Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas layanan dan nilai pelanggan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan listrik prabayar pada PT PLN (Persero) ULP Pamekasan kota. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan dengan metode kuantitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengumpulan data observasi dan kuesioner dengan menggunakan teknik accidental sampling terhadap 100 responden pelanggan listrik prabayar PT PLN (Persero) ULP Pamekasan kota. Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda, koefisien determinasi, dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kualitas layanan dan nilai pelanggan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pelanggan adalah sebesar 66,6%, sisanya sebesar 33,4% dipengaruhi oleh factor lain seperti: kualitas produk, harga, kepercayaan dan promosi yang tidak dibahas dalam penelitian ini. Persamaan Regresi yang diperoleh adalah Y’ = 5,822 + 0,199X1 + 0,519X2

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of election uncertainty and economic policy uncertainty on stock market performance in Indonesia using an event study approach. Data obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange and the Central Bureau of Statistics during the 2010-2021 period. This study uses the OLS regression model and event study analysis to measure the impact of stock market performance on significant events related to election uncertainty and economic policies. The research results show that the uncertainty of the election and economic policies significantly affect the performance of the stock market in Indonesia. The impact is visible in the period before, during and after the significant events related to the uncertainty. In addition, the results of the analysis also show that elections and more stable economic policies tend to have a positive impact on stock market performance. In conclusion, this study shows that election uncertainty and economic policies have a significant impact on stock market performance in Indonesia. Therefore, it is important for investors to pay attention to political and economic conditions in making their investment decisions.

Abstract

The increasingly intense business competitions demands companies are more creative in developing their business. Advertising and product diversity are key factors that companies must consider. Aice ice cream utilizes Instagram as its advertising platform, however from August to December 2024 there was a noticeable decline in both viewers and likes on its content, and its product diversity remains inferior compared to competitors. This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of advertising and product diversity on consumer purchase intention. This research employed a quantitative approach. The data collection method employed an online questionnaire distributed to 100 respondents, specifically students of State Polytechnic of Malang, utilizing simple random sampling techniques. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing. The findings of the current study demonstrated that both advertising and product diversity had a positive and significant impact on purchase intention. Therefore, Aice should maintain and enhance the quality of its advertising and product diversity to further increase consumer purchase intention.
