Abstract

This study aims to discover the suitability of the Arabic language education book for the middle third grade of the Indonesian Ministry of Religious Affairs in 2020 In TheLight of The Book I’dad Mawaad Ta’lim Al-Lughah Al- ‘Arabiyyah Li Ghairi An-Naathiqiin Biha Li Ad-Duktuur ‘Abdul Ar-Rahman Bin Ibrahim Al-Fauzan (the first to the third chapter). This study is based on the descriptive analytical research approach in data collection and analysis, and in the process of evaluating the book depends on the quantitative input. This study reached the following results: The content of the Arabic language education book for the third middle grade of the Indonesian Ministry of Religious Affairs in 2020 (the first to the third chapter) in terms of language skill is acceptable based on the standard Book I’dad Mawaad Ta’lim Al-Lughah Al- ‘Arabiyyah Li Ghairi An-Naathiqiin Biha Li Ad-Duktuur ‘Abdul Ar-Rahman Bin Ibrahim Al-Fauzan, with a score of 60,82%. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kesesuaian isi Buku Ajar Bahasa Arab Kelas III Menengah Kementrian Agama RI Tahun 2020 dengan Standar Buku I’dad Mawaad Ta’lim Al-Lughah Al-‘Arabiyyah Li Ghairi An-Naathiqiin Biha Li Ad-Duktuur ‘Abdul Ar-Rahman Bin Ibrahim Al-Fauzan dari bab satu sampai bab tiga. Penelitian ini didasarkan pada pendekatan penelitian analitik deskriptif dalam pengumpulan dan analisis data, serta dalam proses evaluasi buku menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Penelitian ini, telah mencapai hasil sebagai berikut: Isi buku pendidikan bahasa Arab untuk kelas III Menengah yang diterbitkan oleh Kementerian Agama RI tahun 2020) bab satu sampai bab tiga( dari segi keterampilan bahasa dapat diterima berdasarkan Standar Kurikulum Buku I’dad Mawaad Ta’lim Al-Lughah Al-‘Arabiyyah Li Ghairi An-Naathiqiin Biha Li Ad-Duktuur ‘Abdul Ar-Rahman Bin Ibrahim Al-Fauzan, dengan nilai 60,82 %.

Abstract

A STRATEGY FOR TEACHING ARABIC SOUNDS TO STUDENTS OF THE LINGUISTIC PREPARATION DEPARTMENT AT AL-RAYA UNIVERSITYThere are phonetic errors among many students of the Department of Language Preparation at Al-Raya University, especially in letters that are unparalleled in their mother tongue. The objectives of this study are to describe the strategy of teaching Arabic sounds at Al-Raya University in the Department of Language Preparation. This study relied on the qualitative descriptive approach and the case study methodology. The result of this study is that the strategy of teaching Arabic sounds at Al-Raya University in the Department of Language Preparation includes setting the goal of trying to pronounce Arabic letters correctly, and the use of educational methods is by using computers, the method of repetition, and through a dedicated application in teaching sounds on the Internet, and the use of the means available to it as a dedicated application on the Internet, and the computer, and images related to sounds and letter exits.استراتيجية تدريس الأصوات العربية لطلاب قسم الإعداد اللغوي بجامعة الراية هناك الأخطاء الصوتية لدى كثير من طلاب قسم الإعداد اللغوي بجامعة الراية، خاصة في الأحرف التي لا مثيل لها في لغتهم الأم. وأهداف هذه الدراسة هي  وصف استراتيجية تدريس الأصوات العربية بجامعة الراية في قسم الإعداد اللغوي. واعتمدت هذه الدراسة على المدخل الوصفي الكيفي ومنهج دراسة الحالة. ونتيجة هذه الدراسة هي أن استراتيجية تدريس الأصوات العربية بجامعة الراية في قسم الإعداد اللغوي تشمل على وضع الهدف هو محاولة نطق الحروف العربية نطقا صحيحا، واستخدام الطرائق التعليمية هي عن طريقة استعمال أجهزة الكوبيوتر، وطريقة التكرار، وطريق تطبيق مخصص في تعليم الأصوات على الإنترنيت، واستخدام الوسائل المتاحة له كتطبيق مخصص على الإنترنيت، والكوبيوتر، والصور المتعلقة بالأصوات ومخارج الحروف.

