Abstract

 ABSTRACT This study aims to distinguish : Financial performance before and after the IPO at a manufacturing company in the Stock Exchange . This type of research is the study of this research is kuantitatif.Populasi throughout the entire manufacturing companies listed on the Stock Exchange , amounting to 39 perusahaan.Teknik sampling with purposive sampling with a sample size of 10 companies . Data analysis techniques : kompratif analysis or comparison , the normality test, paired sample t - test with SPSS version 16 . Results showed that : 1 ) There are no significant differences anatara Ratio Curent value of the company before and after an IPO is sig value 0.000 < 0.05 then the decision is Ho rejected and Ha accepted . 2 ) There are no significant differences between Equty Debt Ratio value of the company before and after an IPO is sig 0.000 < 0.05 then the decision is rejected Ho Ha received . 3 ) There is a significant difference between Total Assets Over Trun owned enterprises before and after the IPO mealkukan ie the value 0.011 < 0.05 then Ho is rejected and Ha decision is received . 4 ) Based On Equity Retrun testing the sig 0.203 > 0.05 means that Ho is accepted Ha rejected . In this research the company to continue to maintain the stability of the financial performance of the company after the IPO held as maintaining liquidity , solvency , and profitability . It is important that investor confidence held or finance company can be filled so that the existence of the company can be maintained within a panajang . For investors it is recommended that a comprehensive analysis and make stock portfolio before making an investment decision on one of the companies doing an IPO . It is important that the values held later the losses can be minimized and the value obtained financial investors can be maximized .

Abstract

This aim of the research is to analyze the different stock investment risk before and after make acquisition process. The research take 10 company for samples and have 60 days before and 60 days after acquisitions process. The research using the model of beta coefficient (β) and t-test paired sample test. The result of the research showed have the different stock investment risk before and after acquisition process with stock investment risk before acquisitions more than after acquisitions process.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to see influence the effect of Assurance, tangible and reliability of patient satisfaction at the Lapai Public health. This type of research is associative, this research using multiple regression analysis. The population in this study were all patients who used services at the Lapai Public Health. The sample in this study amounted to 30 people who were taken using accidental sampling technique. The results showed that all assurance, tangible and reliability had a positive and significant effect on patient satisfaction at the Lapai Public health. Abstract

This research aims at finding out the differences of health level of Financial Institution by using CAMEL. The magnitude of the potential financial institutions make profits in the segment of small and micro finance as a market for rural banks (BPR), especially Islamic rural banks (BPRS).. The level of Bank efficiency could be integrated with the performance of banks which was adopted from Central Bank (BI) criterias, namely CAMEL (Capital, Asset Quality, Management, Earnings and liquidity).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the value of religiosity that moderates loss aversion on investment decisions taken by individual investors in investing in stock type securities. The study was conducted on 120 individual investors who were chosen at random. The analytical method used is to use moderation analysis which is processed using Smart PLS. The test results found that religiosity does not affect the investment decisions of individual investors on stock type securities, while the loss aversion affects the investment decisions of individual investors on stock type securities. During the hypothesis-testing phase, it was proven that religiosity moderation with loss aversion had a negative and significant influence on the investment decisions of individual investors in the securities of shares in Padang.

Abstract

One of the development efforts in the health sector is the availability of quality health services. The clinic is a health institution that reaches out to the community directly to provide treatment to the community. In order to create excellent service, the clinic must pay attention to the services provided to patients. Patient satisfaction is very important to be considered by the clinic management. Patient satisfaction is one indicator of the success of providing health services to the community. Mitra Sandona clinic is one of the clinics located in the city of Padang. This clinic provides BPJS services to patients. Health service satisfaction is achieved if what the patient gets exceeds his expectations. To determine patient satisfaction, an analysis tool called importance performance analysis is needed. This matrix analyzes the level of expectations and experiences felt by patients. Through this matrix, the clinical management can determine which level of importance should be improved, enhanced and maintained

Abstract

ABSTRAKPelayanan kesehatan sangat penting bagi seluruh lapisan masyarakat. Hal ini menjadikan klinik memiliki peranan penting sebagai salah satu jawaban untuk memenuhi kebutuhan lapisan masyarakat dalam rangka memberikan pelayanan kesehatan. Klinik Murni Elok yang juga memiliki posisi di pusat kota juga dituntut berperan maksimal dalam peyanan masyarakat. Melalui peranan yang penting ini maka klinik harus meningkatkan mutu pelayanan yang dimiliki. Sehingga masyarakat dapat menikmati pelayanan kesehatan secara efektif dan efesien. Untuk meningkatkan mutu maka klinik harus melakukan analisis baik secara internal maupun secara eksternal. Sehingga tujuan untuk memberikan pelayanan secara maksimal kepada masyarakat dapat tercapai. Salah satu alat analisis untuk mengetahui kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang dan acaman adalah dengan menggunakan SWOT Analysis. Sehingga dengan menggunakan alat analisis ini klinik dapat mengetahui strategi apa yang harus dilakukan untuk kedepannya.Kata Kunci : Kepuasan Masyarakat, SWOT Analysis, Klinik, PelayananABSTRACT               Medical services are very important for all levels of society. This makes the clinic have an important role as one of the answers to meet the needs of the community in order to provide health services. Clinic Murni Elok, which also has a position in the city center, is also required to play a maximum role in community service. Through this important role, the clinic must improve the quality of its services. So that people can enjoy health services effectively and efficiently. To improve the quality, the clinic must analyze both internally and externally. So that the goal of providing maximum service to the community can be achieved. One of the analytical tools to find out the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats is to use SWOT Analysis. Abstract

Customer satisfaction is something that must be considered by service providers in order to increase the number of service users. Clinic is one of the service providers in this case is health services. In order for the services provided to be optimal, one of the efforts that must be considered by the clinical management is to improve the quality of services which include physical facilities, empathy, reliability, responsibility and assurance. These five dimensions must be considered by clinical management to increase user satisfaction of the health services it provides.

Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk melihat bagaimana pengaruh dari responsiveness, assurance, dan tangible terhadap kepuasan pasien pada Puskesmas Air Tawar. Untuk melihat pengaruh antara variabel variabel responsiveness, assurance, dan tangible terhadap kepuasan pasien maka jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah asosiatif dan alat analisis yang digunakan regresi linear berganda. Pasien yanjg menggunakan jasa pada Puskesmas Air Tawar adalah yang menjadi populasi dalam penelitian ini. Teknik sampling menggunakan accidental sampling dengan jumlah sampel adalah 30 orang pasien. Berdasarkan atas olahan data maka diperoleh bahwa pada Puskesmas Air Tawar seluruh variabel memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pasien.

Abstract

Penelitian dilaksanakan untuk menganalisis pengaruh keseimbangan kehidupan kerja, kepribadian proaktif dan kecerdasan emosional terhadap kepuasan karir pegawai Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Pasaman. Pada penelitian ini digunakan beberapa pegawai untuk dijadikan sampel yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode sampel jenuh. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam menjawab hipotesis adalah Ordinary Least Square (OLS). Hasil pengolahan data ditemukan bahwa keseimbangan kehidupan kerja dan  kecerdasan emosional berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan karir yang dirasakan pegawai, sedangkan kepribadian proaktif tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan karir yang dirasakan pegawai Sekretariatan Daerah Kabupaten Pasaman.Kata Kunci:   keseimbangan kehidupan kerja, kepribadian proaktif, kecerdasan emosional,            kepuasan karir
