the formation of discipline and peace-loving character are students often skipping school. Meanwhile, the supporting factors are the celebration of the Prophet Muhammad's Birthday, the Qur'anic tartil reading competition using the yanbua method, the commemoration of August 17, 1945, and the annual endusanah event.

Abstract

AbstractChild-rearing in the digital age faces many challenges. One such challenge can be seen in the parenting styles of previous generations, which often carried emotional wounds (inner child) and passed these patterns of care onto children in the digital age. A tendency toward parenting styles that are less reflective of Islamic values and fail to meet children's emotional needs has been identified at KB Aisyiyah and RA Al Islam Karangrejo, Sukodadi, Lamongan. The objective of this service project is to establish positive parenting patterns rooted in Islamic educational philosophy and inner child healing. The methods employed include reflective training and group discussions with parents. The outcomes of the activities demonstrate an enhanced understanding among participants regarding the importance of emotional awareness and Islamic parenting principles such as compassion (rahmah), discipline (ta'dib), and education (tarbiyah). The activity also motivated participants to reflect on their childhood experiences in shaping healthier parenting patterns. These findings indicate that integrating Islamic values with psychological approaches is relevant for fostering a generation that is more balanced spiritually and emotionally.AbstrakPengasuhan anak di era digital menghadapi banyak tantangan. Salah satu tantangan dapat dilihat dari pola asuh orang tua zaman dulu yang menyimpan luka batin (inner child) dan diturunkan pola pengasuhannya tersebut pada anak di era digital. Kecenderungan pola asuh kurang reflektif terhadap nilai-nilai Islam dan belum memenuhi kebutuhan emosional anak teridentifikasi di KB Aisyiyah dan RA Al Islam Karangrejo, Sukodadi, Lamongan. Tujuan pengabdian ini yaitu membangun pola asuh positif berbasis filsafat pendidikan Islam dan penyembuhan inner child. Metode yang digunakan adalah pelatihan reflektif, dan diskusi kelompok bersama wali murid. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman peserta terhadap pentingnya kesadaran emosional dan prinsip-prinsip pengasuhan Islami seperti rahmah, tadib, dan tarbiyah. Kegiatan ini juga memotivasi peserta untuk merefleksikan pengalaman masa kecil mereka dalam membentuk pola asuh yang lebih sehat. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa penggabungan nilai Islam dan pendekatan psikologis relevan untuk membentuk generasi yang lebih seimbang secara spiritual dan emosional.Kata Kunci: Pola Asuh Positif; Filsafat Pendidikan Islam; Inner Child

Abstract

The existence of rural Sufism strengthens the dimensions of spirituality and the values ​​of Pancasila. This paper analyzes the contribution of the Qadiriyah-Naqsabandiyah congregation in Kebonagung Village, Babat, Lamongan, for strengthening Pancasila values. From field observations, interviews, and activity analysis, this research found that the strengthening of Pancasila values ​​in Kebonagung village resulted from the moral awareness of the Qadiriyah-Naqsabandiyah congregation. The values of Pancasila are the value of divinity with the spirit of religiosity in worship and religious activities, human values ​​by maintaining Islamic brotherhood, the value of unity by creating strong social cohesion in society, populist values ​​with deliberation in solving problems, the value of justice with the spirit of sharing with others or alms. Strengthening the values ​​of Pancasila makes rural Sufism fulfill the requirements of being a good citizen. This study suggests that the rural Sufism movement is an essential part of supporting the existence of Pancasila from below.

Abstract

Abstract

Religious character education is the core of the Islamic education system, especially in Islamic boarding schools. However, the rapid flow of modernization and low spiritual awareness are evident in the behavior of students, such as starting to neglect sunnah worship, and being easily influenced by practical lifestyles. This condition is a serious challenge, including at the Kebon Dalem Islamic Boarding School in Tanggungan Village. To address this challenge, this Islamic boarding school implements several strategies through the habit of praying Tahajud as a means of forming the religious character of students. The objectives of this study are (1) to describe the strategies implemented (2) to identify supporting and inhibiting factors (3) to analyze the impact of the habit of praying Tahajud on the formation of religious character of students. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with observation, interview, and documentation techniques. The results of the study show that (1) The strategies implemented include role models, routine scheduling, supervision, personal motivation and emotional approaches, and evaluation (2) Supporting factors such as the active role of administrators, religious environment, and student awareness. While inhibiting factors include laziness, physical condition, lack of sleep patterns, and different backgrounds (3) The impact of religious character formation is seen in positive thinking patterns, good behavior, piety, istiqomah, patience, and sincerity in worship. So this finding confirms that the habit of praying Tahajud with the right strategy is able to form the religious character of students effectively and sustainably.

Abstract

Pendidikan tinggi sebagai jenjang pendidikan yang mendukung kehidupan profesionalitas serta kesejahteraan membuat individu memutuskan untuk menjadi mahasiswi yang merantau dengan konsekuensi dapat mengatur kehidupan khususnya masalah keuangan dengan baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji pengaruh kontrol diri terhadap perilaku berhutang pada mahasiswi yang merantau. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik penentuan sampel melalui purposive sampling, perilaku berhutang diukur berdasarkan skala debt behavior dan kontrol diri diukur menggunakan disposisional self control sedangkan data dalam penelitian ini dianalisa menggunakan analisis regresi linier sederhana. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa kontrol diri berpengaruh signifikan terhadap perilaku berhutang. Dengan demikian, kemampuan individu dalam mengendalikan dirinya dalam konteks finansial dapat menurunkan kecenderungan individu dalam berhutang.

Abstract

General Background Mathematics learning in elementary schools plays a crucial role in developing logical thinking and problem-solving skills; however, it is often dominated by procedural exercises. Specific Background In the context of learning the greatest common factor (FPB) in class V MI Ma’arif NU Sukolilo, teaching practices remain focused on lectures and written tasks, limiting students’ conceptual understanding and numeracy literacy. Knowledge Gap This condition indicates a gap between concept-oriented mathematics learning and the conventional instructional practices that do not sufficiently engage students in contextual and meaningful experiences. Aims This study aims to describe the implementation of the FPB Fun Day co-curricular program and analyze its role in improving numeracy skills, FPB conceptual understanding, and numeracy literacy. Results Using a descriptive qualitative approach, the findings reveal that FPB Fun Day is implemented through contextual activities such as distributing objects evenly, increasing student participation, conceptual comprehension, and the ability to interpret and communicate mathematical problems. Students with higher abilities tend to apply conventional strategies, while those with difficulties benefit more from contextual approaches. Novelty The study introduces a co-curricular, experience-based learning model integrating FPB concepts with numeracy literacy through real-life activities beyond classroom routines. Implications The findings suggest that contextual and activity-based learning can serve as an alternative strategy for strengthening conceptual understanding and numeracy literacy, supported by teacher creativity, student engagement, and institutional support despite challenges in time management and varying student abilities.