Abstract

This research aims to reveal the appropriateness of the cognitive and cultural content of the Arabic language teaching book (third intermediate grade) of the Ministry of Religious Affairs in 2020 in light of Al-Khuuli's standards. The method used is the descriptive analytical approach with the qualitative approach through the content analysis method. To analyze the data, the researcher used the Mils-Hubermann model, which consists of four steps: data collection is done through documents, their classification, presentation and conclusion. The knowledge and cultural content of the Arabic language teachingbook (third intermediate grade) of the Ministry of Religious Affairs in 2020 in general is commensurate with the standards of Al-Khouli, in order to adapt the content to the age and level of knowledge of the learners, and to take into account their values with the diversity of the content, and to include the desired culture, and the realism of the content with its health is useful for learners and satisfies their needs, but some shortcomings were found with regard to aspects of values, culture and content validity.

Abstract

القدرة على استخدام اللغة هي أساس النجاح الإنساني، لأنه غاية التواصل الإجتماعي الذي لا ينفك عن حياته، وهي الوسيلة الأولى من الوسائل الاتصالية عن طريق الكلام. ولذلك مهارة الكلام من المهارات الأساسية التي يجب إتقانها والاهتمام بها وبالأولى عند تعليم اللغة العربية لدى متعلم اللغة الثانية. تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة مشكلات تنمية مهارة الكلام في تعليم اللغة العربية لدى طلاب الصف العاشر والحادي عشر لقسم الدراسات الإسلامية واللغة العربية في معهد نور الحديد بتشيريبون، ومعرفة بيان كيفية الحلول المقترحة لتلك المشكلات. وهي تستخدم المنهج الوصفي التحليلي. وتكون طريقة جمع بياناتها بالملاحظة والمقابلة وتحليل الوثائق. أثبتت هذه الدراسة وجود مشكلات تنمية مهارة الكلام في تعليم اللغة العربية لدى طلاب الصف العاشر والحادي عشر لقسم الدراسات الإسلامية واللغة العربية في معهد نور الحديد بتشيريبون، من ضمنها؛ قلة حصص مواد اللغة العربية التي ترتكز في تنمية مهارة الكلام، وقلة مجال تطبيق الكلام، وعدم وجود البيئة اللغوية، وإجراءات عملية التدريس بدون اللغة العربية، وقلة رغبة الطلاب فيها، وقلة أنشطة اللغوية. وتم سرد الحلول المقترحة لها، من ضمنها؛ زيادة مواد اللغة العربية، وإجراءات عملية التدريس باللغة العربية، وتكوين البيئة اللغوية، وتوفير المدرسين والأساتذة الأكفاء والمؤهلين فيها، وتوفير الأنشطة اللغوية، واستحضار الناطق الأصلي بها من العربز.

Abstract

Vocabulary is a fundamental element in all languages, and there is no language without the evidence of vocabulary. However, the attention given to it in some educational materials has not met the required standards; instead, it needs to be reviewed, scrutinized, and addressed again. The study revealed the appropriateness of the vocabulary content in the "Arabic Language" textbook for the ninth grade from various aspects such as highlighting new vocabulary, selecting vocabulary, classifying new vocabulary, controlling vocabulary, vocabulary and the learner's age, and vocabulary and the learner's goals. The study adopted the descriptive-analytical method with a qualitative approach, and data was collected through documentation and then analyzed according to the Miles-Huberman model in four stages: data collection, classification, presentation, and conclusion. The study's result showed that the vocabulary content in the "Arabic Language" textbook for the ninth grade does not fully align with Al-Khawli's standards of linguistic content quality. It highlights new vocabulary in each lesson while meeting the learners' objectives, and the vocabulary selection is based on frequency, ease, utility, and relevance. The vocabulary is appropriate for the learners' age. However, the study also pointed out the lack of differentiation between active and passive vocabulary and the selection of vocabulary in each lesson. The vocabulary used in the texts is mostly not among the new vocabulary; there is no gradual introduction from one lesson to the next, and some vocabulary is uncommon, complex, and outdated. Abstract

This research focuses on exploring the methods used by scholars in studying comparative fiqh (al-Fiqh al-Muqāran), the reasons behind differing opinions among them, and the benefits that can be gained from studying comparative fiqh. Utilizing a literature study approach and descriptive analysis, this research reveals that: (1) The process of comparative fiqh is conducted through comparison and critique of contradictory opinions to achieve scientific clarity, which includes weighing, identifying similarities and differences, investigating the reasons for differences, and finding solutions through compromise or selecting the more argumentatively strong opinion. (2) Factors causing differences in opinion among jurists include differences in qirā’ah (recitations), irāb (grammatical inflection), ḥadīth narrations, text interpretation, sources of legal deduction (istinbāṯ), and methods of integrating and prioritizing contradictory evidence. (3) The benefits of studying al Fiqh al Muqāran include understanding the basic principles of fiqh schools, the ijtihad approach of the jurists, their method of legal reasoning (istinbāt), and their critique of evidence. Additionally, this study aids in developing fiqh skills, expanding the understanding of ijtihad and its flexibility, understanding the ethics of scholars in dealing with differing opinions to reach the truth, and appreciating the strong foundations behind these differences. This research offers significant insights into the importance of comparative fiqh in enriching Islamic understanding, valuing diversity of opinion, and promoting an attitude of tolerance and respect in the discourse of Islamic scholarship.

Abstract

Students of the Language Preparation Program at STIBA Ar Raayah, Sukabumi, face challenges in improving their reading skills, including reading speed, phonological awareness, text comprehension, and fluency, all of which affect their academic progress. This study aims to describe and address the reading difficulties faced by these students at STIBA Ar Raayah, Sukabumi. It adopts a descriptive-analytical approach using a qualitative method, where data were collected through direct observation, interviews, and testing, then analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model, which includes four steps: data collection, classification, display, and conclusion. The study found that students face multiple challenges in acquiring reading skills, most notably weak oral reading, word repetition, neglect of punctuation, and difficulty in accurate pronunciation. They also struggle with distinguishing between short and long vowels, similar-sounding letters, phonological awareness, and reading fluency. To address these difficulties, the study suggests increasing reading activities with a focus on comprehension and speed, training students on vocabulary in various contexts, developing fluency through targeted activities, as well as training teachers and encouraging students to read beyond the curriculum.Keywords: Language Preparation Students, Reading Difficulties and Solutions, Reading Skills, STIBA Ar Raayah

Abstract

للإدارة وظائف: التخطيط والتنظيم والتنفيذ والمراقبة، ولها دور مهم للغاية في عملية التعليم، لأن وظيفة الإدارة نفسها هي نشاط يوجه ويغير مسار التعلم لتحقيق الأهداف المخطط لها. الهدف من هذه الدراسة هو وصف إدارة التخطيط والمراقبة لبرنامج تعليم اللغة العربية في قسم تخصص اللغة بمعهد دار الحديث والأثر بيكان بارو. اعتمدت هذه الدراسة على البحث الكيفي ومنهج دراسة الحالة، وجمع البيانات من خلال المقابلة الشخصية، ودراسة الوثائق، ثم عرضها وتحليلها، ثم مناقشتها واستنتاجها. وتتمثل نتائج هذه الدراسة فيما يلي: (1) يتم التخطيط لبرنامج تعليم اللغة العربية في قسم تخصص اللغات في دار الحديث والأثر بيكان بارو من خلال تحديد الأهداف، وتحديد البرامج، وتحديد المادة ومدة دراستها، وتحديد الطريقة، وتحديد مدة الدراسة، وتحديد المستهدف، وتحديد الأنشطة اليومية؛ (2) وتتم المراقبة لبرنامج تعليم اللغة العربية في قسم تخصص اللغة بمعهد دار الحديث والأثر نوعان: الطريقة المباشرة التي يقوم بها مدير المعهد وشؤون الطلاب ومعلم المادة، والطريقة غير المباشرة التي يقوم بها الطلاب المسؤولون.
